      Disgusted by the service one week and it is not working. I have contacted ADT and safe streets and still no response-the sales person seem to ************ the commission and disappear

      Hi *****, it looks like you were able to get in contact with our office and have a service scheduled to have the equipment issues resolved. The district manager for your area is aware of the situation and will be able to be in contact with the technician while he is making sure everything is working properly.

      Company did not file paperwork that they were supposed to & now we are stuck with a $1200 bill for our equipment. **************** is awful & not helpful at all. Do not use this company. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with anybody. They have been constant problems. We even had someone from ADT come out to fix their mess and they were shocked at how much *************** was showing. He himself said he felt uncomfortable with it.

      i am a advocate for the elderly. I'm being a voice for a 74-year-old. He has paid for this service for almost 2 years. And still to this day he has never received their service. I personally have called them out to his home twice. Once to install the alarms on the doors and to get the service started. They came out and installed a couple of alarms. But still no service. I called them out again to help him get his service turned on. I waited at his home all day nobody came to activate his service. Yet he was charged a extra ****** on his bill. I've called so many times. Explaining this man has been charged for almost 2 year's and to this day has never received their service. If this isn't elderly abuse, I don't know what is. This company has zero integrity and does not care about resolving this issue with providing security for a 74 old. And to cancel a service he never received they want to charge him over ***** dollars. What has this country came to when it's legal to exploit the elderly?

      I signed up for this program to install ADT alarm system to my home based on the quoted reduced rate i would be paying for my telecom (internet services) bill - i realized no reduced rate was being applied to my bill after 2 months (about $75.00 was the discount i was quoted) along with me now having to pay ADT almost $70.00 month for their service. I first called my internet provider, who informed me they had no clue what i was talking about. I then called the SafeStreets Residential Operations Contact and spoke with ******, she informed she saw the info and confirmed it was never processed (on 4/26/2023) and she would send to a manager to have it expedited. I called back on 5/16/2023 as the telecom provider was still indicating i owed my full bill (no ********* ***** informed me that the managers never responded and that my discounts were not approved - this appears to be a scam to sign people up for ADT ******** Systems and the vendors are not actually authorized to give any discounts on your telecom bill

      They profile you, con you, lie to you, their system is faulty and doesn't work not to mention they hacked all of our devices and accounts and were supposed to supply security to our home so we felt safer and they made it ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** the country so after some weird incidents happening on our property we decided to get what thought was ADT but absolutely was not. We trusted they were okay because they should have to do extensive background checks on these people to be able to have access to someone's info house set up and ability to control the system. He took 9 hours and didn't know what he was doing and charges us 4 times the price quoted on the phone. Told us we had 30 days to decide which was a lie and we only got 3. Who can even decide about something like that in 3 days?!?! No one. You can order anything or buy anything and they atleast give you 30 days or more. We had this system for not even 2 weeks and they tell us it's our equipment and refuse to do anything except laugh and transfer us to numerous people until we are hung up on. This is the biggest con ever. We now have had to install our own equipment because we feel more unsafe than we did before. They are garbage, they are scammers and liars and I don't know how they're still in business with how many class action law suits actions all over 47 states. They will reap what they sow but these people are just plain bad people. Doing things like this to a family and having no remorse...the most messed up situation and feeling I have ever had to deal with and am talking to a lawyer and the authorities because they cannot be doing this to innocent families any longer.

      If there was a negative then that is what I would be - as a senior single woman I feel completely taken advantage of!!!!!Whoever brought up the class action suit Im on board with you Nothing was disclosed that it was a 3 year contract nor about 3 days to cancel The cost is a joke. You call customer service they dont care!!!Please be ware of this SAFE STREETS USA company Its too bad Century Links has hooked up with such a unethical company!!They pretty much just LIE!!!! To your face

      Horrible. The technician dismantled my existing panel, started taking components off the windows. When I asked him again to go over the plan, the figures were outrageous. He was then going to leave. Spoke with a manager, did come to an agreement. Smoke detectors both have been beeping. I just noticed the manufacturer date is August of 2012!! Unethical, illegitimate fraudulent.

      No call no show to 2 appointments to install remaining equipment. Will not let me out of contract to a service they are not holding up.Only solution Is to reschedule and hope they show up. Hoping they install remaining equipment we pay monthly for.Sales person said we can cancel for any reason any time for no penalty.

      UNETHICAL COMPANY! SAD that *** supports them.We installed the *** system through Safe Streets authorized vendor for ***. The reason for me filing the complaint here is because of two reasons. 1) Safe Streets is not a reliable ethical company, and 2) *** using Safe Streets as their authorized vendors. It brings bad name to ***.First, I contacted Safe Streets to install my *** system because they claimed zero cost for equipments. This is something that I asked and confirmed with Safe Streets guys who came over to install the system. I repeatedly asked them and was told that all the equipment is free with a $45.99 monthly plan that you will pay through *************** I am reaching out to the community reading my complaint is to be aware before signing any contract with them. Please read your contract and tell Safe Streets to provide you privacy as you are reading the contract and ensure all clauses before signing it. Safe Streets contract is enforceable in 3 days, and you are binded by contract for 36 months. It's now only that I am realizing that everything was a trick sales practice to get us in a contract. Safe Streets charged us almost $1,500 for the equipments, and am receiving separate $45.99 monthly from ***. Secondly, The technician's didn't complete the task. They came twice and still left the glass break-in detention untouched. This is beyond frustrating on so many levels. Safe Streets technicians lied to us and deceived us in signing the higher plan by presenting wrong information. I am paying almost $100 month for basic security service. Secondly, for *** to contracted with Safe Streets as their authorized dealers. Safe Streets is bringing bad name to ***, unless *** is so big that they dont care customers unsatisfaction. I want consumers to be aware of Safe Streets unethical practice. I contacted Safe Streets and was told that there is nothing can be done since I signed the contract and contract was enforced after 3 days.

      Worst lies I've ever heard. Told me that I would be able to keep my cable and wifi. Not true now I have two extra bills. My *** account is 270 a month. My ADT bill is ***** .My Direct bill is ***** dollars. So how is that helping me. Never trust anyone again.
