      Unprofessional, unreliable. The 2 individuals, sales representatives, very irresponsible and dont keep their words in what they going to do. Unsatisfactory answering calls or messages or checking out the work to be done properly. When they dont answer or show up all we receive is excuses. All we have is their first names never where we can locate them. Except their phones which they dont answer anyway. Thank you.

      Happy with the end results. The installation process was somewhat fraught but once that was resolved the system is saving me money each month. I would consider Lumio on another home.

      Very professional from start to finish. From the gentleman who first came to our door, to the gentleman who came and gave us all the information and details to the men who installed our panels. It was a great experience all the way throughout!

      The company refuses to provide me with an itemized receipt for my solar-installation purchase. The call receiver cited "proprietary information" and couldn't even tell me if I paid sales tax. My bill was $13,950.00 for a basic, eight-panel, 2.4 KW system with no batteries or consumption monitoring. I'm not even sure if this is legal. I didn't receive an itemized estimate (that was promised prior to the installation) either. The information is required for rebates and tax purposes from several sources.************Olympia, **

      From the start ***************** has been amazing. He gave us clear expectations of this process and met every standard and timeline. He spent more time than he needed to to explain all the options and helped us make the right choice for our family. We now have brand new solar on our roof. The install crew was very polite and clean. We are so happy to share our experience with everyone in our neighborhood.

      After i told their door to door sales rep ( there is no soliciting in our gated community) we werent interested he wouldnt leave, I told him we are in the middle of diner and to leave. He said you dont have to be so rude then said your house is a piece of s*** we dont want to sell to you anyways I called the cops and reported him.
