      ACIMA Finance company are crooks.I called to pay off my whole balance and the lady tried to discourage me from paying it. I kept pressing to her that I want to pay it off so they don't keep taking money out of check.She finally asked for my debit card number so I could pay and then my bank denied payment because of the amount, I had the money in the bank but due to security of the bank, I had to call them to tell them I approve.I called my bank and they opened it, so then I call ACIMA back to pay the balance and the lady that answered the phone asked for the last 4 digits of social security, when I told her, she told me that this does not match what they have and that they cannot accept my payment unless I email picture of my social security card.I don't feel comfortable sending them my social security card.Isn't crazy, they won't allow me to pay my bill off. Their benefits us to keep taking $200 out of my check twice a month.Crooks!!!Don't use them or Wayfair because Wayfair is the company that suggested them to me.

      Placed a Best Buy order on the Acima App. Everything went through fine. 5 minutes after placing order Best Buy advised that they cancelled my order because Acima Virtual Card was invalid. Called Acima. They reversed everything and advised they would refund my initial payment. They placed the order again for me with Best Buy. I was charged another initial payment. The order went through. A few minutes later Best Buy advised they Again cancelled the order because the Acima Virtual Card was invalid. I've called this fraudulent company several times trying to get this fixed and cancel everything with them and get Both of my initial payments back. Just get transferred around and a run around. Horrible unethical company.

      do not use this: there is a $70.00 processing fee for this merchant: then if you decide to get out early before 90 days is up they charge you an additional $125.00 just to complete this agreement. How outrageous is this? this information was not provided AT THE STORE LOCATION ********* ******** **********************: this is a rip off. the representative never advised of any of this: **** THERE SHOULD BE A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION INTO THIS COMPANY: THIS IS WHOLLY OUTRAGEOUS

      Stay away from this company! I didnt receive my furniture on the date that they said I received it! I have called them so many times, and they keep lying to me like a resolution department will contact me. When I first addressed the issue in January they told me they would fix the date now in April the date still isnt fixed! I will never in my life advise anyone to lease through them! Just fix your credit or use progressive leasing! **************** is terrible!

      Stay away from Acima. I started a lease, never received the products but received an email stating it was delivered. The signature on the form was not mine. I contacted customer service and they kept insisting I received the furniture but I never did. They keep trying to take money out. It has been a nightmare trying to get this resolved. They told me I went through a specific store and to call them directly but they also cannot provide me with the store information. It has been confusing and frustrating.

      A car stereo was purchased through Sound Warehouse. Financed with Acima as a lease agreement. Told by Sound Warehouse we had 6 months to pay the stereo off (misinformation) actually only 3 months. We wanted to pay it off 2 weeks after the 3 month cut off, Acima is charging us $600 in lease fees. Acima would not settle until we get 60 days late. Which we have not been late so far. So ruin our credit or pay $200 a month lease fee. So in 3 months we are paying double.

      This is a predatory leasing company. If I can tell you anything please please pleas pay attention to the lease agreement and the optional purchase price they will make 100% profit on you lease then want you to about 15-20% of the retail price as a final payment to keep what you just paid twice the retail price for.

      ****** would not let me speak to a supervisor 3/29/24 just before noon. ****** previously helped me and told me final payment would not be drafted. Payment was taken today when I was told would be ****** by Apr 7th. They are just messing with people's lives and don't care.

      I cancelled my contract with Acima within 24 hours of purchase. I never received merchandise. Acima has taken my down-payment and continue to take weekly payments from my bank account. I have talked with 6 different reps who cannot help me with anything. They also cannot give me any info or anyone else to talk to in the resolutions dept(as they say). They are basically stealing my money. I keep getting the run around. 7 to 10 business days for this to be resolved. It's been **** near a month and my money is still being taken from my account. This is a very unprofessional company and unacceptable. I will be taking Acima to court. You are stealing my money. Taking from me and my family. Obviously I am not the only person Acima has done this to. I will be looking into a class action lawsuit. This seem to be a common practice with Acima. The reps are also disrespectful and talk and treat me as if I am stealing from them when they have been taking my money. This is a terrible and unprofessional company. Class action Lawsuit. Acima you will treat and listen to your consumers with better respect and better work practices. Stop Stealing from your consumers and find a better way of conducting business. Stop stealing my money.

      I purchased 2 beds from Price Busters and got financed through Acima. Before the furniture was delivered, I canceled the order. I never received the furniture, and canceled my contract with Acima. Acima is threatening me about payments on merchandise I don't have. I explained to Acima that I do not have the merchandise, but they continue to harras me, and threatened to report me to collections and credit agencies.ACIMA IS THE WORST COMPANY TO LEASE FROM.
