This is an issue which was probably inadvertently created in an attempt by Harland to save money. I notice the issue every time I write a check. I use ************ who outsources to Harland Clarke. When I order checks I order duplicate checks. Recently Harland switched their check "book" size from 25 to 40 checks. However, the ************ Custom Cover I have cannot "cover" the expanded book size. The duplicate check flap does not extend enough to cover the complete date. Hence when I write the date on my check the date appears *****. The Harland remedy is to make a duplicate check flap which are 3/8" longer. I have attempted to order a new Regions Custom Case to order via Ordermychecks.com and continually receive the message "Product Loading Error." My local ************ does not have covers with the longer flap. Harland does not have custom service representatives accessible. Does Harland supply Regions customers a custom bank cover which can adequately address the increased size of the check book (25 to 40)? If so, I would like one. The Harland Clarke website indicates there is an issue that needs to be resolved before my order can be placed. There is no explanation regarding what the issue is and no areas are highlighted that need to be resolved. There is also no number to contact a person. The only number given is to an automated system to order checks. There is no option to speak to a person. This makes it impossible to complete the order because my bank tells me I need to order checks online.Business Response

I ordered some business checks on 3/1/23 and were shipped on 3/5/23 and in email said they should arrive by 3/15/23 and they have never arrived, it's been nearly a month now. I tried contacting them but like others have mentioned its just a machine and no matter what prompts you select they just hang up on you. I would like a replacement or full refund. I placed my order for checks in the very beginning of February and received an email confirmation that my order had shipped on February 21st. It has been over a month and my checks have not come. I get Informed Delivery from **** so I know when a letter or package has been shipped and/or is on its way and it never showed up, which means it was never shipped to me in the first place. I am worried it was either not shipped or shipped to the wrong address. I cannot get anyone on the phone to assist me and my bank cannot help me with this either since I ordered through Harland Clarke. They also could not get anyone on the phone.Business Response

Ms. *********;placed her first check order on February 17, 2023, with **** bulk mail delivery service. In our contact with Ms. ****, we have issued a goodwill credit for that charge of $34.50 and have placed a replacement rush order with next check range at no charge, with Ms. *********;confirming, she will follow up with her bank to have them place a stop payment on the previous check order.The replacement order is shown to have been delivered on March 30, 2023. Further, we recently implemented a change with our contact center consumer phone line that Ms. Koch would contact for inquiries and reorders. The line directs consumers whose orders fall within a recent timeframe to our digital channels (web or phone automated system) and/or her financial institution order status. My former bank TCF merged with ************************* Have four small business accounts and reordered checks, deposit tickets and endorsement stamps. The check numbers are not correct wrong deposit tickets and the endorsement stamps are missing company name and account number, No person will answer the phone at *********************** that refers you back to the website and then disconnects you. Ridiculous!! Very poor customer service it does not exist.My companies have spent almost one thousand dollars for incorrect checks and endorsement stamps. ***** plus shipping on Feb 18 Checks expected on Feb 27 Account ending in **** Name on checks Colecchio Contracting Email used for order ************************ I went through all online options to retrieve order on March 10, Used phone option 4 times. I went to my local post office to no avail. I went to my financial institution and they were able to track the shipment to **** in ************* **. This is one hour away. On March 13 I drove to *************, went to the shipping/sorting center it was shipped to, there is no public admission or service allowed. I went to a public **** in TC, they told me they could not help me and to use the number provided by ****, that was not helpful as the tracking number given was not recognized. It was initially shipped by a company that had the initials DHL I believe and **** cannot tract that number. I called Harland back and I pressed option for order new checks instead of customer service regarding existing order and after 33 minutes on hold connected with service representative. Her name was *****. She also tracked my checks to TC and was unable to do anything else. ********************* ordered new checks for me and expedited the shipping free of charge. This was on the 13th of March. She said the checks would arrive on the 16th of March. We still have not received any checks. Today is March 20. Is there anything that can be done to find my checks? Unable to speak with a customer assistant, there is no option for that. While checking on an order of checks which were late trying to determine if they were lost or stolen the phone app they use sent me to a location where, due to a lack of kowledge placed a new additional order. I immediately called but their customer assistance number but there is no option to cancel an order and again, no actual customer assistant is offered and your call is disconected. . I immediately sent an email to customer servive canceling the order. This was on a weekend and there was more than enough time to read the email on Monday and cancel the order. No reply from them was sent on Monday so I sent another email canceling the order and advising them I was unable to contact them via pone and would not pay for an order I didn't need. My town name is misspelled on the checks. It says "Porter Cors" instead of "********************". I cannot speak to a person at this company through their phone number. There are many menu items to select but each selection ends with a "cannot help you at this time. Goodbye" or "use our self-serve portal on the web" message and then the phone disconnects. There is no option to speak to anyone live. I've been trying to call for several days and this is very frustrating.Business Response
