      my brand new car that i got last month is already leaking and having problems, when i contacted the manager he straight up said there's nothing he can do, When i tried to speak to the owner he ignored my situation there was nothing he can do apparently, i had to express my concerns to the service manager and thankfully he helping me so far. DONT BUY CARS FROM HERE this is my second vehicle from them, they don't properly inspect useo vehicles as they should! 2023 dodge durango 30k miles motor mounts already gone, vehicle leaking, i just got the car 3 weeks ago.. do your research these people get you into a car and dont care anything about the vehicle. the ONLY helpful person throughout this whole experience was the Service manager.

      bought a new2023 ram rebel Jan 2024. dealer added some of their options even though I did not want them but no big deal, I wanted wheel locks and window tint anyway. wheel locks were put on but the window tint never was even though i was told the truck was ready.contacted the salesman about the missing tint and he asked me why it wasn't put on. that was three weeks ago, still have no response. Guess I will file in small claims court to get my money back on the tint.

      ****** Larry H Miller over estimated or mis diagnosed the issue with the cam carrier. Estimate was $3930.30 ASAP to have the cam carrier leakage and seepage repaired. I took my car to ***** for another estimate and the quote was $600.00. The oil doesn't leak. The oil light doesn't come on and I don't have a leakage under my vehicle. I have had my vehicle in ****** 4 times regarding the hatch not opening, I was charged $357.72 on 06/07/2024 to have the latch on the hatch replaced and have been dealing with the issue since 06/07/2024, the current date is 10/06/2024. Now, ****** says they recommend having the rear gate release button replaced, to open the hatch for the cost of $307.79. The mental anguish, time, frustration and lack of respect ****** Larry H Miller's employees have caused is overwhelming. I was at ****** Larry H Millers on 06/07/2024, 06/11/2024, 09/10/2024, 09/11/2024 and 09/30/2024 regarding the latch issue. To the best of my knowledge.

      Avoid this dealership AT ALL COST *********** manager (****) is VERY good at dancing around his mechanics incompetence. Went in for a code which was to vague on my reader. I was told I needed a pressure sensor replaced on the fuel rail $1444.00. Ok replace when I got the truck back it was leaking fuel which it wasnt when I took it in. Took it back and NOW I need to spend $2444.00 on a fuel rail. Long story short was told they would cut it back to apx $1775.00 and only $222.00 for shop time. And out of kindness I would get my old fuel rail with the new sensor back so I could sell it on line for what I paid for it. Asked why dont we cut the fuel rail to 1/2 and you keep the replacement sensor and sell it? Well we to busy to do that but you can. **** would make a great politician!! Lie and back pedal and push the blame on everyone but the dealer. Ethics are down the drain on the place. Go to the ***** Larry H Miller Ive NEVER had an issue with them. Different franchise owners can make a difference. Bountiful Larry h miller is a pathetic *****.

      Please avoid this dealership at all costs. When we took our Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk to be repaired, the service advisor told us that the extended Mopar warranty would cover the parts and labor. So, we authorized the work, understanding that all we would owe would be a one-hundred-dollar deductible. To our shock and surprise, when we picked up the vehicle, the bill was over two thousand dollars. We paid the bill under protest and pressure to get to an urgent doctor's appointment. After talking to the sales and service managers, they said we had agreed to the charges, and there was a "misunderstanding."These unscrupulous business practices, taking advantage of retired people (we are in our 80s), make for an unpleasant experience. We are taking whatever action we can, but the dealer couldn't care less. They have their money, and that's all that seems to matter to them.

      Reporting deceptive business practices. My son and I were shopping for a car for him to own. He lives in ***********. He found a Subaru online at Mike Shaw Subaru. He talked with *** in sales. My son test drove the car, was shown a favorable inspection report which included the brakes passing inspection. He was assured the car was in good condition and the price was in our range so we bought the car. My son was offered a $4000 warranty but turned it down as we could not afford it. My son drove it home and the very next morning he found a large pool of oil under the car. He brought the car back and spoke to sales manager *** ******* who refused to take the car back but agreed to repair it at no cost to us. They replaced the water pump, camshaft and several gaskets and seals. They also preformed a cylinder head overhaul. My son drove the car for just over two months during which time he discovered he had to have rusted out heat ******* removed and a complete brake job in which all pads and rotors were replaced. The repair shop manager at ************************ in ********** told him he had never seen rotors in such bad condition and that the car was unsafe for him to have been driving. Soon after that an AC belt broke on the car. In disgust we contacted *** at **** ****** and he now agreed to take the car back and refund our money. During negotiations *** was picky about the amount to pay us back but we eventually agreed to approximately 80% of our total expenses, not including sales tax. At no time did anyone at the dealership admit the brakes should not have passed inspection nor did anyone apologize for endangering my son's safety.

      I'm failing to understand the issue. We have repaired multiple items on this vehicle at no charge to you and are now taking it back per your request. Please note that mechanics are salespeople and love to commiserate with customers when it wasn't there shop that is in question. I can assure you that ******* ********* is no different.

      The worst experience Ive ever had bar non with any business Ive ever dealt with! I will never go, or send anyone there ever! Charged me $3,000 to misdiagnose my car. Told me they had fixed things they hadnt! Missed the actual parts that were broken tha led to a catastrophic failure in the engine! Then tried to blame it on me, and tried to charge me thousands more $! They had my car for right around 3 months, and it sat in a parking spot outside in the weather the whole time with the hood open. I have and will post pictures. They will be lucky if I dont pursue this further!!!

      I bought this keep in 22 with six miles on it ITS BEEN DOWNHILL SINCE. I HAD MY JEEP TOWED THERE BECAUSE IT WOULDNT START AND IM TIRED OF PUTTING AIR IN MY TIRES IVE BEEN PUTTING AIR IN MY TIRES SINCE I BOUGHT THIS JEEP. ITS BEE NOTHING BUT A HASSLE SINCE I PURCHASED IT NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE NOW ITS LEAKING THEY DONT KNOW WHY THEY PUT A STARTER ON IT STILL WANT START. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO LARRY H MILLER IN ****************. THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR SINCE SEPT 6 2024 AND TODAY IS THE 20 AND THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR. THEY WANT GIVE ME A LOANER SO I CAN GET BACK AND FORTH TO WORK I HAVE BEEN GETTING THERE BY UBERING ALL THIS UNNECESSARY MONEY IM SPENDING I WANT REIMBURSEMENT. I WENT OUT OF TOWN CAUGHT A FLAT COULDNT EVEN USE RIDESIDE ASSISTANCE THAT IM PAYING FOR THIS IS RIDICULOUS THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND BEEN UP THERE 4 TIMES TALK TO MANAGER HE SAYING TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU. JUST BECAUSE IM A WOMAN THEY TELL ME ANYTHING. DO ANYONE KNOW HOW CAN I RETURN THIS CAR BECAUSE I DONT WANT IT OR TO DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL THIS DEALERSHIP IS RIDICULOUS AND DONT BLANK ABOUT YOU 0000 STARS

      I took my car there for repair on my drivers door. The agreement was once the car was fixed they would get paid in full. My car was there for a month. When i left it the only bad smell in it was smoke (cig) and dogs. I was told there was a dead racoon under my passenger seat . I have no idea where it came from because it was not there when i droped it off. They want $6000 for bio cleaning. I said no. I have tried to get my car but they said i have to pay for the parts they ordered ( but did not install ) They are just tring to scam people. I just want my car back. at no cost to me
