      Very poor customer service. I called in and was told they would repair my sunglasses at a specific store and I was turned away when I arrived. I called to see if they would make it right, and all they just flipped the script and said "we don't repair those sunglasses at that location". What a joke of a business.

      I would like to commend the following employees working at the ******* Vision Work located at *****************************, at ****************************************************************. I had to visit this location several times and these three employees, ******, ***** and ***** when above and beyond their job responsibilities by making me feel at ease in correcting my order. These three employees were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and curiosity at all times during my visits to clear up my order. Thanks ******, ***** and ***** for making me an happy customer!

      Every business has customer service issues - but ********************** shows NO inclination to resolve them. I was up-charged for progressive lenses without my knowledge and then charged again by individual treatment for the lenses themselves. **************** cannot help you with billing - so when they finally come in the line - NO help.Transferred to Billing - no one answers but they do send you to a mailbox that's full. Then they hang up. Oh, and the direct line the person gives you in case you are disconnected? Back to the beginning with no ****************** option.Never again.

      I scheduled an "eye exam" via their website. They completely concealed the fact that this was a telehealth appointment and no actual optometrist was onsite. I only found out when I showed up for the appointment. I have no confidence in their accuracy, especially since according to them, my prescription changed after being stable several years. Unfortunately, I've now used up my one allotted insurance-paid eye exam and would have to pay out of pocket to see someone in-person somewhere else.

      Visionworks of **********/********** in ** was completely awful. They discriminated against me because I am black and use state insurance instead of employee issued. The old man said they accept VSP and all was well. He went to the back to talk to the Dr. **** back to me and asked if my insurance is state or employee so i said state. He said ok i cant help you and asked me to leave! Racist thefts who sell cheaply made glasses nothing better!

      Davis Visionworks of ***********, ** is a poorly run establishment with a lack of customer service and follow up. I ordered and paid for prescription glasses in mid-August 2023. They informed me that the glasses would be ready in 2 weeks (end of August). It is now September 9th, and the only communication I received about my glasses was an email stating that my order was being processed This was 2 days after I ordered and paid for them. There has been no communication from Visionworks since then. If the glasses are not ready yet, the least they can do is inform me of their status. If they are ready, why are they not calling or sending me an email? Are they waiting for me to chase down my order? Their business practices are sub par and not customer friendly.

      Queens **********. 4pm appointment Still sitting at 5pm. Took 2 customers that came in after me with no explanation. Prior occasion my prescription was incorrect . Never going to this location again. Never. Doctors are inexperienced

      Visionworks at ************ in Colo is not worth going to at all. My bifocals had the line in the middle of my lens. The manager ******************* was flat, burnt out and told me her tech is only human. Downplayed the mistake. She told me that corporate doesnt want their information given out and I cant talk to her supervisor. ***** gave me the ***** number and it doesnt allow for any supervisor info or ability to report. She processed my refund and said my payment portion would take up to 30 days without explaining my insurance could take that long. I do not trust that she has contacted my insurance. Awful service , no accountability and tries to block my ability to talk to anyone about the poor service.

      I have tried several eye glass places. Americas best. Optical outlets. All garbage. Finally said let me give the big boys a try. Exam which was not five in 10 minutes but about 45 minutes. Examined each eye seperate. Big props for that. Got glasses 10 days later. ******* clear. I can see the difference when I read or drive. Very professional as well. My new go to place each year. Even though they are expensive. Worth the price imo.

      I called to schedule an eye exam since I am deaf. The manager (Krista) refused to provide a sign language interpreter. According to American Disability Act, the provider must provide an interpreter for equal accessibility. I will never go back to Visionworks again as you all can see how poor their services are per their reviews and not provide equality.
