      Worst web site, can't speak to anyone and it's taken over a month to receive my checks. Why does my credit union even use your services, you are terrible!!@!@! I wouldn't check even one star but I had to to get my review posted.

      Thank you for advising of ***************************************** review. The phone line does direct consumers to our digital channels (web or phone automated system) to view the order status or their financial institution for order updates and any additional assistance while orders are completed. We have contacted ********************, she advised she ordered on 12/1/23 and received her order on 12/30/23. Delivery times are estimated and can exceed our typical expectations, especially during December due to increased volume within the carriers and non-delivery dates caused by the holidays. We do offer several delivery options and respectfully suggest those options are reviewed to best suit her needs should she decide to order in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience she may have encountered with her recent order experience and appreciate the opportunity to respond.

      The worst customer service!!!! I finally gave up after being on hold for an hour to ask a question about the order I had just placed. I had been asked to provide my credit card number and then when I finalized the purchase, the receipt said that the cost would be deducted from my checking account, so I wanted to make sure that I would not be double charged. After reading the rest of the reviews on this site, I hope I will actually receive the checks. If instructions were more clear and complete on the website itself, I likely would not have had the question that led to my attempted call. This company needs to do better for its customers!

      I happened upon this site by searching "checks" at costco.com. The Harland Clarke site registered my account with the default address I had at costco.com which was an address I had previously used to send my friend something from ****** and won't let me change it. I spoke with their customer service who said it was only changeable by ******. Called ****** Customer Service who said it's on HC's site, not theirs. More run-around and no help from Harland Clarke with their web site. I guess they don't want my business.

      Stunned by the ***** price re: reordering checks, (personal checking account for a senior retiree, "$50.00" for the smallest order). Shame on ******* for ongoing use of this company for its customers. **************************

      Ordered checks online (Harland Clarke was the only option) through my bank and paid for tracking. The 3rd party delivery ****** said that checks were delivered and put on my front porch. I didn't receive the delivery and I have cameras to prove it. I immediately started contacting various companies: Harland ***** (The automated system is useless and GETTING AN ACTUAL PERSON is IMPOSSIBLE), DHL (the email from customer service told me to contact ****** **** (the automated system allowed me to put in a complaint. I received calls from *******, stating they can't find my package), 53 Bank (rep put a stop payment on checks). After a week of frustration and fear that my checks are 'out there somewhere', I went to my bank and they were able to reverse the charges on my account (yes HC charged my account although I never received the checks) and set up multiple alerts. Although I'm grateful the bank was able to assist, my checks are still floating around in the **** system and that thought terrifies me. The customer service for this ********************** is atrocious!!!

Consequently, the order would be considered lost in the mail. It would be proper to report the missing numbers to the financial institution to determine appropriate security measures for the account. We apologize for any inconvenience the lost order has caused and have documented her concerns regarding her customer service experience.

      Extremely poor customer service (or perhaps they've done away with the department). I tried to order check registers on my bank website but when I clicked on reorder, the Harland Clarke website didn't load. So I thought I would do a work-around but when I called the company directly and keyed in the routing number of my bank and and my account number, I was told to call my bank to order! So I finally got to speak to a bank employee after dealing with the bank's automated system and he ordered for me. I got a confirmation from Harland Clarke that my order had been placed with a link to customer service and that site didn't load either. I have a new computer so that's definitely not the problem. Next step-contact my bank with complaints and urge the to choose a new vendor.

      A similar situation for me to the other reviewers: ordered checks (Harland Clarke was the only option through my credit union) through my branch, HC charged my account, sent an email saying checks were on the way. When I inquired via their customer service contact system, they then sent me to a phone tree, which informed me that they had no orders for me. Finally managed to talk to a person, who then told me that the bank gave me the wrong account number, even though HC was able to use this account number to debit my account. Crawled up the chain to the supervisor, who said the same thing. Asked to be connected to her supervisor, but she said that wasn't possible, but claimed they'd get back to me in ***** hours. I'm wondering at what point the total crapification of service here, and the refusal to refund charges for checks not delivered, constitutes theft. As with others, I wish there was a way to give something lower than one star.

      Would give zero stars if possible. no customer service to speak to. My ********************** were returned and I can't get a hold of anyone.

      SCAMMERS! They take advantage of customers of the banks they are partnered with, I called to check pricing on checks, and a week later I received a charge of ****** in my account. WATCH OUT FOR THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY, run away at all costs. They are guilty of deceptive practices. I in no way, shape, or form agreed to these charges and they billed me anyway. No email correspondence, receipt, or anything whatsoever just a fat charge on my account
