Worst lease agreement ever. I was told by the loan officer there is a 90 day same as cash offer but once I received payment their is a $608.83 few for processing. Not happy at allAcima

ACIMA IS A SCAM!!!! Dont EVER shop through Acima leasing they are the most disrespectful and money hungry company I have EVER HEARD OF. I bought a sound system and leased it through them it was $1,200 and some change I wasnt aware about any 90 day payoffs and I downloaded the app and shows I have spent nearly 2 grand and still owe them $1,700 for some reason. We are just people trying to have nice things and we have rich f****s like you guys stealing are money like you guys dont have enough. The customer service it trash I was on hold for nearly 2 hours! Before I hung up the phone the next day I called again told them I was done with there service because I was getting ripped off and they told me my acc was shut down and I had to have THERE belongings to them by December 11th and if I didnt they would proceed to take payments from me so I asked if they payed for shipping and come to find out this company doesnt pay for shipping returns so I payed nearly $100 to ship it out you guys are scammers 100% Im gonna make sure anyone I know does not use you guys I want my money back just like the hundreds of others that you guys have scammed this is a dirty world and people like you guys are the reason. I dont know what Im doing but I could run this company better than you guys you would also think this company wouldnt be a company with how many reviews you guys have on scamming people its just absolutely terrible DO BETTER. ONCE AGAIN I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE I KNOW DOESN'T BUY **** YOU GUYSAcima

Acima is a terrible leasing company I wasnt warned about having to pay something of in 90 days or else I would gladly have, I ended up buying a sound system and it was $1,200 and some change they tried to charge me more than $3,000 so I returned them and they didnt even pay for anything there so I was also charged nearly $100 for shipping in my opinion this company is a scam 100% NEVER SHOP WITH ACIMA and I want my money back for the shipping you guys are filthy we are just normal people trying to have something nice in life we got rich ****s like you guys robbing us for the very little money we have, also customer service is terrible I was on hold for over 2 hrs one time until I just eventually hung up and the people that work there arent even anywhere near being customer support I could run ur company better not even knowing what Im doing you guys need to get your s*** straight and become a better company not that I see that happening but a review is a reviewAcima

I couldnt even get through my first months payment before scamming me beyond recognition. Giving me figures that didnt makes sense then keeps changing the figures of what I owe and served me over $50 with of non sufficient fund feesAcima

DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!I WAS ALMOST FINISHED PAYING OFF MY LEASE WHEN I NOTICE THAT THEY ADDED AN ADDITIONAL $35 TO MY LEASE. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERIVE AND TOLD ME THAT THE CHARGE WAS FOR SOME BUYERS PROTECTION. WHICH WAS A LIE! NOW I HAVE TO MAKE 2 MORE ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS INSTEASD OF ONE. DO NOT TRUST LEASING COMPANIES THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MORE MONEY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF PAYING UPFRONT OR *******.Acima

Horrible company. Please do not do business with them. I like the idea of paying for items in 90 days v 12 moths via credit card. With that being said. I've used almost every leasing company. Progressive, katapult,aftepay etc. This one is ny far the WORST. They over tax on the product as well as horrible customer service. No flexibility on payment dates. I was charged a fee for asking to pay 1 day late. I asked if I can return the merchandise and was placed on hold and no one ever came to the phone. After 1 day late I received 4 phone calls and 3 emails. After asking to pay the lease off I found that I was taxed almost 100 dollars on a 500 purchase. I recommend progressive, katlapult affirm or any other companyAcima

I just want to thanks the only two nice gentleman and lady that after almost 5 other people more make me feel so sad and stressed. Their names are **** and *** I hope Im writing their names in the right way so bless for costumer servers like them I just want to thank them the did my day.
