      My youngest sister at IHC was in ICU and last stage just because i asked questions on what medications two times i was treated very badly and the 2nd time was escorted out by security and the charge nurse came in to the room after i prayed with my sister and with a loud voice said I couldnt come to see her any more my sister was scared and started to kick and my other family members complained they were not treated fairly it was the most bad experience ever they had no empathy or sympathy at all im not done there is alot more even my son said as he was comming in to see her for the last time the security made him feel very uncomfortable started to interrogate him i was finally able to go see her again because the doctors approved me someone told me this is malepractice my sister kept telling my nephew not to leave she was scared and wanted to fight for her life and i told them let her fight and we did finally let her pass in peace a nurse from vegas flew in and was the only one who showed empathy for me and my family and helped us the only one God bless her never take your loved ones to ich at ************************************************************************************************************************************************** icu i caught them several times not even taking care of her she was crying out for water i gave her water there is alot more i know alot of other people im letting them know they shout put their reviews in

      After I made an Agreement for a payment (last one of two of a balance of **************** previously paid) on August 3rd with a CS Rep. **************** debited my Bank account on July 26th. When I called today and questioned why they did that. They simply said they can't go over 20 days from the bill. I responded that we agreed to a few days later when I receive our Pension and my Bank is in red today because of you I want you to reverse that. They say sorry they can't do anything about it. So, I responded: your previous CS Rep she lied to me then? ... No answer. I said I was going to leave a Complaint in the BBB, so others know about it.

      Received an outrageous bill to get me knee stitched up. I looked up the *** codes that every hospital uses for billing then I researched what other hospitals charge, they often charge upwards of 7x what others do. to try and get ahold of someone to talk about the inflated prices is near impossible. They literally tell you to write a handwritten letter and send it and hope for the best? One $600 charge didn't even use the codes they're suppose to. I have "good" insurance and it would've been cheaper to have no insurance. A tetanus shot was charged @ 155 and with no insurance its 33. They also gave me a separate charge of $50 for administering the shot??

      Before receiving a treatment I tried to get infusion center to coordinate with my insurance so I wouldn't get a surprise bill. I had received the same treatment the year prior but had different insurance. I got a bunch of excuses why they couldn't do that. Suprise...I got a bill for ***** after my insurance had paid. I applied for financial aid and was treated like I was stupid by the staff anytime I called and asked a question. I was turned down for financial aid because "I make too much money". I explained that my work was seasonal and work a lot during the ski season. Now ski season is over and my income has dropped significantly I cannot make my payment. I will never deal with IMHC ever again.

      I am very unhappy with the treatment I am getting and also the record keeping. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get a refill. Finally they tell me I have to come in to see a doctor first. I tell them I was in the office and saw a doctor twice in April. They say the record show I cancelled both of those appointments. I DID NOT - I was there and saw a doctor. *** another week has gone by and they say they corrected the record and yes I was there but I still have to come in because the preson I saw BOTH times was not a doctor but a helper filling in.

      Worst Financial assistance program I have ever used. I can't even call and email a working line. I have to wait multiple days for a response on their bill pay portal, but they are still double charging me and not making corrections. None of the numbers add up, and they doubled-billed me again for a bill already included in one of my previous payment plans. I have tried to call multiple times with no response. The emails are not helpful either, and no one is actually looking into this. They even send responses back with typos and do not address my main concerns. I have a $1300 extra fee that came out of my account on top of me spending 6k already. The only assistance plan they had was to pay in ***************************** pay longer than 12 months with interest and my monthly bill was still $600. This is something that no family wants to deal with and I will never return to Intermountain again. Not to mention the layoffs. This company only cares about money and has completely forgotten empathetic healthcare. I would give 0 stars if I could.

      Intermountain Health ha been giving me the run around for 2 month. They owe me $43,000 dollar for an over paid account (long story). They always have an excuse but no answers or reasonable explanations.

      The worst, my mother died because of there inadequate health care. Their doctors and nurse practitioners are all under trained and schooled

      This hospital is an absolute joke. If you value your life go to a different hospital or doctor. In person the staff is nice and friendly but they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I had to go in for me knee they said here are some pain meds we cant help you. Still charged me thousands of dollars. I had a brain tumor they took an MRI and they missed the golf ball sized tumor in my head. They missed that on my MRI still charged me thousands of dollars. Just go to ****************** hospital in ********* they are the best health care in the valley. Safe your self the worry, over billing, and time.

      Horrible billing ***** Sent me a final invoice 30 days after the treatment, which I promptly paid.Then over a year later i get a new invoice asking me to pay over $600 for a one-hour service visit that occurred over a year ago. How does it take over a year to send an updated invoice? How can IHC's billing **** be so slow and incompetent? What is the statute of limitations on surprise bills? Dear IHC - Pls do better and don't make the billing ****'s problems become your customers' problems.
