      Terrible customer service. I was transferred over 4 times and still no one could assist me, one representative also threatened to cancel my credit because he had to transfer but wanted to keep me on the line for whatever reason and I asked him to just transfer me. Unacceptable and very disappointing!

      When my account was set up I gave my card so the amount would be paid in 90 days. I owed $491. Then I get a balance due of $841+. Called them and was told I didn't pay it off in 90 days. They said if I paid $592.38, which I of course couldn't pay. What a terrible rip off this company is. They didn't take the required amount out so they could come back for more. So I had to paying $1800 for a $491 bill. This should be against the law.

      They are a rip off I set up a final payment for September 1st they tried to take the payment 3 time my bank declined it they said it seemed like a scam so I contacted ACIMA so they can get the pay off amount now they want a extra $200 not happening I spoke with a supervisor supposedly he was no help I'm contacting BBB and the news they are a rip off nothing like acceptance they were excellent I regret dealing with ACIMA BEWARE

      I paid the initial payment but the furniture was never delivered. I called to ****** the lease agreement and to get a refund but I kept on getting the runaround. This went on for over a month and now today, August 29, 2024, Acima told me that they are not going to give me a refund of my initial payment. I have never heard of anything like this and I have never had such a terrible experience with a company!! Anyone reading this and thinking about leasing through Acima DONT!!!!! This is hands down the worst company I have ever seen.

      If I could change anything it would be getting involved with this company! They have the worse customer service on the planet! I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold over 30minute telling me they dont have supervisors in a different department I ask for a Supervisor a man name ***** told me he was the supervisor the corporate number takes back to the original customer service who most barely speak English and just puts you back on hold, I had an issue with my lease being shipped to the wrong address and ***** who claims he was a supervisor in collections told me he couldnt get me back to customer service Id have to call backAaron ****** really needs to get his business together!! Horrible customer service and I know he makes enough money to have supervisors and managers! I WILL BE SURE TO BE THE WORD OF MOUTH TO INSURE NO ONE USES THIS BUSINESS! You will be treated poorly by the customer service going over to yelp now

      If I could give them no stars I literally would. I purchased 2 items from Bobs Furniture for $2300. Was told that as long as I paid every payment I will reach my earliest release payment. I paid all my payments and now they are saying that I didnt finish my lease and add 1700 more. If Im not able to pay that amount at once its going to more. In total Im going to be paying 6437 which is no where on the lease agreement. None of their numbers are adding up. Please dont use this company as they dont honor the agreement and then blame the customer.

      If I could give Acima a ZERO or NEGATIVE rating, I would!!! I have been trying to reach this company for weeks to arrange the return of products that were leased and would be on hold for OVER an hour before either the call was dropped or my call would be answered by someone who couldn't help me. I would be transferred to multiple departments with no assistance provided. Latest incident was me calling in and waiting over 30 minutes on hold to speak with billing before I hung up. I immediately called back and informed the agent on the phone of my previous experience and he assured me the wait would be only 5-6 minutes... 30 MINUTES LATER... someone who barely speaks english answers the phone and is obviously a new employee attempts to assist. After a 1 hour and 40 minute call, I was placed on hold for a total of 1 hour and 17 minutes. Quick to take your money, but non existent customer service operation... UNACCEPTABLE!!!BUYER BEWARE... DO NOT FINANCE/LEASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATIONS, NO COMPANY MORALS OR ETHICS, AND OVERALL TERRIBLE COMPANY.

      I hardly ever write a review. But this time I am . I have never ever been ripped off in my life. Dont do business with this company. They would take money or wish to from your bank account randomly. Hardly ever notify you for any future change or increase on your remaining balance payments. Read me. Just when I was over paying they increased $100 without my consent. A ridiculous fraudulent Company. Unprofessionals
