      I will never do business with Acima ever again. I purchased a sofa, mattress and box spring. The merchandise was put on one lease contract. I let Acima know I was going to be moving and only needed the sofa to be picked up and I would like to keep only the mattress and box spring. They refused and said all merchandise including mattress and box spring will need to be picked up and that I will not be able to keep my mattress and box spring because it was all on one lease contract. Acima stated I would need to have the mattress donated and send them copy of the donation receipt because they can not return mattresses. They will not allow me to keep the mattress and box spring that I am stating I want to keep and continue making payments. I explained to the Acima multiple times no one or any ************** will except a mattress as a donation some thing that I AM willing to keep but a Acmia refuse to assist me with keeping my mattress and box spring. Do not do business with this company.

      This is a bunch of mess! The customer service is terrible they do not seem to understand and after this purchase I will never use them again. Please beware of what you are doing if you cant pay cash for it just wait save yourself the headache people. Not that I was trying to get over just trying to pay payments early but still want to charge me the same amount I paid early to stop from getting fees as my account had been compromised. Dont do it just wait people..

      "Behind on payment" with threat of collections if i don't pay by the due date of next month. Are you trying to charge me twice..? What do you mean i'm behind on payments. I'm looking at the 120 dollar payment from the 5th of this month you blood sucking corporate entity. Stay the f*** away from my credit score. You already screwed me into paying double the price.

      I bought 5 new tires. At the tier shop they told me that my the total was $1,800. I just looked at my statement it went up to $3,800. So I called Acima and they told me that will be my new bal. So if I was you I would not recommend this place to use at all they will rip you off.

      I tried to buy a living room set from S&R Majestic furniture, owner ************************ . On June 15 *****. cima paid ******** to this furniture place, but I never received any furniture at all! ************************ is a scammer and a thief! I waited almost 3 weeks for the furniture that supposedly he gave me on the 15, if June 2023. After 19 calls and 19 text messages back and forth I finally got tired of so many lies so I called cima to cancel the transaction since I never received anything from the mentioned above! **** said I had to go to the seller to sign a paper so they can cancel? But Me. *** is wanting to charge 40% to restock??? He lied about me receiving the merchandise on the 15. Of June! Then he texted me on July 3rd so you want me to take the furniture back to the store?? This ********** knows how to use the system for his benefit? I cant believe cima is accredited with BBB . I am taking action against cima financial! Due to the fact they did not call me to check if I did receive anything from S&R Majestic furniture! This is a total scam fin cima and S&R Majestic furniture. I dont recommend cima financial! ***********************************.

      The Customer Servuxe is HORRIBLE!The "system" runs Acima opppse to the People run the "System"The System gives you an "Approval" based on the "banking institution" you Use!I can only speak about MY EXPERIENCE; based on my CHASE BANK account I was APPROVED for $1,250 whereas my monthly is $70,000; which is so far off; however, based on an application "re-ran"Under my Navy Federal Credit Union, I was "DENIED"! So ACIMA's "System" is discriminatory towards Banking Institutions they "Prefer" where they deem a HIGHER APPROVAL RATE for a HIGHER Chance a Borrower will repay their funky loan!Needless to say, I emaied ******* and told her she can keep their $1250 this is not even the price or my *************** heels; and to RE-EDUCATE ***** because she's CLUELSS, keep ****** because she's the Only Person who ACTUALLY knows what she's talking about...and ******** is sweet but says whatever is ************************************ Sum, I would NOT RECOMMEND ACIMA to anyone especially as a ***************** Banker who managed ********************************** NEVER KNOW who you could be speaking too!This Company is Plum Dumb; they will br in debt soon if not already; this is why they Offer LOW APPROVALS to mitigate RISK, but the REAL RISK is WITHIN the Company as Employees not the Customers/Borrowers!On that Note, GOOD LUCK!

      I get emails saying my payment is late, which is a automatic payment, and their customer service is quite lacking to say the least. I will finish my current lease and never do business with them again.
