3 starsThe car is great but the purchase experience was not. They said I MUST finance the new car (cant pay for it up front) and that I MUST CARRY THE LOAN FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 MONTHS!This information was confirmed by 3 different employees so they must be trained to say this. This is in direct conflict with a ******** law that was passed in 2016 stating that no consumer shall be punished for prepayment of any loan. This type of lying and deception must not be permitted!Review fromPaul W.

1 star1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Got the Cuban. Turns out their "authentic" Cuban bread was simply one of their plain white sub rolls pressed flat, I watched them do it. While I was asked if I Wanted the mustard and pickles that came on it, I didn't think they would be the main ingredient. Swimming in mustard, threw half of it out. Guess I shouldn't be surprised given the appearance and demeanor of the teenage staff. In all fairness, I am referring to the *************** location in ******, **. Maybe better elsewhere, but I won't waste my resources to find out, I had enough L.G.S. to last a lifetime.Review fromFrank W

1 starToday I received the worst service I've ever had from a repair shop from ***************** at *********************. These people could not figure out why the low tire light would not go out on the dashboard! After an hour **** finally came and told me about it and I informed him that my winter tires did not have sensors. Seriously. Then **** could not find the service records from my multiple visits there and tried to sell me spark plugs when they had just done them at the ****** mile service done **** miles ago! It turns out **** is too impatient to wait for the record to load on the computer. Then he charges me $98.00 for the oil change without telling me that he is selling me two more oil changes in the future! Like I would go back.....I never had bad service there before but ***************** needs to go to Toyota Technician Training. I've never had a worse service experience. I guess I better check if the oil is in the engine or the windshield sprayer before I drive too far. I told **** it was the shittiest service I ever had and he pretended to be offended by the word s***** and asked me to leave. That was s***** ****!Review fromKathleen O

1 starMy now deceased husband and I have purchased numerous vehicles from Larry H. Miller Dodge in Tucson, ** on **** and ********, for years. We have been happy with them, including their service department. I even strongly refer others to them. However, they contacted me via text on 21 November saying they had a customer who wanted a vehicle the age of mine and make and model. If I traded it in, they would offer me the same payments, etc. I found a replacement one, that was purchased by the former owner, in Jan 2021 and it only had a little over ****** miles on it, which meant it was still well within the factory warranty. I kept asking about it because they kept insisting I needed to purchase a 7 year warranty. I even asked the finance guy about it, but he too kept insisting I needed the 7 year warranty. I found out from their service department, I still have a year warranty on it. I kept calling and telling them I did not want they warranty they sold me, and it was not until I told them my friend who has sold cars for 50 years told me he would go in with me to talk to them, they said I could come in and sign a document and they would cancel the warranty and give me a refund. I will Never refer anyone to them again.Review frombrody n.

1 starWe were at a gas station and our car started rolling when we were filling up gas, it was very dangerous. We then put it in drive and it went into reverse. We started driving away after Turing it on and off after messing with it. We lost power in the middle of the road and went straight to ***** Its a 2016 **** escape and the recall is posted online. They were happy to slap a **** dollar payment for us for the transmission. Its my only way to go to work to provide for my family so I took a loan out. We agreed Id pay and they messed up the parts so I had to wait even longer. This was while they had the check so already was I frustrated. Then I get a recall notice saying that the transmission is dangerous and that it goes out of gear and can cause death from it. This is with in a week or so. They say they wont, not cant but wont do anything to refund us and now my family has to suffer from it. Im an only working father with one handsome boy and another on the way. Why cant they help me? The recall is there and my wife and mom went there for them just to say they wont help us.Review fromDale K.

1 starDont have them fix your vehicles. Take it somewhere else. If you buy a car there dont take it there for maintenance. Agreed, the price of having maintenance done at a dealership is going to be very high. ******** will take that to the extreme.I asked them to fix the engine, which they did, and the emergency brake. They did the absolute minimum they could get by with dealing with a very important vehicle safety item. Just get the brake light to go out. Dont fix the underlying problem. I had to take it somewhere else to get the problem fixed.Review fromSheryl K

They charged me for a fuel system cleaning, but did not perform the service. They left the bottle of fuel injector on my passenger seat because my tank was too low. But they charged me anyway. It was their suggestion that I needed to have this done. It was the classic example of trying to run up my bill. I have filled our their customer service survey, and have not received a reply. They need the money, not customer satisfaction.Larry H. Miller Dealerships

1 star**** the sales manager basically ********** up my rear. I called to complain about the c*** warranty they sold me. He said he needed to get the physical warranty contract in his hand. Over an hour and half passed by still hadnt heard from him. Called back and he said hes waiting for them to bring the contract to his office. Do car dealerships really care about return business???Review fromJoseph S

1 starBe extremely weary and be very careful when they offer in house financing through their supposed "bank" owned by Larry H Miller. I tried to finance a 24K vehicle and was told the monthly was going to be $750 per month based on 18% interest, **** down over 72 months. I was very confused and intrigued because when I plugged in the variables e.g. finance amount, interest rate, term and down payment, I was getting more like $555. When pressed for more information, I was told (to my complete disbelief) that there is a "service agreement" added to the price of the vehicle. I then asked for a printed copy of the financing and received a one page worksheet. Problem was that the service agreement was no where to be found on the worksheet. I pressed again as to why this very significant portion of the financing is missing, I was non-chalantly told that "oh, it just doesn't print well on the worksheet". The sales tax on the worksheet was also significantly higher on the worksheet based on my state's sales tax (6.5% for WA). When I pressed finance guy on the phone, why the discrepancy, I was told point blank, "well, your calculations are wrong." I was so furious at this point that I just hung up. I called the sales person I was working with and explained the situation and only got a lukewarm apology. I sent him an email detailing what happened and my severe disappointment........crickets. You ever seen cockroaches scatter when you pull the refrigerator out? These folks are so disgustingly dishonest and will try to ******* innocent and hard working folks that need help with financing. If I didn't grill them on the numbers, I would have unknowingly signed off on a scam of a deal. If you are fortunate to get outside financing.....go somewhere else; these folks do not deserve your business. Sad thing is there are unfortunate people out there that fall for these tricks and the staff and management at LHM sleep soundly at night after a hard days work of scamming.Review fromShannon T.

1 starBought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from these people and don't believe that it went through any sort of inspection. Upon test drive there was no taillight, the issue got resolved before I left the property. Upon driving backup to ************ realized the control of the car was off; there was no sway bar placed in the vehicle. I got towed back down and then was told my shocks had to be redone as well did not have the vehicle for 10 days. Got the vehicle back for approximately a week and a 1/2 and the clutch dropped out of nowhere with no signs of slipping or wear. Contacted the dealership and basically was told that this is not something they will cover even though I purchased the 5 year extended warranty and have had the car in my actual possession for less than 30 days. No one will actually return any phone calls as to what they are willing to try to help me with. The service department that I've been dealing with is extremely rude and I feel like I have been openly sold a lemon. After speaking with the extended warranty company as well as the dealership up here that is unrelated that is now doing my current fix both have informed me that this is the fault of LHM auto and they should be paying for my maintenance as well as the rental fees of the car that I now have to be into. Trying to track down answers for a week now and no one will return my calls until I demand to talk to a manager of whom just spoke down to me. I feel I was taken advantage of for being a single white young woman ready to drop a lot of money on a vehicle.
