1 starI brought in a 2021 model vehicle which they tried to give me 10k under Blue Book. After that, I was told the car I was looking at "just came in and wouldn't last the week," except the CarFax clearly stated it had been sitting on the lot since last March. After that lie, I proceeded to finance where they claimed the absolute best rate they could find was 6.7%, and then went to the warranty pitch which was an extra $180 per month. After saying no, they said how about $20 per month? I asked how that was possible, and they then said they were able to lower the rate to 5.4%. The last lie was when I repeatedly asked whether I could put more cash toward the loan later on to reduce my monthly payment and I was assured yes many times that I could do that WITHOUT a refinancing of the loan. I called the lender who said that any future lump sum payment would reduce the principal but not the monthly payment. I have called them many times and left voicemails to which they haven't called back over the last 2-3 weeks. I'd gladly pay an extra 5 grand to never have to deal with these car dealership swindlers ever again. Flat-out liars.Review fromPatrick B

1 starI took my van in and paid a diagnostic fee to get some codes cleared and van fixed. They said their master technician can fix it for ***** and it will drive like new. I said the van only blue books 3rd party around *****. It is a 2009 dodge grand caravan w/ 1****** miles. I was hesitant to chase this issue and start fixing problems that were so expensive, but took their professional opinion. The day I was picking it up. I paid ***** and they were pulling it up and said the check engine light came on and they need to look at it more. I left and they called me back later and said another ***** because it needs a new transmission. Now Im wondering what kind of master mechanic they have over there. Did he even test drive it? Another mechanic I got a second opinion from said that type of van, with that many miles was a big ******, but they are commission based and happy to put you ***** in the hole trying to lock you in. L. H. Miller suggestion was trade it in for a ****** van on their lot. This is all they would do for me. I will never do business with Larry H. Miller again! For ***** they made an unhappy customer that is going to trash talk their name to everyone, and on every internet platform. Now its time to file a complaint with the BBB. Thanks for listening. 1 starPURCHASED A 2016 ***** FE SPORT AND HAVE TROUBLE WITH IT WHEN I CALL SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ARE TO BUSY AND TOLD ME CALL BACK TOMORROW I TOLD THEM I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ASAP WAS GOING ON A TRIP AND I HAD MY CAR IN 3 MONTHS AGO FOR THE SAME PROBLEM NEEDLES TO SAY I DIDN'T GET TO GO ON MY TRIP BECAUSE OF THEM I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM OR HAVE MY CAR SERVICED WENT TO A DIFFRENT DEALER SHIP WHO IS HELPING ME OUT. 1 starI purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 at the lot at Larry H Miller listed at $22,995 and came with a 15 day warranty before purchasing the vehicle I noticed a leak underneath the truck and the coolant level nearly at empty, salesperson ***** had mentioned its impossible the vehicles go through 4 types of inspections before its on the lot I had told salesperson that if its fixed I would purchase the vehicle. Next day comes to signing paperwork and ***** mentioned it looks like the vehicle was checked this morning I trusted the process and continued with paperwork. After 2 days Ive noticed the coolant level still nearly at empty and bottom of engine was leaking, I turned the truck into the service department where they had the truck for 6 days. I have paperwork showing what was done, I decided to take a trip and coming back home from the trip the engine overheated and smoke came out, coolant was leaking and truck wont turn on leaving me stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of no where. I called the towing company and charged me $1,200 to take the truck home. And now with an expired warranty what can I do? This money came out of my pocket for what?? This should have been fixed before even putting this vehicle on the lot. This has been the 3rd time and still hasnt been fixed. This was a hazard situation, leaving me stranded for 8hrs, paid $1,200 and missed a day off work due to this situation. I want a new vehicle. I have pictures and videos showing the leaking of the truck 2 days after purchase as well as of current situation and where I stranded.Review fromLisa Z.

1 starInitially I was impressed. They were able to get me in quickly and made a number of the needed repairs. Unfortunately they ran my RV to fumes and didnt secure anything during the test drive which resulted in a broken kitchen drawer, and damaged bedroom and shower door. In addition, there was one problem - a significant front shimmy - that they couldnt figure out. They kept insisting it was the tires - which it wasnt - because I pd several hundred $$ to have that face independently confirmed. They literally would not listen to me. Ive only driven my RV ****** miles but they know it better than I. They also collected from my warranty company before I took the test drive - interesting. The remaining problem required me have to stop at another shop where **** kindly told them its all in her head. I dont even have the words. I needed help and what I got was an incredible amount of mansplaining and disrespect. They do not care about you or your vehicle. All they care about is the $$. If for some unknown reason you choose to use this shop, make sure you go along on the test drive, dont allow them to collect any money before youre satisfied and be sure to bring a man along.Review fromJessika S

1 starSo I went into purchase a A Volkswagen beetle I looked online spoke to a gentleman name ******* and then found out it was a manual so he asked me was there anything else I was looking for I said a jeep he said we just got one in today said come down and look at it OK its in my price range the mileage was where I wanted it to be. ************************************************************************** so it was dirty and they said it was gonna be dirty I said thats OK I fell in love with it it was exactly what I wanted we sat did the numbers literally for a half hour it was nothing the price range was where I needed to be I was e static this was a Sunday so they said it will put it in the shop tomorrow and Thursday you can come pick it up so I called every day to check on it because they were still looking for a bank to finance me with though I signed all the paperwork already I got the answer its still in the shop your salesman is off we dont know anything else I said OK h*** be back on Thursday but I still called every day just to check on it Thursday comes around and I contact ******* he says Im sorry to say the car did not pass inspection now mind you this is now probably 1 oclock in the afternoon you know theyve been there all morning so make a long story short he tells me I cannot have this jeep now I have been excited about it all week because its exactly my dream car so he says well I have two other jeeps here let me show you them so you showed me pictures of them through text he said we can get them probably in your range I said OK so he comes back about 15min later and says no the banks wont finance their mileage is too high so he says we have one more that just came in my manager told me I go down there 45min to see jeep told its in my price range we can get you in it I said OK sat in office for two hrs till manager said lil higher payment. 1 starSystemic dishonesty or incompetence, You decide! Three visits for the same problem - they didn't fix the issue, coming up with all kinds of different explanations and costs.Finally, they came up with the issues, but because of the time between the visits where they never fixed the problem - the issue is no longer covered under warranty.Review fromDaniel C

1 starWorst experience to buy a car. Loan department screwed up the paperwork and I stated the error but they said it'd be fine. Got a check engine the very next morning. So I came back to fix the paperwork and let them fix the car. They had me come get the car. It came back on 24 hours later. The service team was unwelcoming and did not smile or greet me until I stepped up to their desk. The sales manager promised to take care of the issue if it is not resolved or to get me into another car. He said it'd be a week to diagnose the car and they'd send it to the **** dealership. They provided me the business card for the service manager there. After the third time the light came on and I brought it back. It's now been at least a month without the car I financed and first payment is coming up. I waited a whole week and a half later and called them to get an update. The **** dealership had no record of the car recently and denied ever servicing after March. I signed the paperwork in August. I called the sales manager again and he said he would ask the service manager. 8 hours later he never called me back and he never got an update. WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE. A MONTH WITHOUT A THE *** I SIGNED FOR AND RIDING AROUND IN A VW LOANER AND EACH *** THEY GAVE ME HAD A CHECK LIGHT COME ON FOR OIL AND AIR. *** is not helping escalate the resolution and ******* stopped replying. Nobody is telling me anything.I was able to talk to ****** and get someone to agree to cancel the sale. They had to buy the car back from me for the payout amount and give me a check for the down payment amount. I made the agreements with them days ago mentioning several times to have the paperwork ready for my review and for them to send the agreement stating I am free of the lien and today 9/13/22 go to get the check and sign the sale papers back to them. THEY GAVE ME BLANK SALE PAPERS TO SIGN!!!! THEN THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME A LETTER THEY AGREED TO GIVE ME TO RELEASE THE ***** I pointedReview fromVince S

1 starVery disappointed in sleazy, extortionate dealer practices -- We were forced to purchase a $399.00 unwanted, unnecessary, greatly overpriced dealer addon (Pulse Brake Light System) in order to finalize our vehicle purchase.
