      Single worst cc company I have ever worked with. Hold times for anything that matter are in the hours. payment system seems to work fine. Collections work fine, but anything to do with their s**** *** is a hopless mess.

      This is the most terrible bank ever I do not recommend banking with them or getting a credit card with them. I disputed a transaction in January for $900 because someone stole the card out my mailbox before i was able to activate the card myself! They gave me my money back then reposted it in June to my account. Ive been calling every week about the charge and no one can explain to me why the charge is on my account nor will they remove it! Even though I escalated the situation and went to the police! I repeat DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY NEVER ANSWER OR HAVE SUPERVISORS CALL YOU BACK!

      After 9 years they cancelled my credit card with no notice. Not because I was ever late, because of 1 year no use. I was always on time and paid more than the minimum. When calling to request a review and reopen I was denied ability to speak to a supervisor.

      On hold with them right now53 minutesbeen transferred twicevery poor customer servicewish I would have read these reviews first.they blame it on labor shortage due to pandemic but I think nobody wants to work for them.trying to dispute charges that are not minebut at this point, might just take the loss and cancel the card$52 not worth this

      What kind of company says oh hey we're sending you a master card to replace your **** card, just keep using the **** until you receive it...and then randomly out of the blue without warning deactivates the current card before you even receive the new one?! I've been on hold over an hour with 2 different people only to be told yeah they probably turned it off because they're getting ready to send you a new one. It hasn't shipped yet but it should ship soon. Then the rep went on to say oh they turned it off because they don't want 2 cards out there...even though the new card hasn't even shipped to you!!!! Up until this point I hadn't had a horrible experience like the other people here, but this really puts a sour taste in my mouth about this company. The wait time for a representative is ridiculous and this business practice is just absolutely ridiculous. BTW, logging into the app the pop up still says we're updating your card, keep using the old one until you receive it. I would not at all recommend this to anyone. I'm going to pay off my $1700 balance and close this account with the quickness!

      This company is the worst company to deal with, they charge **** fee for a card with low credit line high interest rates so even if you don't use the card there hope is you forget to pay your membership fee so they can hit you with a late fee. good luck reaching customer service, I was on the phone for an hour to close this account, buyer beware.

      Terrible to work with!!! They charged me a fee after my account was paid in full. They are very sarcastic and rude!! On hold forever!

      I have four teenagers since It was hard to keep up with all my bills during the coronavirus pandemic I was put in a really bad predicament and almost lost everything and I explained this to their customer service which are very rude people and they were not considered of my situation at all very rude they have charged me over $340 in late fees for only being one to a couple days late they cut my account off because they couldnt pull money out of my bank account but I paid it right away the very next day this is a very very bad credit card companies to be involved with they have no remorse or no sympathy for anyone hey soon as Im one day late they hit me with a $40 charge and also if they go to pull money out of my bank account and another card has pulled out money that I wasnt expecting a **** they come out theyll charge me a reversal charge which is $35 additional set of $40 this is so wrong to do to a mother with four kids and literally after two times of being late they cut my whole account all and have messed up my credit significantly and I work really hard to change my life around and build my credit up so I can be a better mother for my kids and this company has really dragged me down in the mud.. and after all the extra money they have for me they are still making me pay the remaining money which is only like $165 I just dont know what to do and theyre getting ready to put another **** on my credit for late payment because I was only five days late ??

      MB From Me To You, You're 1 Of The Worst Out Here. I get a 29 days after bogus charge, from Sixth rental, says I used 1 Mile, which is 8+ miles from my house to the rental location, they were not able to dispute a fraudulent receipt, something my 3rd party tried harder than MB, this is in May 2022. Now in July 2022, I get a cr,edit from Amazon for $65, which was 9 days before my due date in July 2022 and the minimum payment required was $45. Why Merrick Bank Kept Harassing Me With Emails Telling Me, My Account Is Over Due, I Have A Late Fee, Which Was So And They Literally Temporarily Suspended My Account, Telling Me The Credit Of $65 Does Not Cover My Minimum Payment Of $45. Their Horrible, I Was An Prior Customer Of ********************** And They Sure Have Won The Reward Of Being Trashy, Horrible And Definitely ******************** Friendly You **************** About Money, Just Like ******************** Representative **** Said To Me On Our Recorded Lines My Credit Of $65 Do Not Reduce My Balance Or Take Away My Minimum Payment? Me And **** Had It Out! Yes It Do, Lie ALL Authentic Banks Do, UNLIKE MERRICK BANK! She's Definitely A Product Of Her Environment, Horrible And Trashy, Just Like Her Employer! That Was A Scammer Response And This Is A Bank Employee. Horrible Bank Violators! Also, I Will Fight For MYSELF AND DEAL WITH SIXTH CAR RENTAL DISPUTE SINCE MERRICK BANK, HALF A** INVESTIGATOR'S COULD NOT HANDLE IT! THE 29 DAYS LATE RECEIPT WITH 1 MILE IN AND OUT FOR A 2 DAY RENTAL AND ****** OR WAZE CLEARLY SAYS YOUR CLIENT LIVES 8-9 MILES AWAY, YOU'RE NO REAL INVESTIGATOR. YOU'RE JUST A SUCCESSFUL LIABILITY!
