Very unprofessional company I would never and also recommend other people to never lease with ACIMA. They are scammers they add tax and fees to your fixed payment amount, just know you will always be paying more than what is on paper. After paying off my lease in full and EARLIER than ******************************* just taxes and fees.Acima

Absolutely a rip off company and the worse leasing company ever. I have a lease from Price Busters, the couch was only worth ****** and acima leasing was over $1,500.00. ABSURD! I have very uncomfortable sofa set. It's so hard and flat, I can feel the wood. I expressed to the ********************* that I had to have emergency surgery on 9/9/2024 and wasn't able to donate the furniture as we agreed. I called today and deeply apologized to that department however, they were so rude and told me that they canceled my donation process, sent me to collections and all of the sudden I have to pay over $400.00 in order to donate this horrible sofa set. Acima **************** has the nastiest and rude representatives. None of them are helpful. They act like you owe them the money or their the CEO. They are true scammers! I just realized that the payments made on my account doesn't add up or reflect how much I've actually paid. Please never use this unethical leasing company!Acima

************* they add charges for their mistakes. Don't use this company they are un willing to work with you. And when try and explain the situation they hang up on you. I started my contract with my current debit card. Then the next 2 payments they tried to process on an old card on file that the contract for that card was paid in full. So by law they are supposed to destroy that information but didn't. So now they have charged me a total of 45 dollars in missed payment fee and says that I'm responsible.Acima

This company is a scam !! The company didnt inform my mother that if she didnt pay within the 90 days that the price would ********* when we called to the store they gave her the run around and number to call to talk to someone at Acima who didnt have any type of solution. Acima is horrible and should be shut down immediately.Acima

I paid DOUBLE the amount my furniture from Ashley ********** When I asked for an extension during the week of Hurricane ****** was told no although it was my very last payment! Just greed and lack of care. I waited to after paying my bill to post. This company is a scam whether youre financing for the first time to build credit or even if you have bad credit no should pay almost double for products!!!Acima

Acima leasing company is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. we have had several issues with them with multiple items along with lies and multiple times that we were misled or Miss told about something. I am currently paying for something that I'm trying to finish paying off that we have already overpaid on and now I'm resorting to filing a claim. I regret purchasing a lease with them and I do not recommend anybody else do the same.Acima
