      Received my check order with my daughters name also on it? My daughter does not even share the account with me. No person will answer the phone at any 3 different numbers I tried. The automated service refers you back to the website and then disconnects you. Ridiculous!! Very poor customer service it does not exist.Want a full refund or correct the checks.

      Our contact with ************************ concluded that the check order submitted by her financial institution included her daughters name.  She was aware that the bank placed the order and spoke with them.  ************************ declined a corrected order as she placed her order elsewhere.  A goodwill credit in the amount of $24.41 was submitted. 

      Harland Clarke strives to communicate with consumers efficiently and effectively.  The contact center consumer phone line that ************************ used recently changed.  Now, that line directs consumers whose orders fall within a recent timeframe to our digital channels (web or phone automated system) and their financial institution for order status.   

      Thank you for the feedback as we continue to review our internal processes for improvement opportunities, and thank you for allowing us to respond and help with Ms. *********** concerns.

      I am unable to get through Harland Clarke's customer service to resolve an issue with my check order. The customer service phone numbers supplied by Harland Clarke go to an automated system. You are routed through to the end and the system hangs up. Harland Clarke does not have a website for these issues. My checks are unusable and Harland Clarke has previously debited my account for the order. How can this be resolved?

      Ordered checks from Harland on 4/1/2023 and given shipped on 4/4/2023. Today is 4/20/2023 and have not received the order. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone to address this issue. They are totally available to take orders but IMPOSSIBLE to deal with issues.There are totally automated without any customer service line or direction

      We appreciate ******************************* feedback on her experience with Harland Clarke and believe we have resolved this matter to her satisfaction. We informed ****************** that her original order was lost in the mail. On April 21st, we submitted a credit for ********************** initial order for $27.72 and offered a replacement order at no charge. The replacement order was delivered on April 25th. Concerning her original order, we recommended that she contact her financial institution regarding the lost checks. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience ****************** may have encountered and continue to review our internal processes for improvement opportunities.

      I ordered business checks through Walmartchecks.com, (who has Harland Clarke do the printing), and they turned out great. I had problems with the delivery, but it was sorted out. A month later I ordered deposit tickets. order # **-112908751. I was given an expected delivery date, but there were again difficulties with the delivery of the order. It was returned to the printing company BEFORE the date of expected delivery. I hadn't received any notification there was a problem delivering them, before they were returned. I called the company I ordered them through, verified that I had already been charged $**.39 for the order, and a new order was sent out at no additional charge. Replacement order #********. Two days later, my account is charged again, but this time even more than the original order amount ($58.13), and this time by Harland Clarke itself. I had already paid for the order the previous month, so why is Harland Clarke charging me again? I have tried 5 different phone numbers to contact a live representative about this, and the automated service hangs up on me, or the one phone number that didn't disconnect, left me on hold so long I couldn't wait any longer. I want the second charge refunded.

      4/6/2023 Issued me the wrong color checks on my reorder . I was sent only 4 checks in folder and was charged $22.oo per check book .I do under I was charged a tracking fee. In all my years in getting checks from them I have never used these awful manly looking checks they have sent to me. They will not take calls at all only if you are ordering, you can never complain or speak to a person. Everything is strictly voice mail, you can't even send them an email. In the past my checks were $22.00 for 4 books. I understand prices have gone up, but not like this. They referred me to my financial institute. They say they have a special number only they can use and was told my past reorders have been this awful blue. I have never, ever used blue check they also claimed they did not recognize my routing number on the recording. I wish my money refunded. I certainly do not wish to use the blue checks. I believe they should be reported to the media and sued as a matter of principal. I believe a class action suit should be filed against them for not een being willing to admit they have made an error.

      *********************************** placed her check order on April 1, 2023 through our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) ordering option.  The IVR allows callers to interact with our database and order directly through an automated system.  Our records show that in June 2020, Ms. ******** CU placed a check order for duplicate blue safety checks.  When ****************** placed her April 1, 2023 reorder via IVR, the same style was reordered (duplicate blue safety checks).  ****************** wanted a different style that she had previously ordered, duplicate burgundy checks.   

      We have contacted ******************, issued a goodwill credit of $89.04, and have placed a replacement rush order (duplicate burgundy checks) at no charge.  The replacement order was delivered on April 24,2023.   

      Harland Clarke strives to communicate with consumers efficiently and effectively. The contact center consumer phone line that ****************** used recently underwent a change, such that now that line directs consumers whose orders fall within a recent timeframe to our digital channels (web or phone automated system) and/or their financial institution for order status.

      I ordered checks from Harland Clarke on 3/20. The delivery said it was shipped on 3/20/23. It is 4/17/23 and the update now is if you think the order was lost in transit please contact your financial institution. The bank cannot help due to the fact myself or the bank could talk to a real person at Harland Clarke. Please advise, thank you.

We have reviewed her order history and confirmed that her order shipped on time on March 29, 2023, without any discrepancies. To date, we have not received the return package. Consequently, the order is considered lost in the mail. On April 17, 2023, ****************** financial institution placed a reorder with the next series of check numbers. ************** was not charged for these orders.
      We apologize for any inconvenience the lost order has caused. We take delivery issues seriously, and feedback such as this is helpful when addressing our carriers.       I re-ordered some checks and the checks were not printed how I ordered them. I called the customer service number provided on the ********************** that I received that says for questions or minor corrections regarding THIS package of checks call Harland Clarke at ************.The phone number is 100% automated and the phone tree has no way to speak to a representative. The only options are to check on the status of an order or to re-order checks. The automated system automatically hangs up on you regardless of which option you choose unless you provide the information to buy more checks and has no option to do anything else.

      I ordered checks from Harland Clarke Corp. It seemed easy enough, but when I received my checks, they did not start with the number I provided on the order form. I went on their website, and there is only the number of !-************ and NO email (who doesn't have email??). Well, this company has a robotic phone service center that has you go through multiple choice options, and then it hangs up on you. I tried at varies times, and still get the same result. Reading through other complaints on this BBB site, I see similar complaints. With no store front, no email, and a ineffective phone system, this is an intentional business practice and needs to be thoroughly investigated. My financial institution does not provide an alternative source, so this is a major issues. I'd hate to think what happens to folks that have their checks not arrive altogether. Please investigate, and since this is related to banking, it really should have major focus. Thank you!!

      On 2/21/2023 I ordered 40 checks/stubs from Harland Clarke through my Bank of America; The cost was $31.08. I received an email notice on 2/23/2023 that my checks had been shipped. On 3/2/2023 the money was taken out of my bank account. I have not received my checks as of today 4/11/2023. Unfortunately, my checks are nontrackable/************* rate. I have tried calling the company at least 10 times, and have been unable to talk with a human being. I call, and get a recording, then it hangs up on me. I have tried every possible number I found online, but nothing!!! Will never do business with this company again!!!

      On 03/01/23 I placed an order for 100 checks with no tracking. On 03/03/23 I received a notification my package was shipped. The company indicates checks arrive between 10 - 14 business days. More time than that passed and I never got the checks. Even as I write this complaint, my first order of checks never arrived. On 03/25/23 I placed an order again with the company for 100 checks, this time, paying for tracking as I did not want to risk the same thing happening again. I was to stress that I UNWILLFULLY paid for tracking, as I felt that an order with no tracking should have been just as safe as a tracked one and that I should have received my first order. On the same day I reordered the checks, 03/25/23, I messaged the company asking for them to refund the $17.21 I unwilfully paid for tracking the second order of checks, since the first order never arrived. In that message I asked them to refund the tracking cost as I should not have been penalized the first time in not getting my checks and be forced to opt to tracking to prevent the same thing from happening again. To no surprise, NO ONE in the company answered my inquiry, it was completely ignored. From other complaints I have read on the BBB, what happened to me is not an isolated incident but rather a pattern. This has caused very sensitive information, such as my bank account number and routing number to get into the hands of god knows who, forcing me to have to put a stop to the checks and looking into changing my bank account number too. Their lack of response and blatantly taking advantage of customers like this is unacceptable. This is why I am reaching out to the BBB to get me the refund, as I gave them a chance which they chose to ignore.Attached to this message you will find the following documents: proof of first order placed, proof of first order shipped, proof of second order placed, proof of second order shipped, and lastly my outreach to the company asking for a refund.
