      Terrible and unprofessional! It has to be a scam because I have never encountered this much unprofessionalism. I have been dealing with them for a year and basically ***** told me that if a store tells them my furniture was delivered it was delivered. Word of mouth I havent received any furniture and it has been a year from furniture world at the four seasons but they expect me to pay?! Furniture World lied and said it was delivered. Its sad that Acima would even loan furniture world money without proof of delivery. What kind of businesses are they ?! They dont even require proof of delivery before trying to charge your account. I asked to speak to the collection supervisor ****** boss and she said she is the boss. I wanted to know why they put that on my credit report?! Just about everybody in that company are not customer friendly! They act like the customer is the problem. They have very bad business practices. Oh and ***** even refused to give me her last name. They dont even deserve 1 star.

      I have reached out to you all several times already. My last attempt is when I spoke to a lady name ***** that refused to help me and would not give me her last name. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she was the highest.She was very nasty. When she told me that you all go off of word of mouth and you all dont require physical proof of delivery and told me countless times to take it up with furniture world at the four seasons, the very company that continues to lie about the furniture being delivered and then yall put it on my credit. I knew that this business had to be a scam or extremely unprofessional. I dont know how you guys expect business from customers with representatives that behave this way! Its deplorable. I slept on the floor and was stressed because yall put me in a bad situation. I feel like both Acima and Furniture World tried to bully me into paying for furniture I never received. I have never received this bad of service in my life! It had to be escalated. I pray to God no hard working person has to deal with companies like these again.

      ***BE AWARE....!!!***I absolutely hate that this company was even suggested to us. We have a split loan for some jewelry and they act as if they own the entire loan. I set up a catch up plan due to losing my job during the wedding planning and started a new one and they continuously debited the card (even after I brought it to their attention) before it was due causing me more fees than it's supposed to be. When I call them to dispute the charges, the reps are rude and unprofessional. I actually recorded quite a few conversations to prove that this is despicable behavior. So far I've been charged over $400 in fees alone from them, due to processing my payments before my DD hits my bank account. Now they're trying to charge me over $1000 on a $600 balance. CRAZZZYYY Right !?!

      I've been screwed by Acima, I've made several purchases with the early 90 day payoff, and the last 2 items I've purchased Acima did not let me payoff said items that were nearly payed off..because I realized I was still being charged every other week, by 5 days past the 90 day option early payoff, they refused to give me the benefit of the doubt and now paying over double the price of what I purchased..Beware of Acima, they are crooks and have Zero customer support. They only will respond with Fluff responses through ******** messenger and give the run around to my issue. Do Not Use Acima!!!

      BBB needs to close this company because they are misleading and lying to every retailer and having their retailer lie to every customer, they come in contact with. ********************** don't deserve any stars. It's a rip off and I was told by the retailer that it was 90 days same as cash and nowhere did I read in the application that it was a lease. I would have paid cash or used my credit card and paid it off in 30 days. This is for customers who don't have credit but BEWARE OF THIS SCAM, if you have a job, it's better to save to get what you want because they charge you over 300% of the value of what you get from the retailer if you pay the lease until the end. If you use the 90 days, they still charge you over $100 or over 10% additional to have the account which was not stated in the application. I have called Acima # at least 3 times with no resolution. My total bill was $900. They took my first payment of $53.50 and Acima don't want to give me credit on the account for it. It clearly says on their website "initial payment $53.30". Then once my account got transferred to them on screen said $925 and the lease said $950. The rep said it was $25 fee for having the 90-day account, BS. They added $50 and took my payment. Looks like from the replies below from the company it's a robot reply because it all says the same to call but you get a person that can't speak English that you understand or you hear the same thing from the rep, I'm sorry that you were told that!! Well fix the issue and credit my initial payment. You already double taxing me.... I will be forwarding their documents to my lawyer for review because they are a rip off to all who don't need credit.

      4 months into it decided to pay it off they charged $1,100 in interest on a $1,600 purchase. Don't use them!

      Taxes are wayyyyy too high. This is my second time leasing through them. Both times I paid off my balance in 3 months. I just had over $60 worth of taxes on my pay off balance. PROGRESSIVE is better! The balance you see is what you pay.

      Im Credit online was $925 and it was increased to $1500 and as I was purchasing my items and signing the lease it was changed back to $925 and I screenshot it and sent in proof they didnt care at all they wouldnt change it back

      This is a SCAM they take more of your hard owned money in 90day then you expect. Definitely NOT same as cash as explained. This business needs to be shut down. The customer service representatives have very bad customer service and are unable to provide explanation on why you as a customer are being taken advantage of. Go elsewhere you will not be happy with this misleading service.
