  I ordered the lights. they showed the lights in the brackets in every picutre. When i received them, the brackets aren't included. I asked to return the lights for a refund. They want $30 per light restocking fee. The employee hung up on me during our phone call. I filed a complaint with the **** attorney general office for deceptive business practices. Please stay away from this company.

  Omgosh reading these reviews I got the same issue ! Literally defective product and no answer for weeks then a weird response on email about restocking fees totally bizarre this place needs to be shut down. I truly think they are a scam . I couldnt believe the product I received from this company it was plastic junk. Do not buy here . They will rip you off and not respond. Then try to milk you for money .

  Looking at the website, it showed the 60 W **** lumen light which I ordered. It showed the light on a pole and a bracket to mount it. When I got it it was just the light. The brochure that came with it showed the light plus the pole and bracket. One would assume that they were supposed to be together. I contacted Home and lighting and talked to ******* who said I had to buy the pole and bracket separately which I did. The light didnt seem to work correctly so I contacted Home and lighting and ******* sent me a text explaining what I should do. After I did what he suggested the light worked perfectly. However, I still had another question. I text ******* and he never returned my text, I called home and lighting approximately 10 times left a message on two of those occasions, and they never called me back. I had gotten a text from them regarding a video and they were hoping that I would do a 30 to 45 second video which I did. I said in the video that I really like the light, however trying to get a question answered was impossible and explained the 10 times I tried to call them in the text that I sent to *******. Within 10 to 15 minutes ******* called me and explained to me, the answer to the question that I had and after that I was trying to talk to him about the issues that I had and he hung up on me. Really disappointed at this time regarding the customer service.

  Terrible customer service and in my opinion deliberately scamming customers. All pictures showed mounting brackets then the lights arrived without brackets. When I called the company they informed me the brackets were an additional cost. Total scam and unwilling to take product back without a restocking fee. Buyer beware!

  Terrible experience, my light lasted 9 months and quit working. They won't warranty it without me sending me a video to them showing the light doesn't work. They blocked me on ******** because I sent them a message asking for help. Their product is junk and their customer service is worse

  This company is a scam! They have an "F" rating with the BBB. They block your calls once you call and try to get the return address. They say they will email it, but they don't. Then when you call it rings and then it's voice mail, or it hangs up on you. They sent an extra box that was added deceptively on their website. When tried to cancel the extra box 5 minutes after ordering they stated they couln't cancel it. The tiles do not match up, they are not "seamless". They called me a thief to my credit card company when I disputed the charge and said I just wanted to keep the porduct and get my money back. Yet they send me a return address to return these 4 boxes. They are the thiefs. Surely, that is obvious with all of these complaints. We have spent $40,000.00 renovating our home, and certianly wouldn't be disputing a $500.00 charge if it wasn't a complete scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

  BUYERS BEWARE!!! This business has only 1 customer service representative which handles pretty much all their calls. So speaking to someone else is almost impossible especially if there is an issue with your order. Even their online live chat was no help. The complete disrespect by Customer service representative Patrick was unwarranted and completely caught me off guard. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE TREATED IN THAT MANNER!! I requested to speak to his supervisor and was given a " we don't have one available " response. How does a company run a business without any supervision of their employees? His lack of professionalism was disturbing and it prompted me to want to file a complaint with corporate. Shockingly they have no corporate office contact number nor email and there was no way of reporting the incident. After i was forced to defend myself Patrick hung up the phone on me. I then reached out through their official website and live chatted with Customer service representative Ralph. I explained the situation and asked for information on how to file a complaint against Patrick and i was blocked. Also, what's on their official website is not accurate, it's misinformation. If you have a change of heart about your purchase, you do not get a full refund. In fact they charge you 20% as a restocking fee even if you never opened the merchandise, which is robbery. The lights come with no brackets and you really have to comb through their website to find that information. I guess they expect you to gorilla glue the lights onto your property. Don't waste your time nor money on them. Happy shopping, elsewhere!

  If I could rate this company as a 0, I would. I had researched and selected 2 Fontanelle light fixtures for our guest bathroom. I found them on several different websites supplied from different companies. I mistakenly selected to purchase them from Metavaya. The light fixtures that we received are "knock-offs" or replicas of the real Fontanelle light fixture. There were no instructions included in the boxes on how to install the light fixtures and what light bulbs to order. After I ordered light bulbs 4 times and finding none of them fit correctly into the light fixture, I wrote Metavaya and asked to return the light fixtures. I received 3 very angry and demeaning emails from ********, stating that I was looking for the wrong type of bulb "screw" as he refers to it. Upon further investigation by researching the Fontanelle light online, I found that 5 other companies that sell the Fontanelle light fixture require a E26 bulb, where the light fixture that I purchased from Metavaya requires a E14 bulb. This bulb is almost impossible to find. The last email that I wrote ********, I asked where I could purchase the E14 bulb. He wrote me back and stated that he would supply the E14 bulbs to me for a cost of $60 USD. First of all it is outrageous that 2 light bulbs would cost $60 USD, and then if these light bulbs need to be replaced in the future, where do I purchase them from? We have found a solution, that I am not too happy about, but it will work. We have purchased and installed a E14 (European Bulb) adapter converter to a E12 (Candelabra bulb) and E12 ****** bulbs. It is sad that that with a brand new light fixture that we had to create work arounds and cobble it together to work.In closing, do not buy from this company. The products that they sell are cheap knockoffs made in *****. You will not be able to return the products if you purchase them, and the customer service is demeaning and terrible.

  I ordered 4 lights from these put the 2 in the front about 2 weeks later the first one went out, I put one of the 2 I did not use in its place, then about a month later the other one went out, 2 months after that they all quit working these are straight junk
