    This is the second time they have placed a false collection on my credit report. The debt was already cleared with the gym but they refuse to clear it on their end and insist I must pay them in full to clear it from my report even though it's no longer a debt. They are engaging in fraud and extortion. They should not be able to practice business any longer.

    This company sent a letter to collect a debt to my minor child. They refuse to talk to me his legal guardian without his authorization. They were very rude. I am questioning how legit they are. They want me to send a copy of a legal document with his age. The only option is to send this legal document through mail. Every employee I talked to was incredibly rude. They claim to be a law office but are trying to *** a *****.

    I am writing to formally dispute the account referenced under account number ********* that appears on my credit report. This account was opened without my authorization and constitutes fraudulent activity. I have no recollection of applying for or consenting to any agreement with ALDOUS Under 15 USC 1692g (Validation of Debts), you are required to provide verification of the debt or a copy of the judgment if I notify you in writing within *************************************************** documentation proving that I consented to this account. Without a valid, legally binding agreement bearing my signature, there is no basis for this account to exist under my name.Since this account was established fraudulently, I request its immediate removal from my credit report and that any collection activity cease. If you cannot provide proper validation within 30 days, you are required to delete this account from my record and stop further collection efforts.Please confirm receipt of this letter and notify me of the next steps to resolve this matter.

    The original creditor, ************, is no longer operating under that name in my area; it has been rebranded as ********************. I contacted them directly and was informed that I do not owe any payments. Furthermore, I did not have any contracts with the original owner of ************ prior to this change, as they have undergone new management and the system has been updated. Therefore, I kindly request the removal of this item from my credit report, as I have consistently made all of my payments on time. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
