      So many issues. First let's start with the total I have a receipt that states $300 less than Acima told me. After many calls and supervisors later, they informed me it's the "Phone Guys" who lied about my total. Even tho there is even a bracket stating what Acima is charging and what "The Phone Guys" are charging me. I was told the amount shown, is what Acima is charging The Phone Guys and has nothing to do with me or my personal total...so why am I seeing it on my receipt and told that it is indeed my total?Anyways called to make a partial payment, as advised by multiple agents. I am on the 90 day discount plan. I was informed that no matter what additional payments I made, they would still take my automated payment on scheduled dates.INCORRECT!I called and spoke to **** who said I couldn't pay more because it would mess up my automatic payments. I said "im confused, please explain?" He told me to "have a good day". ? Right before he hung up I asked him again to please take my payment, "I AM authorizing you to take this payment AND my usual payment on the scheduled date". He then said "have a good day". I am not angry, I actually was laughing as I answered the phone. I then hurry and asked to be transferred to manager before hanging up.******, a Supervisor, answers and basically belittles me before I even speak. When it was my turn (After she went through the speal as to why she thinks I'm asking for her, & how what i said was wrong). My first words: "okay, he clearly talked to you first, and please listen to both sides before talking down on others". She giggles and keeps cutting me off as I'm talking. I just begged to pay. She informs me why **** was right and that the other agents I spoke to were absolutely correct, as well (Contradicting but okay). She randomly became nice (since it was the end of the phone call), and reiterated some things such as "you should remember" "it's on you". She actually started to mumble, I just needed to be wrong, i guess.

      Acima is the biggest rip off out there. If you deal with them you will regret it. If you don't pay them off in a couple of months you will end up paying them 300% more. I will not send them another cent.

      Horrible company no professionalism If you miss a payment- they will auto deduct 4 times within a 2 week payment whenever they choose and feel like. They do not care for consent at all. If they have access to your account they will withdraw payments as they please. No consent no discussion. They charge an outrageous fee to begin with. If you dont pay back the original Amount within 90 days they charge 4-5 times more minimum. Definitely breaking laws- filing with consumer finance.gov and attorney general office as well

      This is TOP of the line the absolutely worst leasing company when they are actually a loan shark predator. This company would constantly send fake emails making it seem like I was late when the weekly payment was already drafted from my account. Then they sent me all sorts of incorrect numbers and when I call the representatives would say even more completely different numbers. They never want you to settle the account they want you to pay the 400% tax that they charge you to get over on you and poach you for money! This company has ruined my ability to purchase a home and they are proud of it reporting inaccurately on my credit report. This company is a big scam and just do things to scam good customers out of money they never owe! I wish I could give them zero stars and get this company shut down for fraudulently report inaccurate information on my credit report.

      ********, I paid off my account then went back to calculate the early payoff amount and the email payment confirmation was not true to what they really took out my account. Do yourself a favor go through Great Amercian Finance they are so much better and they also report to credit bureaus, you get a year to pay off with no interest until after the year and they work with all credit types.

      This has to be the worst scam out there. We bought a mattress set and a couch and on the first payment, they were already charging late fees. We went to the bank and cancelled our cards and account so they can't charge the account and told them to pick up their s*** CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AND TELL THEM COME AND GET YOUR S***

      I purchased a set from conns. Thru Acima. They said I could pay off early. The original cost was ****, I paid my first payment of 56 dollars. The washer/dryer set was on back order. I received it May 7 2022. I made another payment of 200 with a balance of ****. I made a payment of **** in July 2022, when I logged into account in August to pay remaining balance it was ****. They said I was 2 days late so the original amount was refinanced .refinanced my original loan in the money already received was a rental payment. I replied **** for 3 months makes no sense . Conns reply is they have had so many complaints they no longer do business with them and couldnt accesss nor help with issue just gave me information to contact Acima to no avail. I understand I have a balance refinance that. I believed conn is just a responsible and will be included in any lawsuit and better business review.

      Acima is awesome up until they changed there 90 day early option program. Before you could divide the whole amount of total purchase option in six or 7 payments and that's it. But now I leased a item and called to do the 90 day option they were telling me I will do the lowest payment option and on the last day of the 90 day purchase option I have to call and give the rest of the remaining balance.

      The customer service representative was very rude this is my 2nd time with this company I never had any problems until now when I asked to pay my payment later in the week the customer service representative began yelling at me for no reason

      This company continuously taking money out of my account I've been paying on this for months and months and they still say that I owe them $2,000 more dollars for a washer and a dryer that I've paid for already three times the value of it I thought that if I made ***** payment within 90 days that would be the total be paid off so I confronted them about it and they said no no we don't have that anymore oh that's not what they told me when I bought the washer and dryer it's a scam their continuously pumping money out of people that are already having hard times cannot speak to any management they won't let you they keep on saying they're not available and that is totally wrong I will be taking them to court. I'm going to the lawyer's office to file papers to get this taken care of
