I fell victim to this scam also, they overcharged me and con me into a scam. They wait till you sign a lease and also tax you twice. Dont do business with these con artistsAcima

I went to a 5 bin store( Bargain One.. Got some shoes and what not. Man told me to get everything I need I could get now pay later. I believed him. He took my phone scan a barcode and said you got **** so I thought I was saving money so I use it. First I was told I had to pay 63. But it would come off the bill. I believe him. The stuff was 350 . He added up and ask me to sign I did . I checked my email the next.morning saw the lease it said I got a recliner and was charged 408 all together I didn't get a recliner. I called Acima but that was no help now I'm out 63 dollar and and paying for junk they want take back..They want the stuff please come and get them. Bargain One dont even have recliner in ******* **. I was this removed cause it a lie. I DONT HAVE ANY RECLINERAcima

just another company trying to rob the poor. the fees and interest that they charge should be illegal. I made a payment to close my account and then came back and charged me more fees after I already paid in full. the customer service is horrible and they don't care about their customers at all, only care about how much money they can get from you.Acima

The service is terrible. I called because I was supposed to pay every Friday they charged me twice. A week. The representative didnt know what to say he mention. It was because of a holiday. I asked about the other weeks and he blamed it on my bank I called my bank they told me with the exact dates my account was charged. They were trying to cover up their mistakes. I just did my early pay off I called and a different representative said it takes my bank 3 days but cima would take 10 days This is insane what kind of system is this. This is very bad !! Im hoping everything goes smoothly and I dont get the same experience that everyones got I just paid 30$ plus my early pay off plus 200$ extra will make sure not to do business again with this company is sketchy I dont trust this company. I would never recommended this dosent feel right !Acima

Corrupt bunch of Loan Sharks!! They dont give you the details about your so called lease until After you sign the contract. Then you find out that they give you 90 days interest free to pay off your lease contract. After that they charge you A Daily Lease Fee so by the time you have made all your payments you have paid for your item At Least Twice!! Its basically a Rent To Own Scam!! Avoid ************ At All Costs!!! I was lucky enough to pay my lease off by the deadline that would have started charging me the Daily Lease Fee. I will make sure that ************* Crooks Close my account!!!Acima

The leasing company That I am paying for Low balance of $496.79 jumps to well over $1000. Offered to pay off the remaining balance of the purchase of $959 purchase of $210.69. No they want me to pay off $1047.00 They Scam, making a profit of over $1500 for a $900 purchase. Do stay way from this companyAcima
