      I received an email notifying me that I was approved for a loan that I never applied for, in an area where I'd never in my life been. When calling, I gave them the Lease Approval ID I was emailed and they wanted all of my personal information. I was not comfortable with providing them with this information since my identify was already compromised. Any suggestions on how to get a fraudulent loan cancelled with this company without jeopardizing more of my personal data?

      I have currently paid off all my debt with them. I returned one item and the return was processed through Way fair and my refund was issued to Acima and they still have not issued me my refund for my item returned. I have been going through loopholes trying to get my refund back but I will be filing a small claims through court if I have to in order to get my funds back these people are frauds. I will never ever do business with them again. Please stay far away from them they will lie to you and charge you unnecessary fees even when you are paying on time and also don't do Auto pay they will use the wrong card!!!!! So make sure you put only one card on file for them these people are snakes.

      This does not give you the option of giving a0. I have a current lease with them and I have been explaining to 5 different customer service representatives that I lost my job and I am unable to make any payments. I have been getting the run around for almost 2 months now. I asked them to come and retrieve the furniture by Rent A Center who they use. This was as of May 30, 2024. Every time I call to have someone set up a time to come get the furniture no one ever comes or call back. PLEASE DO NOT get in a contract with this company, they pretend to care about the customer but do what they want to do. They have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

      This company is not there for the customers, I bought a refrigerator from this company/September 2023, and now we are in June 2024 and the refrigerator is broken. This refrigerator cost $2000, I called to file a complaint about the refrigerator. Nobody wants to speak to me about it nobody everybody wants to give me a run around on all I need is somebody to come and repair my refrigerator and nobody will answer the phone and yet Im still praying on this refrigerator people be careful at this company. That is not good/wayfair . I will never purchase anything from this company/wayfair again. Unsatisfied customer.

      I been making a payment once sometimes 2 times a week and they charge me taxes on every ************** have charges me $88.44 16 times & another extra payment of $96.18. These are alot of extra fees every time I make a payment they charging me between $30.00 & $50.00 in taxes with the payments. This is ridiculous. Really no star is my rating I made a mistake & touch for a 1 star review this company **** a rip off

      I paid my lease off twice. I called in got the payoff amount and paid it, twice!!!They keep charging my account. Calling them does no good. Very rude, and lie about everything...Do not do business with them!!They do not deserve even one star!!

      Do not use this company. I got a brake job that cost $359.99. I used this company and have paid for this same brake job nearly two times already and they are still deducting payments from my bank account. I think enough is enough. I would not advise anyone to use this company. I really feel taken advantage of.

      Purchased a king size bed from Bobs Furniture....the bed cost $1700.....I put $300 down on the spot...I financed the rest of the cost of the bed....no paperwork in front of me....just a tablet the sales person had with all the information ..I'm sitting home one day.....look over agreement really good....I find out they want me to pay over $4,000 more for a $1700 bed...and had put $300 down.....payment $241 a month....$300.73 a month with tax.....SMH... If I had actual paperwork in front of me and saw all of the cost......I would have walked out of BOBS FURNITURE...ACIMIA is a bunch of CROOKS......BOBS FURNITURE *****, **. **********
