This place is a scam my husband and I signed up to get car repairs financed though this company I have paid what I was supposed to for the last year and when I spoke to a customer service person that stated my account was incurring a daily leasing fee and thats what I agreed to and I did not agree to that so I have paid ****** on a car repair thats ****** and they are wanting another ****** in past due fees and ****** to pay it off. I would rate zero stars if I could

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! IF YOU BUY A $900.00 item, it will cost you $2206.48 total. Thats $1306.48 waisted money for this company to do what exactly? This company is fraudulent! They lie and misrepresent amounts owed, and early buyout amounts. They ***** profits out of poverty and claim they are doing you a service. If stealing your money is the service, then they are doing a **** fine job!!! I had an early buyout amount for $61.61. They hit me with a weekly payment of $47.41 (that was not "processed" accordingto the supervisor) and then hit me for the early buyout of $61.61. The early buyout clearly said $61.61 + tax on the date the new payment was due....clearly showing only $61.61. They claimed that they couldn't stop the payment, but would proceed with a refund AFTER the early buyout was processed. Early buyout of $61.61, was actually $109.02. Complete misrepresentation on what the "early buyout " actually is and will be.Acima

What I joke, Acima tried scamming my on my initial payment of *****, I put the initial payment down then when I tried to order the product, it declined. I called Acima and they said something had messed up and that I can apply again for a new lease agreement but Ill have to put the initial payment down again, I refused, I paid the initial payment on December 31st, I would never usually care about a lousy $65 but Im fighting them on getting my money back because they do this to everyone they deal with and hope people just walk Away and leave them alone, Ive called 6 times now since December 31, and theres an excuse every time, they say oh itll be 2-4 more days or oh we had to refund it manually so 3 more days what a screwed up company just stealing peoples money, Im just about ready to lose out on money and take lawful action within the next week.Acima

This is the worst leasing company I have ever dealt with. They make up outrageous fees and charge for things that *** never heard of being charged for. I was told one price then they charged me a higher amount. My amount never stayed the same. Now, that Im gonna send my merchandise back to them. Due to it being three times the amount I was told I was supposed to pay. Im now being told I have to pay a daily rental fee from the time I purchased the merchandise. Along with other fees just to return the merchandise back to them. Ive never heard of this EVER when you return something that youre leasing before paying it off. Other places if you return the merchandise before paying it off, thats it! They no longer charge you for anything. Nor do they charge you additional fees. Due to them going to resell the merchandise anyway. Acima is highway robbery, do not lease from them. I was completely misled by Acima and Waldins jewelry store. It so sad the way they mislead people. Especially, when most people nowadays are having a hard time just trying to live and survive. These places dont care about the way they treat people. As long as they make a buck, very sad!Acima

Reach back out to this company after receiving the response from the BBB. Stating they want to talk to see what went wrong. Theyre very unreasonable to deal with and are no help! They dont care how they get over on people and theyre scammers. How can they charge me for a daily rental fee once the merchandise has been returned to them. When the representative stated that was included in the payments that I have already paid. On top of trying to charge me other fees after the merchandise has been returned. Ive never heard of the things this company is doing. This shouldnt even be legal and they should be shut down. The representative advised they dont resell the merchandise once returned to them. Which, I dont believe is the truthTheyre gonna get the money back some kind of way. Whether they resell the merchandise, damage it out or write it off. Acima is the worst leasing company ever ! Please do not lease with them. They will pull charges out from under their ***** just because ! Never EVER leasing with them again. They took an extra $1000 from and kept charging my card even after my lease was paid in full !Acima
