It started off great until year 2. I got in a car accident in ********* literally have had to do EVERYTHING myself. I cannot get a hold of my agent (*********************) I bought a new vehicle in June and after multiple attempts to get a hold of them to let my financial know that I'm insured, it's the middle of September and they STILL haven't contacted them. I have tried calling and texting my agent but apparently once they have your business they lose interest in being your agent. Super frustrating

My wife received call from our account manager after we just canceled my auto insurance in pursuit of better insurance (We found some at a way better price). Not even 5 minutes after here comes the call. I'm thinking it was going to be the normal call and attempt to get us to continue or find more. The agent got defensive. Very unprofessional. Their salesman are the worst. They try and hit me up at least once a month for referrals but the last guy that came into my office said we can't take you off the list unless you send us a referral once every 30 days. After 7 years of having their ********** come into my office with no results they still send people.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

If i could give no starts, that would be the correct rating.The agent and the corporate structure are terrible.Policy written incorrectly, can't get them to fix it and get the required documents despite me telling them my timing. No prompt return of calls or emails, it is like they work an hour or two a day and there is not any true corporate supervision of the agents themselves.STAY AWAY.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

Still waiting refund after almost 3months. Stay away!!!! They started policy after we had said we didnt want the policy. We cancelled immediately and they did it anyway. In addition they took out more than we discussed.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

1 starStarting to think we need to get an attorney involved, purchased a home back in March, all paperwork and choice of HOI was chosen by our buying team. It's August and we pulled our policy and they have the year of our home as a 2019, it's a ****. 33 year difference and the square footage is incorrect, emailed agent, texted agent, called several times, my husband called from another phone number and he answered. Just to tell him he'll have to call us back. That's been over a week and NOTHING!!THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE A LICENSE TO SELL ******************! 1 starRaised my homeowner's insurance rate by 75%! When I contacted them, my agent, ***************************, became belligerent and when I told her that I could not afford that much of an increase and I would have to sell my house! She replied " you have to do what you have to do, I have had others sell their houses, mainly the older people on fixed income." I tried to go to her office to talk to her about this and when I tried to locate the 2 offices that were listed as her business address they didn't actually exist. I sold my house in October and moved to another state, all sale transactions were completed in October including canceling my insurance. I continued to receive notifications from her office and each time my rate what I owed was higher as now they considered I was late also and added fees on my cancelled policy. 9 months later I was finally notified that my policy is terminated. Should be a no star rating because they lack any integrity whatsovere.Review fromFaith E

1 starI has the worst experience with Goosehead. I wish I could select no stars. This company does not deserve even one star!! I got a quote from them and without even signing any contract, the insurance company charged my credit card. I finally had to dispute them to get my money back. I was buying a house and trying to get an insurance quote for the new house. When talking to the agent, ********, who was way too pushy, she told me that there's a fee of around $280. When I asked why do I need to pay Goosehead a fee, she told me that it will be paid by *************** She was insulting my intelligent. Why should title company pay for me?? When I made it clear to her that I will not pay, she told me they'll waive the fee or she will pay from her commission. Next day when I asked her to resend me the quote, I noticed they had increased it to make up for the $280!! A very manipulative company. If you ever hear "Goosehead" JUST RUN.Review fromAssaf M

1 starSTAY AWAY. ******* O'*****, the agent, provided misleading information, setup a faulty home insurance policy with a significantly lower coverage amount than what was discussed, and promised that all fees can be refunded easily but it turns out to be that it is not the case. He pushed me to pay to lock the rates but in reality he activated auto and home policies against what i asked for. I've just spent almost three hours on the phone to cancel these policies. Shameful conduct.
