      **** A WHAT A SCAM! Ad to order checks looks like from your bank, BUT IT IS NOT! OUTRAGEOUS COSTS: OVER $1.00 PER CHECK!! Their website is useless to offer comments. It's clear their main purpose is to fool people into ordering their overpriced checks. DO NOT BUY FROM HARLAND CLARKE!

      $35 for 40 checks in 2 separate checkbooks and no cover was sent. The spiral for the top stub checks was poorly bound allowing checks to fall out. No way to contact a person. My bank said I need to contact Harland

      Worst customer service ever. Having an issue with my check order. Cannot talk to anyone they hang up! Finally got an email response to a message I left. They cannot tell me anything in an email so tell me to call again. Hopeless. Asked my bank to intervene hoping they can resolve. Never again with these guys.

      I can not reach anyone on the phone - I just want to know how long my order will take.Absolutely the most egregious lack of customer service I have experienced in quite awhile.

      Doesn't deserve a star. Phone system is useless makes you jump through hoops then hangs up. Last check order I received two pads of checks instead of the normal four and was charged $3.00 more than my last with four and a check register.

      One of the most painful companies I've had to use recently. My bank directed me to ordermychecks.com, and I ordered checks that were supposed to arrive in 7 days. I was supposed to be given tracking information. I got no tracking information. My checks didn't arrive in the 7 days that they stated. I was unable to see my order on their website. I waited 30+ minutes on the phone to talk to someone only to find out that they cannot find my order. They can't search based on the order number they provided me. I had to call the bank, get a 13-digit number that my bank sent them (not my account number or routing number), then I could track my order on their website. Except their website proceeded to crash and be unresponsive for 30 minutes. Finally, it came back up, and I was finally able to "track" my package. I clicked the Track my package button on their website, and it took me to a bad request page at dhl. I had to copy the tracking number in that url and proceed to try out ************ etc until I found what shipping company they actually used. Once I found the company, the tracking information contained NO INFORMATION AT ALL other than the fact that it was allegedly in transit (though no dates were given for anything).I paid extra for "Trackable CheckProtect" so I could track the package and because it indicated delivery would be much faster. It looks like I was conned in both regards.

      Same experience as those written below by ********************, ******* and *****. Checks never came, no way to ever talk to a human, rude disconnection with no options. Also the checks are exhorbitantly priced....over $50 for 80 very plain basic checks. I will notify my bank they need to use a different service if they expect me to continue banking with them.

      Checks are free but shipping is $17! Outrageous! And a review is a 10 word minimum. That's silly!

      The absolute worst customer service I have EVER received. Our business order for deposit tickets never arrived. Trying to contact a real person for assistance is almost impossible. Their phone system tells you to go online and then hangs up on you!!! I even tried to contact them by going through their 'place a new order' and the phone system hangs up!!! AWFUL customer service!!!! I will use DeLuxe from now on!!!I tried reaching them by email but no response there either!!!
