    I absolutely love 1-800-contacts! I couldn't be happier with every part of ordering. My contacts are always in stock, shipping options/speed is awesome and reordering is really easy and fast. I have to order from some other place to use my insurance benefits for the year and I hate having to deal with them. The prices are higher and the service is terrible which I think make me appreciate how great 1800contacts is even more. I won't order anywhere else.

    I am a new contacts wearer, I was given contacts from my optometrist but they never gave me a prescription so I called ***** contacts and:1. Someone picked up on the first or second ring. No phone tree or transfers required 2. The lady I spoke to clear and easy to understand 3. She was very helpful and said that she would actually call my doctors office and get the information for me. She also applied a first time buyer 30% discount and let me know if a mail in rebate I was eligible for. 4. They placed the order and called back to confirm the order had been placed 5. I was sent tracking the same day

    7/3/24 @ 1:54pm - Just got an 800 call. Didn't recognize the number so Googled it. It is 1 800-Contacts, so I answer. They asked for me by name and the voice sounded like it was coming through via filter, so I asked who they were. I was so stunned I've forgotten his name, but I did interrupt him and told him that when/if I need more products I will be the one to call them and to take my number off their list to cold call. I have been ordering from this company for MANY years and never had an issue. But this is just too much. Seriously considering changing services now.

    Great contacts and got them for a good deal, BUT- they charged me the full amount twice on the day I ordered causing me to overdraft, as contacts are very expensive! I assumed it was a mistake, and called my bank to see if it was on their end. My bank confirmed that the full amount had been charged and removed from my account twice on May 31st, and that I should call 1800 Contacts to get it fixed. I emailed 1800 Contacts twice to inquire on the charge, and they told me it was probably their hold charge and to wait until the 10th of June (a certain number of business days after the order) and to recheck and then contact them again if it was still there. I recently rechecked my bank account, and they did return the second charge, fixing the problem, but they didn't do it until the 12th.I thought I knew about hold charges...but had no clue companies can fully charge you twice and then return it to your account almost two weeks later. Seems very unfair to peoppe who can barely afford contacts in the first place.

    Website states they have a price match guarantee yet that is not true. I submitted a legit checkout cart from a competitor that was over $200 cheaper that ***** and they said no. No real explanation. False advertising. I ordered through he other website, saved $200

    Im giving 1800-contact a 3 star review because they do not honor the shipping deadlines set for their company. They will apologize for the inconvenience but refuse to refund the shipping cost. This has happened twice and will not order from them again. I know it wont matter if one person leaves but to me its the principality of the matter of doing what you say when you say it.

    If I could give this place a zero I would. The customer service is terrible I told them I had my prescription and they were completely rude and ugly. DO NOT do business with them. I will stick with ****** thank you.

    I ordered my contacts on 4/8/24, then it was deleted and I never received a notice as to why it was deleted. When I call the same day I ordered them I spoke with a gentlemen who stated that I should have received a call explaining that the price first quoted was not the correct pricing information due to my prescription which made it a special order so I had to pay more to order them. So I placed the order again with him over the phone, I just recently on 4/17/24 received an email that my contacts are in stock, so I went to the app and looked up the status and found that it was still verifying my script that I have uploaded back on 4/8/24, So I called again today and spoke with ****** this time and she told me that the contacts are in backorder and that as soon as they get them they will ship it out to me, she quoted 3-4 weeks as of today. Seems like they don't know what they are doing or what to say, but they are quick to charge your account. Also she stated that they are working on the bugs in the app because they do not coordinate with what they have in their system. Once I get these contacts I will not order again from them. Believe I will also right a review about them in ****** too.
