      TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I made an order via Wayfair on Sunday and the down payment was removed from my account that Monday. I reached out to Wayfair in regard to a delivery date for my items and was informed that there was not correspondence between Acima and Wayfair. Contacted Acima and the representative stated that this "happens sometimes" and that they would be cancelling the order but that I would have to wait 5-7 days for a refund. Currently waiting for refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Wish I could leave zero stars!

      ****** agreed to a $540.55 payoff after I donated the product from my lease agreement and now they're stating that they cannot clear my credit report because I will have a balance for the rest of the product their word is worth nothing I should be able to pay the $540.55 as agreed to and have the account closed and marked as paid with no balance because that was the agreement but all I'm getting is the runaround because they will send me nothing official in writing as to the agreement that was made. As far as I am concerned this company is fraudulent itself it is a scam it is a sham they do not have a physical address to go and speak with people everything has to be done over the phone text message Chat or through email all of the signs of a fraudulent company

      This company is a complete rip off. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM. Even though my loan with them has been paid I discovered they are pulling $75 per week out of my bank account still. The loan was for $1,500 and was paid. These people should be in prison. Im up at 2am just discovering what theyve been up to. Ill call my attorney in the morning

      Stay AWAY!!! This company wants you to be late paying off the lease so they can rip you off for double the amount. I called to make the final payment thinking it was due this week and found out it was due 9 days ago, without any prior notice that the due date was coming up. They then told me my payoff was $756 when I only had owed about $125 on my lease. 9 day and $600 more was charged and it keeps accruing. Don't trust these thieves!!! Not keeping you informed and hoping you miss your payment so they can **** you, is how they make their money.

      Acima LLC are very dishonest. They set up deals with a company, have the company sell goods to you at a less amount but with the lease agreement they charge you twice the amount without your knowledge. They carefully try not to take a full payment so as to keep billing twice monthly. Very dishonest company to work with. Never sign a lease with this company if you see the name Acima on a paper.

      Acima is nothing but a scam. They add $25 late fee when it's not late. Do not get involved with this company. The 'reviews' on the Acima site are comical. Anyone that is dealing with Acima will know that those reviews are given by employees. How this company is still in business is beyond me.

      this company fraudulently extended credit to someone using my name. It took me half a year to resolve this identity theft through no help of theirs. When I called them they hung up on me and I sent them letters they did not respond. Im not even sure what they sell or how they do business but I would never recommend having any interaction with them

      If I could give no stars I would. Short version, my husband and I was told we owed one amount when we called, then when ready to make a full payment within the same pay period we was told it was a higher amount and was told the wrong info because it was a system error along with an error that the first agent didnt catch. After requesting to speak to a supervisor *, ***** was supposed to see how he can help us, and told us he would call us within a week and never called. Once the week was over we just paid off the total amount and was told that the account was closed and we were good to go, this was in June 2022, Here we are 3 months later my husbands credit report states that the account is delinquent and owes over $1500, and decreased his credit score. When calling again the agent agreed with what the report was stating but after escalating to a supervisors and investigating, the realized it was another system error. At this point we tried to speak to higher because the damage is done and it will take some time to reflect the correct info on his credit report, and the supervisor, ******** like the rest of the supervisors are groomed not to give any other information. According to *******, she didnt see a reason to give out anybody elses information that was in a higher position than her because they already figured out the issued and corrected and all we have to do is contact equifax to file a dispute. Which in the first place we wouldnt have to do if they never made the mistake. They need to upgrade their system which seems to be the underlying issue and have better incentives/solutions for all the damage that they do to a customer who is not at fault.

      Dont honor their mistakes. Then give you the run around about it. Paid off a 90 day early purchase. Gave them the credit card number three times. They still charge my bank account. When they went back and listen to the conversation and admitted their mistake. Kept me on the phone for over an hour, only to hear there isnt anyone here to correct it!! Will never use them again!!
