This company stole my money and they will never be held accountable. I wish I could spit on them. I had the money they requested and they didnt take it out normally like the agreement they waited until it went delinquent. Very frustrating and immoral. It costed me thousands of extra dollars and they are terrible negotiators. Basically to save against their threats of destroying my credit I was forced to pay over 100.$ a WEEK to get away from their fangs. They feed on the poor and injured people and steal from them. This company is lacking in a lot of things, They are even ripping off people who paid them off accounts within 90 days. I will never do this again next time I sleep on the flood until my payday. They are going to tell me it will take up to 7 weeks for them to close my account. What kind of mess is that. Then they charge me an extra 70 dollars to close my account . So one needs to close the company down. It's like you get punished for paying off your account. I know if they try to take some more money out of my account I will see them in court. It should be --- stars .Acima

This is a fraudulent leasing company I paid a lease off by due date earlyy pay out they took a payment after paying final payment I disputed with the bank got my money back These crooks reopened a paid off lease because I disputed and think Im fixing to pay another ****** on a 784 dollar lease Ive already paid over ****** and they put me in a benefit plus program to scam more money I didnt sign up with..Big scam and one day they will be investigated and sued and shut down this company is big time fraud not even worth the one starAcima

I am dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and there inability to do anything to better assist there customers I am being charged almost the same amount I took out for the entire amount of **** and showing the payoff is ******* when I have already paid ******* I would never advise to anyone to use Acima unless they can do something about this issueAcima

I wish I could rate this place a 0. The agents lie then they tell you that you have to go to court to subpoena the recorded phone call when you inform them that you a very aware of what you were told and ask for upper management to playback the phone call. The extra fees are also ridiculous. You are better off paying with a credit card or in cash if possible to avoid this scam.Acima

Cannot give a 0. They double tax, put the wrong total on what is owed. If you dont pay it off by a certain date then they double the price instead of leaving it be. This company needs to be closed for good or change how they process finances. Also they need to be investigated.Acima
