safe street is the worst scam company that you can have. They signed me up with ADT and suppose to only charge $64.99 and the person who was setting up showed my husband the $64.99 charge and than went outside in his car and charged another $99.00. I contacted the manager who came in to sell the service *********************** which I hope was his right name and he said he will refund me right away. after that he start avoiding my text messages and calls. I called as they are responding to each one of you to call customer service. The girl answered and once I asked for refund she hang up on me. I called again and asked for supervisor or manager and was placed on hold for 45 minutes and they hang up on me again. I file the complain with ADT and will be filing a complain with the business bureau someone needs to stop these scammers. I have my bank take care of the charges now. THEY ARE SCAM PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM PROVIDE YOU SERVICE.

Holy moly I wish I had read these reviews before signing up with the door to door salesperson.All the same issues. ADT system that doesn't work. Billing that wont stop. Disregarding phone calls. I feel so stupid.Dont fall for this scam.Safe Streets USA, LLC

I recently had an ADT installed with SafeStreets USA and they were wonderful. I live in a rural area of upstate ** and they were albe to get me fully set up within a few days. The offered me a better deal than ADT was offering, yes, I did have to sign a 3 year contract but I am sure there was some type of contract with ADT that they were not as forth coming about mentioning. The terms in the contract were clearly spelled out and I had plenty of time to review it before I was obligated to sign it. I plan to keep the system for life so a 3 year contract was no big deal. The man who installed our system **** was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. **** was perfect I can not say enough about how kind everyone at SafeStreets was to me and my family.. I would highly recommend going through SafeStreets USA over going directly through ADT. This experience was 10 out of 10. No regrets.Safe Streets USA, LLC

A sales person knocked on my 86 year old mother in laws door and sold her equipment that she didnt need and misrepresented other equipment. When I called customer service I was told that they dont accept returns. When I asked to cancel the *** account I was told that even though she gave them an approval to speak with me that I couldnt cancel (she was in the room with me). They said I would have to have a power of attorney and an Account Manager would be calling her in a couple of days to discuss with her. Explained that I drove two hours to help her and wouldnt be here to help cancel in a couple of days. They didnt care. This is elder abuse-they took advantage of a senior in order to sell her things she is not capable of using. Just criminal. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.Safe Streets USA, LLC

1 starSafe Street *** installed a security system and it is garbage. The monitor you have to press which one you want fire, police, medical. The install was incomplete. I requested motion sensors on the three windows in my basement and never had them installed. Ask for two shatterproof Windows devices only got one. The monitor you have to press the button it's from the 1900s. And I mean the 1970s. The technology isn't there. The original monitor I had was so much better. And I tried calling after 6:00 a.m. when they said they were open and I have yet to get a hold of somebody. Their business hours that they say are not correct. I'm going to look into their competitor because this one is garbage. By the time the police discover my body after a burglary, I will be in rigor mortisReview fromAlbert E

A representative from Safe Streets visited our home, claiming to work for ADT and in partnership with Spectrum. This individual falsely informed me that ADT had acquired Protection One and proposed a reduced rate for monitoring and system upgrades. However, this was misleading. In reality, I ended up opening an additional ADT account, which resulted in doubled monitoring fees. When I attempted to cancel this second account, I was informed of a $1,100 cancellation fee. Attempts to resolve this issue over the phone with the representative were futile, as I was hung up on twice. Please exercise caution with this company, especially since they are misrepresenting themselves by associating with trusted names like Spectrum and ADT."Safe Streets USA, LLC

Setup was horrendous...8 ground level windows I could crawl through with only two of them alarmed. I have a remodel coming up so I will have to move into a rent house. They refused to suspend my contract for the year that I could not use the system. There was no way to stop paying them Period.I have used the system for the first three months before it started having a presence sensor issue and, since it didnt actually protect my house, I didnt use it while I was at home. I became a victim of this bait-and-switch scam when a representative from SafeStreets USA LLC, operating under the guise of their subsidiary, Authorized Residential Operations, approached my residence on February 28, 2024. They offered to reduce my Spectrum Internet bills by half in exchange for signing up for ADT ******** services. Trusting in the reputation of ADT, I accepted the offer. However, what followed was a nightmare.I was assured that I could cancel within three days, and upon realizing the true extent of the deception, I immediately attempted to do so. However, I have been met with nothing but obstacles and evasion from SafeStreets USA LLC. Despite numerous attempts to reach someone within the company to terminate the account, I have been unsuccessful. To make matters worse, when I contacted ADT, they acknowledged my information and continued to charge my account, yet claimed they had no authority to cancel my account.I demand that my account with ************************** USA LLC be promptly terminated without further delay or obstruction. Also, I demand a full refund of any charges incurred as a result of this fraudulent transaction.It is appalling that both SafeStreets USA LLC and ADT ******** Services are complicit in perpetuating this scam. The blatant disregard for customer rights and the refusal to honor cancellation requests is reprehensible. I am left feeling defrauded and betrayed by both companies.I feel compelled to warn fellow families and consumers about the deceitful practices of SafeStreets USA LLC. However, we do see that you had gotten this deal through the Residential Operations and we will reach out to them as well to see what needs to be done in order to ensure you are receiving the deal you were promised.
