      ***************** was my go-to place when I moved to Greeley several years ago. Now, I guess they hire wanna-be gangsters who think you should know everything about their operations and even try to control your freedom of speech (*******************). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE OR BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

      Short version. Need to drive my car (Honda Accord) across country, made an appt to check everything is sound and get oil/filter changed. Got a call when car was in bay, had recommenations of services to be completed...including the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. Stated I could change the filters myself and will review the other work before I just jump in and have it done. Go pick up car, run errands around town, including picking up new air filters from auto store. Get home after an hour of driving. I unload car, come back out to change filters, notice engine is hotter than expected, pop filter cover and find that two cloth rags had been "left" in the air filter compartment, one of which was stuffed into the intake, Took pictures (see fb post link below), immediately called dealership before moving forward. Wanted to talk to the service *** that handled my car, he was busy. ******* *** on phone said she would log my complaint and let service mgr know and to expect call back by 6pm, didn't get it. So post on FB to vent my...frustrations.Now I am left wondering, is my car sound enough to drive across country or are there other shady practices that have been done to my car. Beyond mad, angry, whatever is an understatement. I will never purposefully go back to a Larry H Miller dealership for any reason and I am looking to buy a new Honda in 2025, they will not get my business.If I could add my images and their video here I would....see my ******* (link below) **************************************************?

      On 9/6/24 I was denied a recall repair, because they are claiming the vehicle is not register under my name. Which is false, I even offered to show them my DMV registration. Then they said that it is not registered in my name in their system. So they told me they cant fix the safety recall.

      I have just gotten back from oil change and decided to double check it when I got home.Filter was not replaced and oil is same color as before I dropped off the vehicle. No service was done.

      I would love to give ******************** 0 stars, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest allowed rating. The whole experience has been a complete nightmare from beginning to end. My vehicle was rear ended and unfortunately it was taken to this shop. They had the vehicle for a whole week, did nothing to it, didn't even check the frame, called us and told us that they were going to use parts from another vehicle that had been in a previous accident from a different year to put my truck back together. They said the parts were in back order and that it would take a long time to get them in. I called a ****** dealership and found out that that was a lie. The insurance company was sent an estimate for the repairs before the truck was even properly inspected. I had my vehicle transported to another shop. Terrible business do not take your vehicle to this shop.

      Larry H. Miller ******* dealership in ***********, ** was a disappointment to say the least. It is upsetting to know that the people of ** are being subjected to such unprofessional and poor customer service. I traded in a vehicle for a used vehicle on their lot. Through the whole process of buying the vehicel, I dealt with mistakes made by the financial department; threats made against the deal by taking the new car away from me (despite signing and completing all the paperwork through the dealer and credit union); along with them admitting to mistakes made on their behalf, but demanding me to fix it. I was appalled by the lack of customer service and professionalism exhibited by such a large dealership. I will never recommend them to anyone or purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future. I think this was a reflection of poor training and management practices on the dealership's behalf.

      If you are planning on taking your car here to get fixed simply, dont. The people here including managers do not care about their customers. They sent me home with a broken car the first time, and didnt even bother to write up my service paper. When I brought in my car the second time they changed the estimated time to find the issue AND get it fixed 3x. Communication with them is like pulling teeth. Dont expect them to ever answer their phones or keep any promise they make you about your car. Although they did provide me with a loaner car and **** down there, they promised the **** was called and loaner car was available.. but they never called the **** or got the loaner to begin with. Not to mention they cracked my windshield and refused to take responsibility (even when I provided proof that it was okay when I brought it in), then blamed it on me when I would not trade in my car and buy a car with them. These people simply have very poor communication, cannot do their jobs correctly and again do NOT care about their customers whatsoever.

      JUST LIARS AND TERRIBLE. Took car in for WARRANTY WORK (oil leak) had an appointment for over a month. Went in was first told that my factory car warranty was ONLY GOOD at the dealership where I bought the car. Thank God I am not as stupid as the tech. THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE. 2nd I was told there was no techs to service my car EVEN THOUGH I HAVE HAD THIS APPOINTMENT FOR OVER A MONTH. Just awful to treat customers this way. I have filed a complaint with *******************.

      Story of our car held hostage for MORE THAN TWO WEEKS without a shred of communication from the ************************** on ****** ***We took the car in for a recall on August 8th, a Thursday.The same evening we receive a call in which they explain that there is a damage to the manifold, that they have to order the part and that it will take a couple of more days.We called on Monday 12th August to get updates, we were told that the car will be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday.Wednesday evening we call again, but receive no answer.On Thursday we receive a message saying that the part will arrive the next day and that the machine will be ready on Friday (August 16).We receive no communication of any kind for three days, the following Monday (August 19th) we call again and are told that the car will be ready the following day.On Tuesday we receive a message saying that the piece has not yet arrived but that it will be ready by Wednesday evening.Today, on Wednesday Aug 21, around 3pm, we text them to have a confirmation. The answer is we emergency ordered it yesterday hoping it would show up today. Unfortunately it did not show up. My department told me it will come in tomorrow by 4pm. Which means it will be done by Friday.We have all the conversation screenshots. This place is a joke.This is a never ending nightmare, stay away from this place.
