I'll make sure and let everybody know how the service was taken care with a new widow that has had multiple injustices, lies and horrible customer service.

1 starAVOID AT ALL COSTS. Really horrible company. ******************** in ******* literally hung up on me after he confirmed it was him and did not pick up when I called back. After having it happen numerous times, I realize they train their customer service people to disconnect you and put you back in the queue. Hold times are up to an hour, and then ******* will put you on hold again or disconnect you. They do not keep a record of what you have been calling about, so every time, you start from scratch. Our issue happened in June 2022, And as of March 10, 2023 we still have not received our check. We had to pay the contractor because Goosehead was avoiding them otherwise the contractor was going to put a Mechanics Lien on our property. AVOID AVOIDReview fromGLORIA G

1 starHORRIBLE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES FOR MONTHS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGARDING MY INCREASE IN PREMIUMS. TIL THIS DAY ***** HAS RETURNED MY CALL. EMAILED WITH NO RESPONSES AS WELL. FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF SOMEONE 2 WEEKS AGO AND SHE STATED (AGAIN) SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL BUT YET THEY KEEP INCREASING MY PREMIUMS ON HOUSE AND CAR INSURANCE. FINALLY GOT THROUGH AGAIN LAST WEEK AND CANCELLED POLICIES (DUE TO YOU CAN'T TALK TO YOUR AGENT OR ANY AGENT) BUT THEY NEVER REPORTED IT TO THE *** COMPANIES AND PREMIUMS WERE WITHDRAWN FROM MY BANK ACCT. Be aware of this Insurance agency. I called last year to get a quote, once I agreed to sign up I was told I owe $275. This amount was never agreed on. This year I decided to cancel them, even though I canceled my insurance on 2/7, for a policy that would have started on 3/4 if I had decided to stay with them, Branch insurance charged my mortgage a month ahead. They are very inefficient and no on top of their game.

Umbrella policy was cancelled due to their repeated failure to submit all required information to the insurance company. Then they autorenewed a homeowners policy that went up 2x without even bothering to shop it around. Spent 2 hours waiting to complete cancellation paperwork that they didn't even bother to submit to the insurance provider so another hour of my day spent on hold getting the policy cancelled and refunded. This basic response further shows that goosehead is not committed to the minimum standard of customer service.
My issues:
1. Goosehead did not follow through with their job as a broker through submission of basic documentation. (No response)
2. They did not attempt to shop renewals and did the bare minimum of autorenewals at 2x.
Their response shows that as a service provider, ie a broker, they are willing to do the bare minimum across the board. Tell all your friends. I know I have.Review fromCasey L.

Beware of Goosehead doubling your premiums with absolutely no communication whatsoever. It happened to me after one year of service, it happened to the person who referred me to Goosehead. I won't be going back and I'm glad that I found a less sketchy insurance provider with a much lower cost.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

AWFUL customer service. You can never speak to a human being. They make you sign up for a call back during a specific time slot and then they do not call you. My time is as valuable as theirs. Rate increase every time my auto polity renews. No claims and no changes, yet just systematically increases. Don't waste your time or money on this company.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

Their agents are not reliable. They talk a good game but then ghost you. I tried calling, leaving messages and even emailing but no luck. This is the second time this has happened to me. They left me hanging, never again. Beware of signing up with this company. Their agents will disappear on you without any explanation. So disappointed and dissatisfied.Goosehead Insurance Agency, LLC

Lie Cheat and ****************** MOTTO! That should be all you need to know: But, the Company agents steal and Start your coverage in a LAPSE AND WON'T fix it! TAKING FROM THE ELDERLY IS THEIR PRIME TARGET. I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK AND THEIR. I received a quote from Goosehead Insurance and decided to stay with my current insurance provider. They are now sending me docusign emails to cancel a policy that was never agreed to. Agent I spoke to is no longer contactable. I get emails every other day requesting that I cancel the policy...and never signed or agreed to the policy.
