Worst service I am a foreigner comes to use the service. I pay for glasses good products. When I found that the product had a problem, needed help, but the staff spoke to me like annoying her . like I'm stupid, Claiming that the staff has 16 years of experience, even I did not ask about work experience, I just want to fix the problem with the product, I received the product for only 2 days. I feel almost cried In the end, I would like to cancel all the items and want a full refund. I bought the glasses at lenscrafters.com every time went back for the service of lenscrafters.com I was so impressed by the staff helped me.very different with this Visionworks branch treating me very worst.never get to go buy any product at this place.

Misquoted eligibility date for new frame even after double checking. Went in after date to be told it was even further out. Asked if I could pick frames and call back with payment on eligible date. They said they would call and if they didn't reach me call again. First call happened but I wasn't available. There was no second call which wouldn't have mattered if I could get a hold of somebody at the store when I called multiple times and got diverted to automated customer service that claimed the tried to contact Lancaster (Plaza Blvd) store multiple times but nobody picks up. Even after a claim it was being escalated to district manager, still no service. All I wanted to do was order glasses without going back into store like I was told I could do but to no avail even after a week of trying. Worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY even if you have to pay more elsewhere.

I am reporting on what I call a bad experience. To begin, I had an eye prescription for safety glasses which are a requirement for my job. I selected frames which I like and included my prescription which is for progressive lenses. When the glasses were ready, I tried them on and noticed that they seemed blurry to look out of. There were 2 women employees at the time. I mentioned my concern to one of the women and she explained that because they are progressive lenses, there will be a sense of being blurry on the sides. I have worn progressive lenses for 4 years and I have not experienced this level of discomfort before. I did not feel that the associate was listening to me when I tried to express my concern. I submitted a complaint to ***************** I was contacted and there was another attempt to correct the situation. However, even after the second attempt, I am still not able to wear the glasses. The fact that this has happened even after a second time has made me lose confidence in Visionworks. I am still wearing my old glasses with an outdated prescription because I feel that I have had no other choice. One day at work, I tried to wear the new glasses and I gave up on them after a few hours because my eyes began to feel sore. I will not wear the new glasses because my feeling is that they are still not properly made and are not comfortable for my eyes. What I might have to consider doing is taking the frames to a different optical service and have the proper lenses put in. It would be too bad for me to go to the expense of having another service make and put in the correct lenses, but I do not want to possibly harm my vision. This experience overall makes me deeply worried about Visionworks and has made me feel reluctant to want to go back.

Vision Works offers terrible service. I ordered my glasses over a month ago. Was told by the lady who placed the order that they would be ready in a week. Was told by another person it would take two weeks. It has been over a month and according to their answering service my glasses are still not ready. The payment for my glasses has been deducted from my credit card about a month now but my glasses are still not ready. To make matters worse Im unable to reach a live person on the phone. I would NOT recommend Vision Works to my worst enemy. Their service is lousy.

They seriously overcharge supposedly you get the first pair with insurance and buy the second pair 50% off but you can only get their basic glasses with insurance and they double the price of the nice frames so the discount just lowers the price to its original amount. I should have did more research

My name is ***********************************. I have a reference number 1884362.Last December 2022 I visited Visionworks at ************************************************************ Store # *** to order both , my progressive glasses and Sun glasses. I also paid for my prescription. On January around the 25th I picked up my progressive glasses ( sun glasses wasnt ready yet) and wore them for around 4 days. I could not seen well; everything looks blurred for me. I went back to the store and asked for them to fix it. I left my glasses then. Did not hear from them so I reached out to the store to ask if my glasses were ready, the staff said yes. On 2/1/23 I walked to the store to pick up my 2 pairs of glasses; surprisingly my progressive glasses were not fixed correctly; I still wasnt able to see well, so, I requested a refund.I was immediately refunded the amount of ****** back to my card ending on **** , which I used to pay the whole amount of ******. I asked why I wasnt refunded the whole amount right away to the same card. I was told I could receive a check because I paid cash. I showed them I didnt pay cash.Since 2/1/23 I have been waiting for the remaining amount of ******( order # ********) it have been more than 45 days and I am still waiting for my refund. I am paying interest on my credit card and I had to pay for another eye exam and I cant order a new pair of glasses until I receive my money back. My current glasses are broken.I have called Vision-work twice I have Spoken with **** on 3/1/23 who gave me a reference number and stated she will escalate my inquiry. I asked **** for a supervisor to call me back and updated my contact information. **** told me to expect a phone call within 48 hrs; it never happened. I have unsuccessfully contacted Vision work ******** Services via email , via ******** messenger, I wrote a review on their page and no one have contacted me with an update about this matter.

I would leave 0 stars, if I had the option. This place is TERRIBLE. Seriously... AVOID. All I wanted to do, was order contact lenses. The employee, *******, was the worst person EVER to deal with. She was rude and ****** off sounding, demanded my credit card info, without any explanation of what I was being charged. Then I was abruptly put on hold for about 20 minutes... At this point I was a bit worried. I ended up calling them back. She refused to give me an order #, a confirmation #, a tracking #. I had paid over $200 for contact lenses.... With 0 proof of purchase. This place seems to be run by people they just got off the street. Lol AVOID AT ALL COSTS. !!

Ordered my glasses and said they would be ready in 2 weeks, getting toward the end of 4th week after several excuses and calling several days in a row the last week they said they were in AND then she lied and said they left a message that they were in 3 days earlier, that's funny lady I check my messages several times during the day, lies, we'll went and picked em up and they weren't even the frames I picked out, even a different color and shape, I had to have glasses so I went ahead and took em but told VISION WORKS will never get another *****, learned my ******
