      If only I had read these negative reviews, but I did not even know that they are merely a dealer for ADT, and not really ADT itself. Inadvertently hooked up with them because of putting electricity account under my name. When talking to them, I was promised three free equipment. When the installer/sales person (************) came, he sold me all kinds of equipment that I don't want or need but told me that I can call them to cancel but he (************) knows what I need. He installed all those expensive ****** equipment that I don't need or want to use and did not realize what I was getting into. Crappy installation and no concern for my convenience in terms of electrical outlets. I called the very next day and they scheduled the same installer to do uninstall within 72 hours, but the same morning the installer/uninstaller cancelled on me so I would miss the 72 hour return opportunity. I did not know their relation with ADT and was not aware of the 72 hour return window until after the fact. They are definitely con artists with no real proper installation skills. The door bell camera fell off the very next day and the electrical outlet was not properly installed. In sum, a scam.

      Installed ****** nest doorbell camera for my front door. Camera works well, however the doorbell does not work as ******** should. Company will not offer assistance to resolve the issue.

      A ****** mini can be purchased either through SafeStreets, or through any 3rd party and this can be integrated into the ****** system and this would resolve the issue with the doorbell. If you would like to purchase this through us, feel free to give us a call and we will send a technician out to set it up and it is covered by our warranty. If not, there are other 3rd party vendors who would sell a mini but there would be no warranty and the set-up/install would not be done by SafeStreets.

      The whole company is a LIE! They scam you for your money, but wont help dispute a contract that I was never aware of. The salesman **** is also a scammer! I called multiple times to speak with a supervisor, and each time I spoke with *****. She was very RUDE and unprofessional! She stated I couldn't speak with a supervisor and would hang up the phone. I need answers, and I am getting no where.

      They will lie to you to get a sale. ************************* came to my house said he was with *** which my cable internet provider. Said he could me lower my bill. Asked to see my bill then told me he had a promotion going on. If I did a contract with ADT my cable bull would go down about $90 dollars. Turns out they do not work with my cable company and now I have an extra bill.

      If I could give no stars I would. Safe Street is a joke and is scamming people. I have a signed contract giving me the monthly price of the service they conned me into and they will not honor it nor will they allow me to cancel for breech of contract. When I try to submit a complaint through their online form and chose the Complaint option, I get a call 2 minutes later saying my inquiry went to the sales department and they were calling me to sign up for service. So they don't even have a proper channel to voice a complaint or concern. The worst part is they showed up at my door pretending to be a representative of my internet and cable company and after an hour talking with the guy said he could save me money. Turns out, all he did was increase my monthly bill and I fell for it.

      Waiting on a 414 dollar refund from them for a camera that wasnt installed. Cant get ahold of a supervisor and customer service is rude. Theyve messed with the wrong one

      Hi ****, the charge was never actually placed it was run as an authorization. Our accounting team was made aware back on 7/15 and they made sure the charge never actually went through so you should not see any charge to your account for that camera. Please give us a call if that is not the case and we would be happy to make sure this is resolved.

      I was never told about a 3 year contract, I have constantly been harassed and dissatisfied with the service, the system didnt even work for the first three months. I feel like I have been scammed and treated horribly this whole time. I need someone from corporate to contact me immediately. SafeStreets has been misleading and horrible since day 1, and this will be the first of many calls and e-mails if I am not contacted and something does not change.

      Run, Don't walk, away from this company. No ***************** and they will blame everything wrong on ADT. Do it yourself. They are terrible.

      I had the system installed $99 installation fee / $62 month BUT my checking account showed almost $1100 taken out of my checking account, I had been dealing with ***** who was very helpful and I have asked at least 30 times to have ***** please call me b/c i was due a refund of EVERYTHING but the $99 installation fee and then told for my inconvenience a free month of monorting, it's just been a month and I am already getting that i am past due 30 days. I have received $800 something on the monies back but i am due more and keep getting told I will call you back, ***** even calls and now I am wondering if ***** really exists anymore. I just want was is owed back too me. I hestitated in posting this review until it's been over a month and I do not understand why someone can't just call me back, preferably this ***************** if there is such.

      This company is horrible in customer service and they don't want to solve your issues after they get your business. I switched internet and they could not connect with my new internet which contract does not specify specific internet you must have. Spoke with ********************* said he was the highest person I could speak with did nothing to help just said I could pay off the equipment over **** pretty rude also ADT should drop them as authorized dealers. Horrible customer service still trying to fight this wanted the service but now still paying but no service provided because they can't connect with my service which is NOT in the Contract to specific internet providers they can or can't connect with. Even ADT themselves did not know this when I spoke to them

      Hi ****, when we install a system if the wifi is not compatible we would absolutely have to reevaluate whether we should keep the system installed or not. However, if you get it installed and then 9 months later change internet provider and it happens to be one that does not work with your equipment, we cannot do anything about that. A broadband rider was also signed that covers internet changes.

      None ever explained you can only use certain Internet providers just had to have Internet . I would not switch to a internet ADT could not connect with if a knew that. So maybe consider adding that to the contract which internet's can be used tey being honest with the customers instead of making excuses.
