      I only gave them a 1 star because you HAVE to rate them to post the review. I ordered my checks on September 19, 2022 and still have yet to receive them. The company has received their payment, of course. I have attempted to contact the company however you cannot speak with a live person. I have had to spend additional money to order checks from another vendor. I have also filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in ***********

      This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering checks. The biggest dissapointment is that NO ONE is available to contact. Several times I tried contacting their customer service to no avail. I was asked personal information which should not have been needed. An order number should be all they needed. Instead I was told an order did not exist. They took my money and I have nothing and no recourse. The only thing received was an expired check register. I will NEVER order from this company again. I will report to better business bureau.

      Absolutely horrible!! I seriously wonder what happened to the once reputable comany, which we've used for God knows how many years without any problem. But last time, we experienced unbeliebable mess, just trying to make a simple correction on the return address labels 1. The address labels had a date printed after our name (lol)2. Found out telephone was the only option to contact them (in this day and age!?)3. No matter how many times I call, and how I navigate through the system, I hit dead end and they hang up on you! What made me even more angry is that each time you call, they want your routing number and acount number entered and then ultimately lead you to the dead end.4. When I finally got someone (by pretending to order something through using the link sent via SMS and hit "call" from there), the agent was very rude and angry. She must be stressed by dealing with lots of angry customers, like those airline agents in a bad day.We will definitely change the company next time!

      Never had a problem for years until my last order. I ordered checks and received labels, I have tried to call 3 times and only got a terrible automated answering service. I wanted a refund for labels and to order my checks, there is NO option to talk to a real person. I tried pressing 0 as bank suggested and even tried saying customer service and each time was hung up on. Terrible customer service experience.

      Harland Clarke Corp has terrible customer service. The automated phone hung up on me repeatedly, telling me to go online. I went online and there is no place to ask the question that I need to ask. I was sent some address labels (along with my new checks) that I did not order and do not want. I want my money back! I can not even imagine ordering checks from them in the future. What happened! They used to be a reliable and reputable company. No more!

      Ordered checks for a joint account, Harland Clarke automatically defaulted personalization of checks with just my name and address. I edited the personalization to have both owners of the account and removed address. Paid for the checks and received them with the default instead of the edit I submitted. For the past 3 days I have tried contacting Harland Clarke and no matter which option I choose on the automated machine it says let me get someone to help you. You can shop our catalog online. Goodbye! I dont want to order checks again and pay for them when I already paid for the wrong ones. I tried contacting my financial institution and they refer me back to Harland Clarke since its a third party they cant help me. Its so frustrating that I cant get a human on the line to assist me correcting my check order and not to be charged again

      They have no customer service. Every phone number leads to a useless phone tree. You cannot reach a live body, and I can't find an email on their website to get a response on the status of an order that shows as shipped. Their website isn't helpful, either. For something as important as banking checks, this has to be the worst service ever.

      This company is a sham. Tried to call customer service 8 different times, got thru all the red tape of entering #'s, etc. Says we will get someone to help you and then it disconnects. 9th time I got someone who tries to convince me that I have always paid $.36 per check. Yep, NOPE I haven't. If I could give them a negative star I would. BUYER BEWARE!

      Lost checka and no way to trace although paid for the "traceable" checks. Absolutely antiquated and unprofessional service ever received. Checks no where to be located.

      This company is a joke. The wrong checks were sent and cant reach anyone in customer service. Why would ANY bank use this company?!?!
