    Their customer service and guarantees are unlike any other. You can call, email and even text a live agent. Anytime. They replace lenses for any reason necessary. Even if your prescription changes! They are also very fairly priced and accept vision insurance benefits. They also will price match with proper proof. I am just really impressed and felt they deserved a good review.

    Four lenses in my last two orders have had nicks in them right out of the container. I sent message but have heard nothing back.. I have been satisfied with this company up until now., I will not be ordering anymore lenses from them.

If you reach out to our customer support team via email, chat, text, or phone to give the details on what was wrong and they will set up an eye health complaint and let the manufacturer know. We normally will send lenses to replace the damaged ones.

    I contacted **** contacts today to place an order for next day delivery and asked if it was possible because it was 4:30 and the agent checked and said, yes, we can get that sent for you. A few hours later I checked my account and nothing was sent. I contact them again and another rude agent started blaming saying it was my fault my phone number wasnt linked to my account, I said, what, this was a text chat how did you not have my number and they said well it doesnt matter because the cut off for shipping is 3pm so I was just completely lied to and the manager could care less. He just said that they would give the agent that lied training. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not rely on these liars. If I had gone with another company I wouldnt have had this problem.

    I have been a client of **** contacts basically since middle school and I'm 34 now so a long time loyal customer . Up until the last year or so it's been nothing but a disaster dealing with them. Everything from no longer matching pricing based on it being because you have to be a first time buyer which they've never had an issue matching any price now they had execptions to ok I'll deal with that then it became the only contacts that I use were being discountied and they don't even reach out I mean clearly they would make money I would order as much as possible but instead I call for a usual refill and told they are no longer making this brand colorblends FYI and proceeded to state they only have a few boxes left so I ordered them . Got told a certain amount then they changed the story I got an order not which I was told but fine . I called back again to make another order and was told they had 1 box left which I gladly accepted and paid for at which point I also got next day shipping 3 days goes by and I notice an email not a phone call saying my prescription had expired that they reached out to Americas best and they didn't approve my exam meanwhile I got it in Feb 2023 and called Americas best who denied the claim from **** contacts and my prescription was valid but this was after in order not to get my order canceled I paid for an eye exam through **** contacts. I did everything right and still a few days goes by I'm checking the app and it says full filing status so I let another day go by so about 1 week since ordering and I call them to follow up at which point I'm on hold which I knew was gonna mean something bad and of course the lady on the phone said oh we thought we had 1 box but turns out we don't like how's that good business practice I even told her when I ordered I specifically requested to be 100% they had them and was told they did . Complete terrible company and lost a 20 year plus client !!!

We thought we had enough of the colorblends contacts when you ordered them, but sometimes when they are being discontinued the inventory changes quickly. We understand the frustration because of the process you had to go through. I added a $50 credit to your account to hopefully make up for the experience. While this credit will never expire, please note that you will need to call our customer support representatives to have it applied to your next order.

    Looking into your account, it looks like your order didn't ship out in time because your prescription had to be verified since it is a medical device (you can learn more about that process here: *********************************************************************************). We understand that it is frustrating to experience any sort of delay when you are needing contacts at a certain time. As a courtesy we offered to ship a new order to where you would be staying and waive the shipping fee but you decided not to take that option.

    To do the online exam they want access to my location and camera and want to take a pic of my face LOL. Absolutely NOT! Scam!

    We are sorry to hear you aren't a fan of the Express Exam! We have to see your location so that we know which eye doctors to send the Express Exam to in order to get your prescription created. We also have to get a picture and video of you doing the test so that the doctor has the information they need for the prescription. The purpose is to do what you would do in a physical doctor's ****** online so that it is easy and convenient.

    They lied, causing a huge issue with my optometrist!They claimed to have called her and she stated my rx was wrong, so they canceled it. I called her upset because she did not call me or explain this, and it turns out THEY NEVER MADE CONTACT AND WERE LYING! It caused a big fight with the receptionist. Then **** contacts admitted it was a lie without apologizing.I have screenshots of 1800contacts texting me MADE UP LIES about my doctor and then walking it back AFTER I took it up with the doctor!

    I was a huge fan of ***** Contacts for years, a loyal customer completely. I've been completely frustrated and disheartened by talking with them these last two days. IN THE PAST, they always price matched, treated me fairly and gave me no reason to look elsewhere. Yesterday, after I had done the extensive research (they CLAIM to price-match) every single website I found, they said they didn't see the same price. I would even take my 'orders' to the end to make sure I saw any added shipping and 'processing' fee. (though they charge no processing fee, their price is higher than almost anywhere except the *** Doctor's ******** If I'm going to overpay, at least I'd stay 'in network' so that I don't have to do the extra paperwork to get my Contact Lens allowance re-imbursement from VSP. They were so RIGID, no customer loyalty after multiple years with them. The only upside is I got to do research and found the best price for my prescription~ which supposedly they advertised that they match. Their **************** is not what it used to be. They've lost a loyal, long term customer in me.
