    They still wont give me my money back, they didnt even give the right color back. They obviously tampered with them too, because theres no reason why my eyes should have burned while wearing them.

    1. Absolutely terrible customer service. Everyone I talk to tells me something different every time I need assistance. 2. They push their awful brand of contacts when you use their online eye exam option. The exam tells you that you can switch back to your old brand if they dont work for you, customer service tells you nahh, retake the online exam. 3. If you get married, *********, cant change your name-gotta retake the online exam AGAIN just so you can get your insurance benefits (but the first customer service rep will tell you they changed it-it just takes awhile for it to go through on your end). Truly an awful company.

    They need to change there price match policy it is not what they mean. They use incognito web browse searches I was told to find price match. Then state that on your website. Don't say we price match. Terriable customer service

    We apologize for the frustration you experienced with your price match. When we do a price match, we go off of the final total, with all the fees and shipping costs included by the other company, and beat that amount by $1. Unfortunately, we cannot price match with a company's new customer discount which is why we use incognito to do the search.

    More of the same. Promised a refund for a price match, then said they wouldnt. Showed them a screenshot, they said it was already discounted. More back and forth and s*** apologies later, they still wouldnt budge. Offered 10% off next order. Blow me, guys. One star because order arrived quickly, rest of process was heinously handled.

    I ordered contacts and then received a message saying they were out of stock. I waited two months and now I finally received an email saying they are in stock. We'll, if they're in stock, where is my order??? This was my first time ordering but they've left a bad impression on me. I guess I should order from ****** and forget these people.

    In this day and age, as I type my review on a mobile device, it is incomprehensible that rebates are mail-in via snail mail. I do not accept that there is any reason for this other than to get something less than a 100% redeemed rate and pay out less than full. Entice the consumer with a low price ( after rebate) with the knowledge that a statistically high number of customers will forget or forego due to inconvenience of the rebate process. That this is an industry standard is a week excuse. In a matter of hours an off the shelf digital process could be implemented, but it is not because it either saves the company money or allows it to promote lower pricing, which is both deceptive and unscrupulous. Somewhere in a management meeting certainly someone has the integrity to speak up and say why dont we change this process and insist on a valid response from management decision makers. Hopefully enough consumer complaints will create change, but it would be great if the company would take the initiative. But Im guessing they will maintain they are a customer friendly company with high integrity and highlight what they do well ( which admittedly is much) and ignore the the obvious flaws simply because they can get away with it. To the reader at 1800Contacts, I ask, in you day- to- day activity in your office, just how much paper crosses your desk and how much is digital/electronic. Other than a Christmas card, when was the las time you used a postage stamp? You know the answer, will you fix the problem?

We do still try to make the rebate process as simple to follow as possible and honor the rebates that are submitted to us that qualify.

    Their advertised price match policy likely runs afoul of consumer deception laws. ***** Contacts promotes "We beat any price on contact lenses, plus Free, Fast Shipping and convenient online ordering." In reality, they will not beat "any" price. Despite providing a competitor's website, EZcontacts, and all the requested information, the price match (let alone a price beat) was refused. ***** Contacts claims that customers clicking on competitor ads such as EZcontacts on ****** are offered special pricing, which is outside the scope of their price beat policy (the agent explained, "****** pricing is usually a one-time promotion available only to new customers"). This should not matter. If a customer is able to order from a competitor at a lower price, ***** Contacts should beat that price - just as it promotes. I even copied and pasted the competitor's price breakdown from the check-out page (with all fees, *************.) and the price match was still not permitted. Either you should beat your competitors or stop advertising that you will. After years of using ***** Contacts, I ordered from EZcontacts because it was half the price.

    ********, ordered from ****** and nowhere did It say *** funds on the pricing (It's a ******** web address) so I cancelled. Got an email confirming cancellation but today notified that charges were put through on my card.Scam

    Neither customer service reps ****** supervisors nor managers have ANY training whatsoever in HIPAA laws. A manager suggested I just email my order and prescription to ***** Contacts. I asked HOW to do this and still have my PHI protected, since an email coming from my personal account is not HIPAA compliant. The customer service **** ********** had no response other than re-iterating that company is allegedly HIPAA compliant. I explained that sending my PHI over my personal email is in no way "private," because I would simply be sending the data unencrypted over the worldwide web. The *** replied that she had never received training in HIPAA and did not know how to respond. She refused to connect me with the manager who made these suggestions, told me she needed to end the call now, and then hung up on me. I later learned that she wrote in a call note that the call had "accidentally disconnected." *********** has NO Privacy Officer for customers to call. Phone # on the website for Privacy Officer is disconnected, and *** REFUSED to connect me with an upper level manager. Also, the company has REFUSED to price match the same lenses I located at 1/3 the price from another company. They allege that they are only permitted to use a Chrome browser in Incognito mode, so that their online searches cannot be tracked. I used Mozilla Firefox to locate the lower online price. Both CRS and supervisor just insisted they are not permitted to use any browser other than Chrome in Incognito, and if they cannot verify the price I'm seeing, they are unable to honor it. I suggested printing the webpage I was on with full pricing details, and mailing it to them along with my prescription. Both CRS and manager stated that they are unable to accept ANY printed prices from other websites, even when those prices are listed in full detail. Don't be fooled, folks! ***** Contacts DOES NOT care about your privacy rights under Fed law, and they don't always "price match" either!

    I had the worst experience. I ordered for my teen. I got an e-mail saying it was on back order 4-6 weeks. That was cutting it close for the time he'd be out of his completely but what can you do? They never arrived. I contacted customer service and the person helping me was very rude. They still never showed up so I contacted again. My order was nowhere to be found. The customer service (much nicer) finally found it ("That's weird" she said) and said she'd find out what was going on. She sent an e-mail a day later saying they'd be shipped in six weeks but she refunded the cost of shipping. What??? He is entirely out of contacts now and can't see the whiteboard at school. To ***** contacts this does not matter, but to me who believed their marketing pitch of fast delivery, it matters a lot. A child who cannot see the board, cannot do well in class. I cancelled the order and will never order from ***** contacts again. Highly caution those considering buying to read reviews first. I wish I had.
