This has been a nightmare unfortunately I made the wrong decision and now Im paying two bills solar and Pge They lied the agent told me you will end paying on the Pge bill about ten dollars ,but currently Im paying over ****** plus the solar bill also when they were in the process on installation they started charging before the system was running. Hola mi gente Latina no ***** negocio con Lumio ellos Son mentirosos te van a decir que pagars 10 dlares en tu bill the pge y no es verdad terminaras pagando doble.Lumio

I really think this company needs to do what they offer in the beginning to customers have more communication as to whats going on and being done.Customer service needs to stop throwing the ball at each other and stop saying they dont know when they can find out. I would have to call them just to find out what was going on with my panels and the process of getting them up and running. My panels were installed two years ago and still not up and running for many excuses blaming the city inspector that inspection didnt pass. I come to find out last week it finally passed I was never notified till someone came last week after I had cancelled the service appointment for personal reasons they still showed up!! I have asked to get panels removed lots of times and I was told to pay to get them off no one knows why its taken so long. My credit has been affected when now I have to pay more when I shouldve been saving money long time ago. I have been told I have a lien on my home now how that happened they are do after my money but yet they cant do the job right. Two years Ive been like this Im so done with Lumio. I have read so many awful comments about customers experiences that have scared me to do business with them that Im afraid of being another victim in more ways than I have already been.Someone please help me please please !!! I dont want to keep the panels I dont want to be one more unhappy unsatisfied customer..Im already losing in paying a lot when this was supposed to help me saved moneyLumio

This has been a horrible experience I have had leak after leak on my roof they come out and patch it then it leaks again I even dealing with them coming out on replacing wood that they took off and did not replace but when I talk to ***** they say oh thats not us we are a solar company not a roofing company and then when I say they hired the roofers they tell me we will call you back after they circle back with their team and then try to offer me $1000 for me to do the repairs when I am paying $50k for everything I get a messLumio

This company has come to our door to solicit on 15 separate locations. Weve posted a no soliciting sign and even called the company to ask them to stop bothering us and yet the harassment continues. We would like this company to stop coming to our door permanently.Lumio

We had Lumo solar installed on our house and our parents house. the salesman, *****************, informed us that we would be getting a cash incentive of $2600 for future panel removal, $384 for Fpl deferred balance payoff and a $1200 referral bonus for my parents. My parents were to get a $1275 cashback incentive for solar panel removal as well. After the install the salesman, ***************** said sorry I cant afford it in a text message. Never paid us or my parents. Notified the company over four weeks ago for an investigation. Now I cant get a hold of anybody. I have the entire text stream from the salesman of the company but unfortunately I cant paste it on here. Its too large. The cash incentive is what persuaded us to go forward. I spoke with customer service, and they said their salesman frequently make these deals. However, I guess they dont have to honor it. Buyer beware. Fortunately, I have everything saved in text messages from the company representative.Lumio

We were told one price I believe was 130 then after a couple of months our bill went up to 181. They told us when we called its because we didnt pay it off thats why our bill went up. I do not recommend them and we live in a small town where we see the sales people and we have let friends know to not get solar panels from them.Lumio

I think Lumio *****. I would not recommend them at all. First of all, we had thought about going with them and then backed out. Then the salesman came back around and talked to my husband and I never ever saw them and they lied to him. Told him things that we would get and that Lumio would do and they didnt do nothing and it says in the contract that ****** is not responsible for what their sales people say. What kind of company is that? My advice is slam the door in their face if they come to you house.The only reason I select a star is because it make. I give them zero stars!!!Lumio

Worst solar company! Nothing but a nightmare and it hasn't even been a year. Nothing that was explained has actually panned out that way. Over 3 months to get panels repaired and put back on the roof. I could probably write a mini novel about it all. Will not recommend to anyone!Lumio

This has been the worst investment I have ever made We were told by the salesman that Lumio would own and service the equipt and would service and repair as needed I took almost 3 months to get it all installed because the initial measurement was wrong. When the panels were installed and checked, I was assured it was up and running I was told That FPL would charge a delivery charge every month, but the electrical credit would take care of that I was informed that my payments would be $154 a month for the first year. The system went on line 3 weeks ago and I just got a bill from FPL for $105 and another bill from the solar company sunnovo Solar (whoever they are) for $150 ! I called and discovered we are in a 25 Yr contract!! Then I found out that the solar company has to come out and remove all the panels, because they were installed with the wrong brackets ! Then I found out that the panels were not supplying the power that was expected ! Had I never entered into this solar deal, I would be much better off and pay less money by just staying with ************* and Light! I am a 100% disabled vet and probably will not even be alive in 6 years ,yet Lumio is now holding me to a 25yr lease!! I dont know what they will do when I pass away except put my wife in a terrible situation and put a lein on my property Salesman are fast talkers and we thought this was a good deal the way it was described. I asked them to remove the equipt to which they have refused. Please be very careful when dealing with this company. my last full bill with FPL was $187 now its $253! We are at a loss what to do...PLEASE beware of this company. Big companys dont care its all about the almighty dollar and as of this date customer service has done nothingLumio
