      On Dec 5, 2022 I applied and was approved for a $550 limit credit card. Waiting to receive the card, I checked my Credit Karma account on Dec 12, 2022 and noticed my credit card was active on my list with a debt of $75 (which would have been one of the fees associated with activating said card) but as of that day I still had yet to receive the card. I reached out and was told there was a plastic shortage, which was why I hadnt received my card and that the card was not activated as of that date. When I questioned why it was active on my credit report and had a fee already charged of $75, there was no reasoning or explanation as to why that would be. I was told my card had not shipped but was expected to be soon, if it hadnt been received in **** days to reach out again. Fast forward to today, Dec 26, 2022, I still havent received the card and yet again another charge was on the card. Now I supposedly owe $123, without activating the card or even receiving it. I call again, the representative tells me that the activation fees are being waived by supervisors because there have been numerous complaints from people who have not received their cards. I asked for a supervisor and informed them that what this company was doing is fraudulent. Until a person receives and activates the card, you DO NOT owe anything nor should it be reported on your credit. Requested my account be closed and taken off my report with a zero balance, was told it was done but was then promptly hung up on when I was going to ask about how long it would take to be reported to the credit bureaus. I do not recommend anyone in using this company for any reason as they have no problem committing fraud.

      If I could give them a zero that's what they would get I paid my payment on 5:01 next day I see a late fee charge for $40 called them and ask why was I charge a late fee you have my payment could not tell or explain anything to me ask for a supervisor been on hold for over 20min. someone need to investigate this company they are robbing people of their money.

      Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nobody speaks English and they could care less about keeping you as a customer.

      The worst bank Ive ever dealt with. Their customer service is trash. Will transfer you multiple times and you will be on hold for hours. They added unauthorized charges to my account and when I called they told me it was because they made a mistake because they were switching from **** to Mastercard. I had to call multiple times to get this resolved and then was charged multiple late fees and interest charges for not paying on the incorrect balance they were reporting. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THEM!!!!!!

      This is the worst bank ever I called Wednesday of last week and they told me my card will be here the end of the week beginning of next week and then I called them today and they said that my card havent been made yet they said there is a plastic shortage and they hung up on me 3 times so I told them I want to cancel my account and I want me deposit back and they said **** know I made the payment with my debit card that they have to print and check and mail it to me. If you ever want a credit card dont use them they are a bunch of scam artist

      They sent me no email about closing my account. When I called customer service they didnt inform me of my account closing. They proceeded to have me on the phone for more than a hour. I asked for a supervisor and the lady from customer service informed me she was on hold for one. She did apologize for the inconvenience. Can they really close your credit card account without giving you notice?

      My application was approved on Nov. 28, ************************************ the mail within 7 days. I contacted them on December 12, 2022 and the lady told me that she doesnt know when my card will be shipped out due of plastic shortage!!! Ive never heard of a bank running out of plastic to make their cards!!!! She told me to call back in 2 weeks for an update!!!. I applied for this card hoping to have extra funds around for the holiday. If I knew that they were out of plastic I wouldn't even bother to apply. So disappointed.

      I paid off my balance and their annual fee is billed at a dollar a month with no option to pay it in a yearly fee, so if you forget to pay it they will bill you a ***** late fee over a 1 dollar fee, this should be criminal and is designed to set people up to fail and extract money from them for financial services that provide no benefit if they had an option to pay it yearly which they do not currently at of 12/22/22 then I would not feel like they are trying to get people on the bogus $40 late fees. Also when I went to cancel my account for this reason the **************** rep said please hold Ill transfer you to the cancelation **** it will take two minutes and Ive been holding for 10 minutes so far.

      This bank treated me awful I received a credit bank to my credit card of ****** dollars after 9 days of phone calls to this bank I was treated terrible hours on hold and the never got my money added back to my account The escalations department was mean to me rude I am so disappointed and never got my ****** dollars back Very sad to be treated this way and have my money stolen by this bank itself the return was given by the company ****************
