      I have had a great experience with Lumio. My situation with my solar panels took some extra time and I had a designated person who responded within minutes every time I emailed. She followed through with answers or gave me the person I needed to speak with about my issue. Lumio came through with a great solution for me and my power bill dropped to the lowest possible bill they have because I am collecting enough energy to give back to the power company. They havent forgotten about me either. They have checked in to see if all is going well. I am very pleased with this company and their employees.

      The process to get solar installed was expedited and well done. Some small debris was left on the roof by the installers, but someone came back promptly and took care of it.

      This company customer service policies are terrible. I made a payment of $3200 to have my panels removed for repairs. I was informed that it would take 30 to 60 days before the work could be done. I asked for refund so I could hire a contractor and was told it would take 3 TO 6 MONTHS to get my money back.

      Solar panel and circuit panel upgrade in package is a valuable investment, also the green energy credits for tax returns help justify going Solar. Be patient with utility districts and L&I inspections, it takes a long time before it all goes live.

      When it comes to ***************** this company fails miserably. Sending emails to their customer services yields no response until multiple emails are sent. When issues occur with the system, again, it yield no response. If I knew this was the way customers are treated when they have serious issues regarding LUMIO systems, I would have went with another company!

      Do. NOT. Buy. Solar. Panels. from this SUB-STANDARD & GREEDY. Company.(I gave them a 1-star rating... ONLY because a minimum rating is required. Otherwise -10 stars)I was promised by the "snake oil" salesman, that I would be getting the most current Model of panels. Instead, I received [older] Model panels, which was confirmed by a service tech during a routine inspection. That tech also determined that the panels had NOT been producing energy for almost 6 MONTHS! Apparently, I they just needed to clear out the stockpile of their older Model panels.I was however reimbursed for the period of time that the panels were ineffective/nonfunctioning.And now, when I thought they couldn't [STICK IT TO ME] anymore. They want to charge me a ridiculous amount to remove & reinstall my panels, so that I can get my roof replaced. Local solar panel service contractors want $200 - $275 per panel.... LUMIO wants $325 per panel!!BUYER/SHOPPER BEWARE.... THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF BLOOD-SUCKING CROOKS!!!!!

      The Lumio team were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and friendly from the initial contact all the way through the installation and follow-**** The installation crew was professional, fast and thorough and cleaned up as they went. The engineers were able to answer all of our questions with quantifiable data and recent information from our local power/utility companies not just generalized sales pitches. The product looks fantastic and is already up and running. Thanks again

      Lumio has been a nightmare to deal with. They were not the full service company they represented themselves to be. The whole installation experience was a nightmare. I had to call to get each step initiated. I had to get the proper permits. They inspected our roof and said it was great, then it leaked in the areas where the solar panels are installed. We are unable to get them to take off the panels so we can repair/replace the roof. We cannot even get the name of a person that would be the point person for this issue. Months and months of waiting and still no reply. Our salesperson was let go a few months into the installation. TOTAL NIGHTMARE
