This is a horrible company. They do not disclose the truth. Mislead customers onto believing that pay-off will be in six months when actually they want it in 3 months. After deadline is missed you lease basically doubles. Borrowed ******* by their schedule I would be paying back over **** The give you a pay this today to stop additional payments. I hurried up and paid them payoff to avoid *******the additional Ended up paying ******* from Aug to February. A rip off. Takes advantage of people in need of car repairs. You first think they are a blessing with high limit they give you but later learn they are a ticket to h*** Close them downAcima

If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. The interest rates and the way this company sneaks another payment (on a lease that was ALREADY PAID-OFF!!!) is nothing short of what loan sharks do. What a bunch of scam artists! NEVER AGAIN. EVER. BEWARE!!! They over drafted my checking account which has been blemish free for five years!Acima

I used this people to get credit from them, and they had discriminated against me and told me I had to verify my identity I said ok no problem I am willing to do that than they turned around and said that they cant tell me anything about my account when In fact it said that i half to verify my identity they never sent me anything to verify my identity but they sent it to my neighbor, so that they they can verify their identity so I said can you send me a code so that I can verify my identity please they said we cant and hung up the phone on my that was very rude and unprofessionalAcima

If I could just comment without rating that would be the best option 0 out of 5 starts. This company is a predatory lender, that is it seeks to exploit and oppress individuals with their unfair business practices. I unfortunately did not do my homework and research prior to entering into a business agreement and am being charged 6x the value of the property. And I checked the BBB after the fact.Acima

Buyer beware!!! This place is a scam!!! Do not use this leasing service! You will pay double and they will take out payments arburtrarily when they feel like it. I used them for car repairs for American Tire Depot (They are shady as well for utilizing this leasing company) I'm sure they are getting a kick back for pushing them on consumers. I should have listened to my husband and paid in full but I didn't think the worst would happen with signing up with Acima. I was wrong. They too out payments before the due date and ******** my account countless times. I will never use them again or shop at American Tire Depot. I'm going to leave them a nasty review too!Acima

I leased some jewelry from this company for a few months I paid on time and when I decided to return the Jewlery was given the run around for over 3 months they refused to provide me an address after i followed their instruction for returning the Jewlery. I was told to take pictures and upload them after doing this they continued to claim they did not receive the photos as an attempt to continue to debit from my account. I recently contacted them because they placed a balance on my account that I know I did not owe, i disputed the amount but they refused to remove the balance so i paid the balance and asked for a paid in full letter, i received the letter and after they received my payment, they placed my account in collections one month later. after receiving the merchandise back several years ago and the money. this place is definitely a scam and should be shut down for ruining people credit. The paid in Full letter disclosed that I now own the property and it paid for i explained that the jewelry was returned years ago so how is it that i own this property. which proves that the person sending the documentation out has no clue what is even happening within my account and the person reporting doesn't as well. This one company i will never deal with ever again - They are scammers. I encourage anyone who is even thinking about this company to look further elsewhere, read the reviews on this company and please do your homework i do not know how this company can still operate especial after all the horrible reviews that the customers have left regarding their poor customer service and negligence. I have placed several disputes, phone calls and emails to this company without resolution. I am very disappointed that a company is allowed to operate without integrity for their business or their customers. ***** company should be given a fine for failing to comply without compliance and regulations under the ******************** and Federal laws.
