I wish I would have came here and read these reviews before getting a line of credit with them. Horrible!!!!! Fraud!!!!! **************** is trash and management even worse!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend to anyone!!!!

I have purchased a mattress from this company and have been placed in an agreement that I never was told or agreed to. Was advised one price, provided a receipt of the remaining price and is now told I owe ***** additional dollars from what the original agreement was. Was told once the mattress was delivered, to call and assure that I was purchasing the mattress at the purchase price and no other price. Was assured that I was and remaining payments would be ***** weekly, and remaining balance of ******. Balance remaining went from ****** to ****** with little to no valid explanation. No one seems to want to help resolve this conflict and I will now be out of a mattress once I process a return and no one seems to care that my receipt and contact does not match which is effy and that no one has contacted me back regarding the issue at hand. WILL NEVER make a purchase or recommend anyone else for that matter to ever purchase or finance rather thru this companyAcima

Absolute trash! I filed a complaint with BBB, you will pay 3x the amount of your original acima cash lease price. If you do not pay off within 90 days. They accept almost anyone just to s**** you over in the long run. Acima will not be around much longer. Already have **** signatures in regards to horrible practices by acima.Acima

I have no idea where to start, I feel as in im being robbed customer service is no good and I'm paying pay more then I was told to begin with. So I getting a refurbished stove that the door does not lock and a refurbished refrigerator that the ice maker is going to take me **** plus dollars to fix from a company whom is no longer in business, but being a single mother I thought payments would be better any who the company I was getting it from said it was 400 dollars at most with acima I was told 600 dollars I am now almost **** dollars into payments to realize they keep saying past due past due past due phone call after phone call. When I called to asked how I am past due yet again after just making a payment I was threaten, treated like garbage and so on. After speaking with some people these people will not get another ***** from me, even though they keep saying I still owe 500 one time then 800 the next time and so on.Acima

If you are looking to purchase anything DO NOT use Acima. The charge stupid high like 50%. Its true they dont charge interest because it would be illegal to charge that much in interest.Acima

We used Acima to assist in getting our car fixed at Big * Tires. We signed the lease with the understanding that if it was paid off on time we wouldn't be charged. Yeah, uhm, that did not happen. We have *VER paid and my husband called to talk to someone. The person on the other end said had we made a payment the day we signed the lease we would have been salquared away. After further investigation on our part, our bank shows we did pay $27.03 initially and then the payments would be taken out every other week until we paid off the bill. This company steals money from people. They should be investigated further. We read the contract, we paid what we owed in the window of time, and yet they still continue to take our money! I would give negative starts if I could!Acima

RUN AWAY!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!If I could choose no stars I would. They try to charge you more than what your agreed payments are. They wont let you log in to their website. They wont answer you in chats. They wont give you a copy of your agreement. I wish I wouldve read the reviews before I agreed to using them. This is a nightmare and a scam. I have no idea how theyre still in business.Acima

I would not advice anyone to do a lease with ACIMA the government needs to investigate them.I'm paying my least and they are taxing me very heavy even when I try to make a extra payment make, I try to pay $122 extra and my bill show $132, this company have to be investigated. They were taking out money when I pay for some thing that I was unaware of like an insurance didn't give consent for that when I ask for it to be stopped, they told me the can but money cannot be refundedAcima

How do you lease tires? Acima likes to call it leasing. No one can lease tires. This is the most stupid thing I have ever signed up for at 200% interest. Don't go there. Park your car and wait until you have the money. Acima is a ripoff!Acima
