      I havent started payments yet and my payment went up in price per week and I got a email saying that my payment date was changed after I confirmed it verbally on the phone, little hard to do since I havent tried to call them. First time with this company and they have changed the price of something that I agreed in writing to before I even got to pay it

      Horrible!!!Bad customer service, I had the same issue a lot of these other reviews already mentionThey kept talking money out earlier and earlier and broke our lease to buy or whatever the want to call it agreement for the payment to be taken out on the 13th and 27th of each month,when I reached out to them the operator she said payments were taken out bi-weekly and if I wanted to start a new payment agreement I had to call 3 days before my due date,so at this point Im at my **** end,so far Ive paid 90% of the purchase price,(not including taxes)so based on the reviews it seems Im not the only one who has problems with Acima,so Im done with them, so report me or whatever,because the *** should really shut Acima down.

      This place is a total SCAM and rip off they should be closed down and reported to authorities for the way they are ripping off people. I wish we I made my purchase from ****** that I would have did more research before I allowed their in store sales representative to con me into using their financing. I called before my payment was due to have the payment changed to every other Thursday because my our payroll changed. Well that wasn't what they did. They let that payment fail so they could change me late charges and other ridiculous fees and then they changed the payment dates going forward which was not what I asked to be done. They need to be shut down. They knew exactly what I was asking when I called but opted to do what they wanted. I was not even expecting this until I got an email stating I was 10 days late. Called and they can't even speak English much less understand what you are trying to ask they are FRAUD and SCAMMERS. I am going to contact the ************************ in ***** to turn them in and hopefully shut their lying thieving behinds down. I have never in my life. Run run run run from these crooked people. Shame on any retail business that uses them. BBB do something about these people!!

      I leased a dinette set. About a week later I noticed this table was starting to leave white spots after I removed breakfast or dinner plates from the table. I called them to pick up the item and we went over any fees that I might owe and there werent any. Here it is over a year later and they are sending emails and calling me about a sixty something dollar balance. What are these people trying to pull.

      By far the worse leasing company Ive ever used. There reps dont know up from down its crazy. One rep told my husband and I the extra charge was for 1 thing then was told by another rep it was for something else when called out about it the rep tells us its the same thing. The 2 were so different it was so frustrating even talking to them. Theyre rude the lady sucked her teeth and did nothing I wish I would have just paid for it when I got my purchase id never recommend this company to anyone theyre rip offs and have terrible customer service. Id run fast as you can away from this company

      This company is the BIGGEST JOKE of companies. I regret using this *********** will tell ***************** to never use this sorry excuse of a place. I went to Electronic Express to look for laptops. I had the money to purchase what I wanted but the lady working for acima in this store hollared for me to come speak to ********* told me how "great" this company is & how she recommended it to save me money & build my credit. So I stupidly fell for it. The store had two of the laptop I wanted, one display/open box and one still boxed. I didn't realize that they gave me the open box one & I filled no paper work out agreeing to take the open box product. One week after having the laptop, IT STOPPED WORKING. Completely black screen, no power whatsoever, & would not charge at all. After contacting the store, I was told I couldn't do anything about it because it was open ********** don't take those back. So I contacted the acima rep in the store. She ignored me. I drove to the store asking for help and got banned from the store by the manager because "I made the store look bad by bringing a product back and he didn't like my attitude." Well who wouldn't be livid that you sold them someone else's broken product and didn't tell them and now you won't fix it? So the acima rep told me to bring the product back and she would ship it off to do the ** warranty on it for me. That has been a month ago now and she will not answer my phone calls, she has not told me if the laptop has been sent off or not, she refuses to let me know anything or let me have my product back so I can send it off myself. I have been trying to contact acima customer support for days now and confirm my account thru the automated system, it plays music and someone answers, hangs up or it just hangs up during the music. How the h*** is this company still open? I am absolutely fed up with this and want my lease canceled since you all took my product & won't give it back. 3 months of a lease for one week of use.

      This company IS FRAUD, FROM HELL!!! Sent to DESTROYED innocent hard working Americans! people's credit are at risk! They are a bunch of unprofessional liars and thieves!       They took my first payment. I called Wayfair to see where my order was they didnt have an order for me. I contacted Acima the phone line is a fax number. The on line chat is a joke. I had 3 chats in front of me then 14 then 10. This business needs to be shut down.
