      Haven't been able to acess my funds due for the past 2 months. They keep denying a receipt that has everything they asked for. Called customer service multiple times they looked at it and agreed it should be accepted. Still nothing has happened and still dont have acess to my money

      I have placed $17,850 in my *** account. They said it would take up to 10 business days for it to populate. After five business days, their mobile app showed it as settled However, they will not let me spend any of that money for 15 business days from the point of transfer That equates to three weeks on a calendar. On the website, it also shows that the money has been received by them. I reached out to customer service and they will not help. They told me that their mobile app cannot be relied upon. Additionally, they also informed me that it was 10 business days from the point of receiving the money. This means that they have use of my money for two weeks. I understand that they wanted to make sure that it wasnt fraudulent. Five business days have passed from the point of transfer, They have the money they will not let me use it. **************** was not helpful. We up to 10 days in their statement met nothing to them. They really mean theyre keeping it 10 business days.

      It appears that Health Equity relies on a manual process to update their system, which is highly inefficient. Instead of entering eligible members at the start of their coverage and removing them once eligibility ends, the system seems to require monthly manual updates. This results in significant delays, often until the middle of the month or later, before prescriptions can be accessed. This creates undue hardship, particularly for those who cannot afford to pay out-of-pocket for their medications while waiting for the system to update.What makes this situation even more troubling is that I have already paid for my coverage well in advance, yet I still face these recurring issues. Unfortunately, since Health Equity is the provider chosen by my company for COBRA coverage, I have no alternative.Additionally, the customer support experience has been less than satisfactory. Many of the representatives weve spoken with seem poorly trained and unable to resolve the issues in a timely manner. While I understand cost savings may play a role in outsourcing support, it is critical to ensure that all representatives are competent and equipped to handle customer concerns effectively.I hope that ********************** takes immediate steps to address these systemic inefficiencies and improve the customer experience. These issues undermine the trust and reliability essential in health insurance services, particularly for individuals relying on timely access to medications.

      I do not recommend this company. Dealing with these people is the worst experience I have had with any company. All employers need to swap from this company. They are a scam, and crooks. I wish there were more ways to get complaints seen. They deserve to go bankrupt. Unprofessional as I have ever seen.

      If I could give negative stars I would. I have been unable to use my FSA card since January 2nd due to an issue on their end. I was told 3-5 business days and it would be fixed. Here we are several 3-5 business days later and still not fixed. They waste your time on hold and there is zero urgency to get this resolved. I have never experienced a company this awful.

      This has been the worst experience ever and I wish I knew before doing business with them through my job. The communication is awful, I have to keep calling to check on my case in which I am presented with staff that has no idea what information they're giving their consumers and I have to then ask to speak with a supervisor every time. Unfortunately not even they have an answer for me and I'm told " My case is being escalated" well its been "escalated for over a month and I'm fed up. The money I'm paying into for my commuter card it quite literally no where and they do not have an answer for me which is totally unacceptable. I will warn any and everyone against doing business with them. I truly don't know how they are still operating.

      The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only can I not use my money that I pay into it. The customer service is absolutely abysmal. No straight forward answer and the customer service will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you off the phone. I get told theyll follow up with me on why my claims for reimbursement (from my doctors) was denied. So I cant use my card or submit for reimbursement, this company is a scam. 100% **** I wish I would have known how bad this company is before putting my money into it.

      If I could give a zero star review, I would. I have been trying to resolve a claim for over a year by calling in or using the website's chat function regularly, weekly to monthly. Every single time, I provide all of the documentation requested, like itemized receipts, have gone out of my way to have Medical Necessity forms filled out for them by the provider and they still tell me I have not submitted the proper documentation. The documentation has been uploaded in my Health Equity portal for over 6 months AND linked to the claim in question. When I follow up on the claim, I am told it will be reviewed within 5 business days. When I ask to talk to a manager because I have been told this many times over a year, I have never been directed to one. Health Equity suspended my FSA card over this claim and the issue is ENTIRELY on their end. Now I can't use my FSA card or the funds associated with it and I have to front payment using another means then submit a 'Reimburse Me' request. The 'Reimburse Me' page allows you to add the expense, but does not allow you to submit the reimbursement request forcing you to file another claim and endure this infuriating process all over again. If my claims are not resolved by next week, I will be involving my employer. This is unacceptable.

      My husbands employer switched to HE in May 1, 2024 and since then we have had issues accessing our funds. When we call they say whats needed to satisfy us at the moment. HE wants us to have the hospitals, surgeons, doctors, pharmacies, etc. apply to be approved by them for funds to be allocated to said medical expenses. It is absolutely absurd to suggest that a hospital bow down and beg an H S A plan for their approval. I have requested this issue to be fixed numerous times over the past 9 months and all I get is nowhere. This company gets thousands of dollars a year from us to cover medical expenses and we cannot access our funds. I have requested payments to providers and this doesnt happen either. I have requested reimbursement and this too is AT THE COMPANY DISCRETION. (Still no reimbursement of funds) So they find everything they can to not allow its customers to access funds. This company is a shady one and thats being nice. The customer service department is less than par and isnt intellectually capable of solving an issue no matter who you speak with. Thai needs to be fixed.

      SHAME ON THEM. The Health Equity Company drained my entire balance from my contributions in *********. I checked on my balance today, and HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS GONE because of their fine print snakey HIGH MONTHLY fees. They did nothing to amend this when talking to a supervisor through customer service. Shame on Intermountain Health for encouraging their hard working and underpaid employees to contribute to this company's theft.
