Horrible Scammers on what they charge. I would have gotten a better deal with a loan shark on the corner of the worst neighborhood on the city. I paid off my purchase early and when I logged on the website I saw I could have paid in April with no interest when I asked if they send out courtesy reminder to let clients know, they said NO. OFF COURSE NOT they would rather **** their customers out of every *****. The customer service rep must have been brain washed to talk to customers like a sociopath. No normal, natural conversation. I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE. I paid $1700.00 for 4 tires worth $790 and I only had lease for 6 months. Thank GOD I was able to pay off early or I would have paid $3000 for those tires. DESPICABLE COMPANY!

Dont ever use this company ! Its a scam !! They charge extra hidden fees! They tried to give me a late fee and I was not late. I couldnt get my money back! Run as far away as you can from Acima?Acima

BEWARE of ACIMA and their ********************!Mother's Day 2023 I went in to Allure Jewelry in *********, ** to look at diamond stud earrings. They offered me such "a great price - 50% off 1 ct diamond studs because I'm a teacher and do so much for our youth, blah, blah" and then stated they were able to provide "FINANCING" through ACIMA and it wouldn't impact my credit score and I could pay off the amount early without penalty. I've been making my monthly payments. Today I received an email from ACIMA notifying me I have "SHOPPING POWER AVAILABLE " which I thought was odd. When I opened up the paperwork, to my shock, I would end up paying $2900 for the $1200 earrings I had "financed interest free". PLEASE be careful and do not use ACIMA without completely understanding what you are doing. tHEY DO NOT FINANCE - THEY LEASE! I'm lucky I caught it and will end up paying today's "BUY OUT" price which will be only $151.50 more than what I thought I was purchasing the earrings for. From what I read about ACIMA complaints, many others have not been so lucky.Acima

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are a bunch of crooks, they are charging me 3000$ for 1,000$ lift kit that I put on my truck and the crazy thing is I paid for half of it so I would have to pay as much on it per month! They have a bunch of hidden fees and on top of that they forged my signature on the agreement, I never seen those types of numbers on the agreement before if I would have known that I would have not gone with them at all Makes no senseAcima

Stay away from this bank! They are thieves! They double and triple your balance after a purchase and add hidden fees and taxes to every payment which is not stated in your contract! My husban purchased a bedroom set at price busters for $1,200 and after that purchase they increase the balance to $6,000! I'm sure what they are doing Is illegal but no one has investigated them yet!Acima

Very HIGHLY disappointed! I paid my furniture off within the allotted time via my credit card. When payment was being processed I was never told the payment was going through as a cash advance/wire transfer. If I was told that I would have made my payment another way! Now I am being charged monthly finance charges for a cash advance/wire transfer which I did not approve of. I have been back and forth with Acima and my credit card company. I have sent several correspondences to Acima begging them to correct how the payment was processed, I sent them my personal bank statement proving that payment was put through as a cash advance. I received a reimbursement for $137.00. however this will not cover all the all cash advance interest I have occurred!This is so frustrating! Not to mention I am paying for something I did not do or approve of. I will never use ACIMA again and I will not recommend their services.Acima

HIDDEN FEES...DON'T USE! I will never ever use this service again. I wanted the 90 day pay off option but they "couldn't set it up" and I had to just make extra payments on my own. I paid so much in taxes with the extra payments I made. There was also like another $500 in fees that I wasn't aware of before I signed the paper work. It's really ridiculous!!!!Acima
