      This company is a scam. I had $200 invested and I logged in to discover it had been losing about $4 per month in fees. I'm closing it asap.

      Unfair Refund Policy at HealthEquity/Wageworks HealthEquity (WageWorks) withdrew $837.53 automatically from my checking account March 3, 2025 when I was not signed up for automatic payments. I called them up to provide a refund. They explained to me that I had to cancel my account which I did via email and on their website. They informed that per their policy it will take up 30 days to refund my money. I asked why 30 days and I did not receive a clear explanation. Normally when you cancel services money is refunded within 5 to 7 business days. I do not understand why any company requires that much time to refund my money. I will also inform my company HR department about my experience with HealthEquity (WageWorks) and that they should find a company that treats their employees better.

      My company uses Health Equity and I was "sold" on a commuter benefit thinking that I would be able to used the benefit for toll for my commute to work. Toll that equal over $100 a month to get to and from work. I have $160.00 in the account that I have been trying to get out beings I found out they will not cover tolls, only a bus line. We do not have reliable public transport where I live, and I do not use it. So, now, I have the money sitting there and they refuse to reverse the deposit to my company so it will be taxed and paid out. Nor will there reimburse me for any of the expense of the tolls and receipts I have sent. I would not recommend this company as they are shady and will not assist with this issue.

      Worst company ever havent been able to use my card since January 16 talk to multiple people. All they do is brush you off. Talk tothe supervisor they cant give you no answer. Only response they give is pay out-of-pocket and we are reimbursed why pay out-of-pocket and this is my money. Send me a check and let me send you the receipt. How about you all pay out-of-pocket. Any job or company that uses them good luck theyre terrible. Wouldnt recommend them to a dog.

      I received a card and documentation for someone named "*******". My name is *******. I could not use the card, or the checks they sent me for prescription co-pays. I called several times to have the issue fixed, and they promised each time to rectify the situation and email me when it was done, and never have. I have no idea who this "*******" person is, and more importantly, were they sent MY card and information???

      Terrible customer service, make you jump thru many verification hoops and still cant resolve problems. They have no way to have both parents on the account. Issues have been both with HSA card and dependent care.

      So much potential, but so terrible. The *** card always gets declined resulting in the need to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. Getting reimbursed is difficult and takes several days. It is super common for the website to be down. Not enough staffing to handle phone calls, have been on the phone waiting for an hour before. Very frustrating.
