For me acima has been great, Ive used their service for a couch and washer/dryer. With both purchases I used the 90 Day payout option and had no issues, customer service was very professional and easy to deal with. They only took my correct payment out each time and when I was ready to payoff it was just a quick easy call and done. I will use acima again without a doubt. For me they stuck to our contract without any surprises, and just so anyone looking to use them it does get expensive if you dont payoff by 90 days, your cost will double, but as Long as you use the 90 day payout you only pay like a 50 dollar fee and whatever the cost of your merchandise was at the store, and I personally have no problem with them making a small fee for giving me 90 days to payoff plus I get my merchandise the same day, so for me I wouldnt pay any attention to all the negativity you see about acima because its been great for me. acima is joke when i set up my payment info i was told that the primary payment would be my bank account andd they sent itt to my credit card and it was locked and theen charged me a 25 dollar returned payment fee when i explaned this to the customer service rep (if you want to call them that) the said there was nothing they could do that it was my fault this being my 1st payment i can just imaging how this iin going to go will never do another thing with this snake oil salesman co.i wouldnt even give then 1 star but that is as low as i canAcima

Horrible company they don't send you your lease agreement for three days, then they not only charge you a lease fee they then charge you tax to make payments and pay off the lease. I would have never financed if I had seen the agreement before hand showing that I would be paying taxes on a lease that was just made three days ago. So I paid $108.03 for a $300.43 cent lease which is not worth it especially since I was going to pay it off in a couple of days. I will never do business with this company again, they are predators trying to scam people out of their hard earned money because they don't have good credit. Believe me they do not even deserve one star, but you have to select a star rating to submit the review.Acima

BY FAR THE WORST!!! THEY ARE SHARKS OUT FOR BLOOD!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY GIVE YOU A 90BUY OUT AND IF YOU CANNOT MEET THAT FOR WHATEVER REASON AND ASK FOR A LITTLE EXTENSION, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT AND IF NOT YOU WILL BE STUCK PAYING TRIPLE WHAT THE LOAN WAS FOR!! THEY ONLY WANT TO GET AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE NOT GIVING A **** ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER! WORST THAN LOAN SHARKS SMH! THIS COMPANY CAUSES YOU SO MUCH STRESS!!Acima

I have received the loan from them about 3 months ago and first things first not worth it second thing they pull payments whenever they want sometimes 3 times a week and when confronted about it the say send us a copy of the bank statement when I send them a screenshot of my statement they say not good enough, then tell me I need to send them a physical copy of the statement so I do and they keep telling my everything I do is not good enough to prove they are stealing from my I agreed to a weekly payment not 3 a weekAcima

Its depressing dealing with them. Payments are high, you cant seem to pay it off. They want more and more. Over $2k in interest for only one year on a small purchase of $1500. Thats insane! Then an additional $250 to buy the products at the end of the lease aka predatory loan.Acima

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY So, I was just stolen from. Almost $500.I purchased a bed using Acima a few weeks ago. My first payment was scheduled for 10/20/23. Last night I paid the balance in full. However, after paying that, I had an additional $464.33 pulled out of my account this morning. This is not what I agreed to. Upon calling ***************** they stated that was what I agreed to when I first set up my account. It is not. This is theft.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAcima

I was indeed a customer of **********************. they committed a fraudulent charge per my bank. I gave them a new form of payment on August 11th, 2023, and on 10/03/2023 they charged the account that I didn't want them to charge!Acima
