      I paid my $700 **** credit card off every time I use it. I suddenly revived an email saying that my **** card will no longer be active as it will be turning into a Mastercard. I depend on my credit usage I called Merrick bank reluctantly to find out when my master card will be mailed out they said it was mailed July 17th 2022 its now September 23/2022. I call two times a week and get an overseas call team that tells me the same thing the card is mailed out, They are lying I still havent received my card! They use dirty tricks and claim the manager is in a meeting every time ,then hang up when I chose to wait, this is not good business In this tough economic time I highly rely on my credit cards and they have caused my utility bills to go delinquent l! Merrick bank must pay for this damage they are causing. Theres no way I can be the only one!

      App is not up to date with current payment owed to account. This causes the consumer to have additional late fees added to payment. **************** tries to explain but does not make any sense with explanation. Never in my life have I ever had this many problems with a company. A warning to anyone thinking about being affiliated with this company - DONT!!!! You will be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I paid $30 to get my card in two days, it has now been 4 no sign of the card and each time I call someone new tells me something different they are terrible not even sure this is a real company at this point.

      Rude obnoxious customer "service". I mistakenly joined their autopay program. The second month in, I notice a strange address on the slip submitted to my bank. Neither my bank or Merrick could tell me who or what or where this PO BOX address came from. Other than a reverse lookup of the address that showed a weird name association with it from a very nasty person. Merrick doesn't care or even show concern. They will not get another ***** from me. Beware. They probably have been careless with your data too!

      Terrible company zero transparency and reps will steal your personal info. They will say no but they offer no proof that it did not happen even when. You offer proof it. They just smoke and mirrors. Very dishonest

      19 months Ive been with them. Treat me like I work for them, and I have not gotten a single credit line increase. I have requested one 5 times after the first year I had the card. My credit is 20 points higher, and never a single late, or missed payment. Today, after arguing with a customer service supervisor and threatening to close my account, she went ahead and closed it after I hung up with her. I guess her ego didnt like that. Called back, asked why its closed and to reopen it and they said once its closed, it cant be reopened. Its my fault even though I didnt give her the go-ahead to close the account. Get a different credit card, like ****************

      App had glitches, they processed two payments of mine. Called to get them to return one of them and they proceeded to tell me they couldnt stop the payment and that I had to call my bank and have them do it. So I did. Fast forward a month and they have my account (with new limit) locked and telling me I cant use it until I give them more money. These people are flat out fraudulent.

      This System is the worst communicator in the business finance world. I have been cut off twice on hold for over 2 hours total. I am going to cancel this Card and I have a high FICO score. They are useless and very unprofessional. If **** wants them, they are crazy to bring them into their organization. I will pay them off and cancel the Card. Total BS organization total BS!

      Have waited on the phone 9 times in two weeks attempting to get a late fee removed. Every single time I get off the phone, someone says its taken care of, wait and check tomorrow. Every single one has lied to me! Still hasnt been resolved. Had 9 times I had someone tell me it will be taken care of. I cant believe a single thing out of any of them.
