      YOU DO NOT WANT THIS COMPANY!!! Find another one, any other one but this company. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!! They sell you on a one year agreement but it is really a 5 year agreement that you are stuck in. They don't care about you!! The only thing they do care about is getting your money from you each month, that's it!!!!!!

      Hello ***, we train our sales representative to be upfront and transparent before, during, and after the sale. Additionally, we conduct quality assurance phone surveys and provide copies of all signed agreements to our customers on the day of the sale. A 3 day right of recision is supplied as well. This timeframe gives a grace ******* which allows customers to review the paperwork they signed, contact us with any questions or concerns, and, if so desired, the ability to cancel with no penalty.       We have to same complaints as everyone else. Our services have not worked since 2020. We have had this system since before 2018. They can not provide details of complaints or calls. Now they are saying we signed a renewal or it auto renewed but they have no record. WE WERE NEVER TOLD ABOUT AUTO RENEWEL. They cannot fix our system unless we "upgrade". We are now set to pay the bill even though it does not work.and they refuse to cancel. They have violated my rights because I have not been notified about renewles and here is the ** law. If any attorney reads this and want to file this lawsuit please respond.(3) For any automatic renewal exceeding 60 days, provide written notice to the consumer by personal delivery, electronic mail, or first-class mail, at least 15 days but no earlier than 45 days before the date the contract is to be automatically renewed, stating the date on which the contract is scheduled to automatically renew and notifying the consumer that the contract will automatically renew unless it is cancelled by the consumer prior to that date.

      Do yourself and your bank account a favor and DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AMP SMART!!! They lock you into a 5 year contract and it automatically renews, if you haven't given them written notice to cancel, which has to 30 days before your next billing date. I have been charged the monthly bill for 4 months, since my contract was up. I was able to call on 7/21, questioning why I have been charged after the contract ended and was told it was auto renewed. No notice from them that I needed to give them written notice to cancel. Also did not receive notice of a price increase that occurred. Was told "the contract states we don't have to notify you of an increase." I requested to cancel on 7/21 and was told I had to pay for August, when it isn't even 8/1! If you want to keep "loyal customers" a good business works with you and notifies or reminds you of things you may need to do, like provide written cancellation notice or that prices are increasing. Even if contracts stated otherwise. In addition to not making your "loyal customers" try to find the 5 year old contract, so they know what they need to do! Worst company ever!!!!! The only reason I gave 1 star, was I had to, in order to complete this message. Stay away from AMP Smart!!!

      The service did not work twice when needed. They charge more than other security systems. One customer service representative was helpful but had to transfer me and hung up on me in the process. When I called back, I had to review everything again with another representative, who transferred me to someone who was rude and did not care to help. They said it would cost $1850.00 to cancel the contract. I do not recommend this company. Shop around. There are better companies that dont cost as much.

      ****** was the Customer ServiceMaster person who helped me. He was courteous and was able to send me with verification of continued alarm service for insurance purposes.

      This company is awful. The doorbell camera hardly ever works. When someone come to the door it doesn't record it. You call them they charge to come out. I called to cancel it. They are telling me that I have to pay $1850.+. I just removed all their equipment and had a new system put in. I understand that I am under contract with them however it should be against the law for them to be in business ripping customers off. I was not secured using amp smart. I upgraded my wifi listening to them and that didn't work. A few times I just got tired of calling them and just accepted what was going on because of the contract. There is so much going on in this world and I needed to feel as I am somewhat secured. I call ADT. I don't regret it. I ask Amp smart not to take anymore more out of my bank account however they keep reminding me of the contract as though I had forgotten. I can understand the early cancelation fee however anything beyond that I shouldn't have to pay. $1850.+ for you doing nothing. I don't think so.

      Worst company for security. They get you to sign for a 5 year contract and then limit you to a month to send them an email to stop renewal. They automatically sign you up for another 5 years and try to force you to buy them out of your contract. The equipment is cheap and the service is poor. Trying to reach them is a joke. They give you the runaround. Its a fraud to force you to keep their horrible non existent service. Dont go with them. Im about certain you will regret it in the end.
