      I cannot think of one positive word to say about Safestreets. I wish I had never heard of them. The equipment stopped working within a couple of months. Worthless waste of money.

      SafeStreets has no respect to the customers. They intentionally blocked customer access to other home security companies if you do not want to do business with them.

      If there is a Zero star available, I would have given this company. Is this really a business? I am surprised. I was contacted by an ADT sales in my newly purchased home in Woodbrisge, VA. He promised me heaven.... of course that's what sales guys do. I signed up for everything he asked. Some items were there from the previous owners, and he said I only need to reactivate it. I agreed. But the whole story becomes different as soon as the tech guy came. I was ok with that. I spend almost $1500 buying some stuffs they recommend. 1st tech guy came in, he has no idea what he was doing. he drills everywhere without my permission, he spoiled my house, and he even asked me my phone to check the setup of the system..... but funny he ended up giving an amazing survey on trust Pilot without my consent on my behalf. I was mad and I complained. They sent another tech, nice guy, knowledgeable.....but he kept saying he is not qualified to do some of the installation of their own product, so I had to pay a third party to install some items. This is crazy. I DO NOT RECOMEND ANY ONE TO USE THEM, THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL.

      ********** will falsely run your card and steal money from you. I was patient and understanding in waiting for them to resolve the issue. Although most were understanding, nothing was resolved. And once I was at my last resort and pleading to them that the amount they took has put my family and I in a financial crisis, they hung up on me. I had to resort to my bank to retrieve my money back. Not feeling confident that this wont happen again. In addition their prices are 10x higher than what you can get yourself.

      This company is a BIG scam! Worst ever customer service..! they promised to refund $150 enrollment service at the time of activation but even after several calls to pathetic customer support, I am yet to get an update!! Very frustrating when they promise a callback but never call, even worst when they hang up on you or just transfer you back to IVR!!DONOT GET IN THEIR CONTRACT TRAP, YOUll REGRET

      Absolute criminals! I was told my installation fees would be waived, 10 days later they took the money out of my account when I called to complain they refunded it and now over a year later they have taken the money again and are now claiming there was no promotion. I've spent 3 days trying to talk to a supervisor and every single two rep gets defensive and hangs up once I ask.

      Worse Company ever. Total Scam. Field representative named ****** came to my home, offered a credit on my Centurylink and ********* billing. Was told I would get a reimbursement of installation fees within 5 to 7 day. Monies were deducted on my account on September 14 and received reimbursement on September 25th only after my calling to complain. The Residential Operations, also know as Alpha never answers the phone. In a 4 day process I called 7 times, was told someone would get back to me, never heard anything. This is the only company I have ever had contact with that is so, so busy that they never are available. Called back to SafeStreets and they tried and got the same results. If you wanted to cancel this contract, you never could cause nobody would answer the phone. ADT should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this type of company to be associated with. I am a senior on a fixed income and at this time I came out approximately $175 that I do not have. The only reason I agreed was due to the decrease in Centuylink. NEVER, NEVER fall for this.

      This company is a joke. They lie. They get you to sign up. Charger you whatever they fill fit. They dont explain that they are NOT AN ADT REPRESENTATIVE. They will say anything to get you to sign up and only give you 3 days before you are locked in on a contract where as the REAL ADT gives you 2 months. Safe street is a trash company that will lie to get you to buy things.

      Biggest Scam Ever with uneducated installers who Place unnecessary items within the home. Not to mention that they removed my expensive Ring Door Bell and installed a ****** Door Bell that never worked. I wanted to remove the ****** and reinstall my Ring Door Bell but couldnt find it anywhere in my home. They must have taken it.?Furthermore I was charged for a ****** Router Wifi point system when I already had one myself which I purchased from Amazon for my outside Blink System that I purchased at ****** and Amazon. I was told Id get an itemized price list of items installed. Well Im still waiting. I get a bill from Syncrony Home charging me $6700 for the system. The door **** never worked and the thermostats that they inserted NEVER worked. I would wake up in the morning to 75 freezing. My APS **** is over $475 Ive never had a bill that high!! I had two ****** thermostats that I purchased from APS, however my handyman couldnt install them because they were incompatible with my system. My two new thermostats are also missing. I had them posted on **** and has to repay the buyer because my thermostats disappeared? I have called ADT customer service several times and was told that their technicians would never remove things from my home. I told the phone technician that he wasnt here and didnt know what they did. He still assured me that they did remove my items? This company is irresponsible and incompetent and hires inexperienced employees.

      the sales rep. came to the house to set up the equipment while doing so we discussed what the *** monthly price would be for the added equipment .We came up with a package price .As he continued he asked to use my phone because, he said, there was alot of pertinent info as far as WI-Fi and things. .While doing so he asked for my credit card ,i gave it to him with the understanding of what the monthly *** bill would be, he basically didnt allow me to see what he was doing and i now found out that there is a financing service that has a additional monthly fee. I did not know this at the time, i feel he fraudulently used my card to set up the financing payment which he never told me about. .i asked for a contract while he was there, never received it, i had to call safe streets and got it days later (via email) this sale rep. fraudulently used my card without disscussing everything with me. i wouldnt even leave A star, but ihave to submit.
