Hello my name is ******************************* and I am a customer Deca/***************************** would like to file a complaint and make it be known I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the solar experience I have had all together and so far with Deca Solar. Reason number one why I do not recommend using the solar company is due to the POOR COMMUNICATION this so called solar company offers. ITS BAD ENOUGH THE REPRESENTATIVE COMPLETELY SCREWED US OVER. But also being able to communicate with ANYONE from this company and getting NO FEEDBACK? This is not appreciate.After several consultations with several attorneys offices regarding what the contract states and whats going on with my actual proof on a no contact basis when Im reaching out as a customer with the current issues on the contract that arent being fulfilled safe to say Im more than happy to take the legal route, regarding the situation. we now have a valid case to *** and if anything, Im happy to wait for what you guys could or should do to PREVENT THIS in your near future.I want someone who TRULY has a passion at this company in making sure customer expectations are met and cares about their part in this company.Im giving someone from Lumio 2448 hours to reach out to me. thats more than enough time and generous enough for what Ive been put through with the disaster that this company has caused me. And Ive reached out on SEVERAL occasions to get assistance with my performance guarantee not being fulfilled WHERE THE ***** PANELS ARE INSTALLED. This message is being made public whether or not you guys care anymore because at this point I have taken a different route. Essentially, Im making a left turn now instead of keeping on the same route I was going with where I was being ignored. LEGAL ROUTE WILL BE EXECUTED. IF I DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE WITHIN THE NEXT ***** HOURS. I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ***** WHATSOEVER.Lumio

I usually don't care about soliciting door to door; as long as it is done during daylight hours. However, these people have come to my door on more than one occasion at 7:30PM. This is the time I am getting my kids ready for bed. I have informed them every time that I am a renter and I am not interested in their business, nor will I provide my landlord's information for them to solicit him. They still come back, regardless. I have considered investing in a neon sign that says NO SOLICITING because apparently they can't read the sticker which I got from the city hall.Lumio

Had a guy show up at my door today selling Lumio. I advised him of our no solicitation policy in our neighborhood as well as my signs. He told me he was expressing his freedom of speech and advised me that I could call the police. I told him he was trespassing and he needed to leave my property. I closed the door and he flipped me off. I have it all on video. This is not a company I would ever do business with. He also told me Duke energy would be billing me an extra $300 this month. I called the company and let them know. Run from this company.Lumio

The worse profesional liar in the all world,,,don't let them lie and use you as a piece of trash,,,they sold me the service, everything look so good to be true,,I finance it because I couldn't afford $43000 and they told me I would pay $164 the first year and then the payments will go up if I haven't paid enough for it the first year,,I freak out and ***** went like,but don't worry about it because you'll get a refund of around $12000 when you declare your taxes,,,well guess what? I did my taxes today and as a single mom (my income) was not enough to qualify for the solar panel tax credit....they never told me anything about that...they check my credit for the finance, they knew my income,,now experts, what am I supposed to do??????? Oh and forget about contacting ********************* because his number is not longer in use...BE AWARE AND DON'T LET THEM LIE TO YOU THE SAME WAY THEY DID TO ME......and this is without saying I've been paying goodleap (who finance me) since November and my electrical bill (fpl) too...both of them,tomorrow I have the inspection scheduled with the city to check if I would be able to use the solar panels system, yes they are installed but I'm not connected yet,,I'll after I pass the inspection,,so yes ,,,paying for both services for 5 months already on top of that...WATCH OUT PEOPLE!!!!!Lumio

We have been visited by these sales reps twice. Both walked right past our "No Soliciting" sign and refuse to leave our porch when told, "No," politely multiple times. I have no doubts about their predatory business practices based on the outrageous aggression of their sales reps. STOP KNOCKING ON MY DOOR & RINGING MY BELL!Lumio

The person I got in touch with for solar panels refused to apply for more panels when he was setting up my house, stating that I could always get more if it was an issue. I told him that the power id get from 8 panels wouldnt be enough, but that didnt matter. He's since ghosted me, and it's exactly what I said would happen so now I'm paying my solar panel bill as well as nearly 100 dollars a month to the electric company for the excess electrical use. So much for saving moneyLumio

0 STARS ************* ever. First they lie, then they send out unqualified subcontractor to install panel, which takes them a month to complete, then when the roof starts leaking then ghost you and refuse to correct the problem. If you are looking for solor panel look for another company.Lumio

***************************** showed up at our door at just the right time. We were up against our NEM 2.0 application deadline approaching, having signed with a competing solar provider that couldnt get past complications and challenges with our setup. ******** showed up and quickly provided a handful of options on how to move forward, along with competitive pricing while he patiently and confidently educated my wife and I on the entire process. He explored each option with me and was incredibly professional while I learned and decided what was ultimately best for ************* project. I cant recommend ******** enough, if youre considering lowering your energy dependence with PG&E, and increasing the value of your home. If he isnt already walking around your neighborhood with a smile, give Lumio a call and ask for ********!Lumio

I am extremely disappointed with Lumio Solar. My mother, who is on a fixed social security income, was misled by the sales agent who assured us she could qualify for the solar tax credit despite not filing taxes. This turned out to be false information, as confirmed by a tax professional who sees this situation regularly.My mother would never have agreed to the installation if she knew she wouldn't receive the tax credit, a key factor in making the project financially feasible. Now, her solar payments are about to increase significantly, placing an unexpected financial burden on her.Lumio Solar's sales tactics seem deliberately targeted towards vulnerable individuals. This is a serious ethical issue, and I strongly advise others, especially those on limited incomes, to be extremely cautious before dealing with this company.Lumio
